Got a quote from Geek Window cleaning fairly quickly, and they came out the next day and did a great job on our 3 story townhome. It had been two years since we had our windows replaced and our windows were starting to look pretty gross - even the screens! They washed all (screens are a small amount extra) and now they look great! Highly recommend!

We paid $600 (plus tax) to have them clean the interior and exterior of our windows. We thought the price was a bit high since weve paid less (about $150 less) in the past. I have to say though, we are very impressed with the guys at Geek. The communication they have is just excellent, reminder email before the appointment, a text when they are on the way and the moment they arrived. Plus they followed up with us a day later to make sure we were happy with everything. We had them come back to do a touch up on one window and it was done very quickly and without hesitation. The extra $150 was so worth it.

We had Geek Window Cleaning come out and perform a soft wash on our roof. It was covered in leaves and other debris which they removed safely. Then they washed it and was able to remove all of the black streaks that were all over it. Our roof looks brand new now! We are very impressed with the service and the way everything turned out! Actually saw their social media ad and decided to reach out. Better than I expected! Our windows had not been cleaned in 2 years (COVID) and we live near trains so DIR-TY for sure! Unfortunately that meant having to come out a second time to REALLY get them clean, and they did voluntarily! Will use them in the future FOR SURE! For exterior cleaning they used a biodegradable liquids, so basically just washed it and let it dry and it should not leave any streaks (per the agent), some areas it dried with water residue still. We paid $570 ( 480 for the service + Tax+ tip+ windows screen washing) first when I got the quote they didn t include the taxes in the quote and that was a surprise to me at the time of device. The house is single story house with a total of 12 windows ( few are oversized) but still too much for that, they didn t hand wipe the extra water or do the corners of the windows. For 570 I expected more. I should have done more research, some companies offer much less expensive service with satisfaction guarantee too. Next year I ll look for someone else.

BEWARE: I used Geek Window Cleaning for over 2 years and the last quarter of 2017 they failed to show up. I called and emailed on 10 occasions (over 5 months) trying to either cancel, get service and/or a refund. At one point I was told my service would be cancelled and I would be reimbursed, but the company continued to charge my card without providing services. I had to contact my credit card company several times to stop payments. After sending 2 certified letters that were refused and returned, I contacted the BBB to help resolve the issue, but Geek Windows FAILED to respond to the BBB. I am owed over $200 for services not rendered. I have never given a bad review, but THIS BUSINESS HAS NO INTEGRITY!

Since our home is almost reconstructed from Hurricane Harvey damage, we needed a whole-house clean, inside and out! The best pressure washing and window washing in Houston!! Kyle and team did both the inside and outside of the windows. After Harvey and the spring pollen it transformed the view of every room. They were super conscientious to make sure they got ever spot. The also pressure washed the driveway, sidewalk, porch and pool!! Highly recommend you do this! Our home was built in 1964 and they took decades off the appearance. They also applied a natural cleaning element and took the driveway from a dull grey to a sparking white. All my neighbors wanted to know what we did. We are putting our house up for sale and I know the work the Geek Cleaning did will help us sell our house fast.

I wanted to be writing an outstanding review. My expectations were enhanced by reading what other customers had written. Everyone has an off day. Unfortunately it turned out that I won that prize. 45 minutes late, although he did call to say he was stuck in traffic. My window screens have numerous streaks in them where soap cleaned part of them, the rest is still dirt. Windows are good. The deal breaker has to do with my credit card information. I wrote a check for the first service. Provided them with my credit card for the follow up quarterly service. That night my credit card company alerted me to a charge in the same amount of the check I had written. Later I found out the credit card charge was a mistake made after a long day. I have been advised that a credit was written immediately. My windows are not nearly as important as my credit card information. Yes, people have difficult days. Unfortunately the casual handling of my credit card number and related information has ended the relationship.

They were able to clean my windows on the same day I called them. I used the chat option on the web site and Kyle called within 20 minutes. They were courteous, professional and fast. The windows are sparkling now and I am very pleased with the results. Ive now gotten on their schedule so I don;t have to think about this in the future (and it saved me some dollars as well). Highly recommended.

RIDICULOUS!! Not to confuse anyone but I mean ridiculous in a good way! First, I saw their website and was blow away at how well it is put together, very professional. I called and someone answered on the first try just like the website said, awesome. I left my information with the receptionist and I got a call back from Kyle within an hour. Got my quote right over the phone and was pleased to hear it wast really expensive. Set up an appointment for the following week. Then is when it starts getting really ridiculous....By the end of the day I got an email from Kyle with photos of the people coming to clean my windows with a small/funny background of themselves, thought this was very cool and nice. The day that they were to come they said they would be at my house between 9:30-10:30 AM, they showed up at 9:15 AM, awesome. Kyle knocked on my door and I opened it to find a person standing there wearing a nice collared button down shirt, ID badge, pocket protector and, wait for it.....a bow tie. So absolutely fantastic! The other guy, Omar, was dressed the same but had glasses and a short tie. Kyle said that one of them would come inside to clean while the other was on the outside. So Kyle stayed outside to do the windows, probably because it was such a nice day and his profile I was sent said he just enjoyed being outside as much as possible. Now you know when you have people working on your home and usually there is Tejano music blaring? Well they did this but instead of Tejano it was a mix of classical symphony music with some songs of Bob Marley, Otis Redding and Ray Charles. So fantastic! They were very fast and finished my home inside and out in no time. I sat outside and chatted with Kyle while he was cleaning and I enjoyed the music he was playing, the conversation and weather. After they were finished and packed up Kyle came inside to give me my invoice. The invoice was less that what I was quoted! I was just speechless. Kyle said that it was faster than they expected and so the amount owed was simply less. I still paid what I was quoted :). After the whole amazing experience I got a few more emails from Kyle following up with me. I cant believe what an amazing experience it was just to have my windows cleaned. I want my windows to get dirty just so they can come back but Im willing to wait 3 months, I signed up for their quarterly cleaning program! I hope this review gets them more business! Sorry its so long but there is so much good stuff to say about this company!

It was extremely easy and convenient to make the apt. online and the cleaners came out on time, as scheduled, for the apt. They did a thorough job and cleaned each window by hand with a special solution that worked much better than anything else I have seen used on windows. When I had my sidewalks powerwashed the next day, the guy sprayed mulch all over the freshly cleaned windows and the Geeks came out and re-cleaned them - no charge! I had originally gotten a much higher quote from another company that was booked three weeks out and Im so glad I went with the Geek Window Cleaning business because they were less expensive, faster, and better than their competition.

Very impressed with this company! The online scheduling option worked great for my busy schedule The guys were professional, prompt and their work was pristine! They even followed up w/ me the next day to make sure there were no concerns. There are so few places that have even decent customer service nowadays, so nice to find one that maintains the bar so high! Highly recommend and will use them again!

Kyle and his team were wonderful! Prompt, courteous, helpful and left my windows clean and sparkling! Not only that, a few of the windows were so old and stuck they couldnt move them at all. But even after all the time and effort to try and budge them and dislodge them, he still charged me less than the quoted estimate. I would recommend them to anyone!

Kyle and Omar were professional, arrived on time, worked efficiently, did not make a mess, and were even able to clean the hard-to-reach windows that are about 20 feet high in our stairwell. Yesterday we had our home serviced by these guys. I cannot express enough how professional, affordable and timely they were. Our home is 18 months old, but our windows were in pretty bad shape. I liked that I was able to obtain a quote over the phone instead of having to schedule an appointment for someone to come out. I have a baby and asked if the nursery windows could be cleaned first so I could put her down for a nap. Without hesitation, my request was fulfilled immediately. Our windows look better than they ever have. Even when we moved it, they never looked this good. Kyle and James were very meticulous and did and outstanding job. I highly recommend this company and definitely will be using them in the future.

I made an appointment with Geek Window Cleaning. They gave me an estimate of when he would arrive. On the day of the appointment they called and let me know they were on their way. They arrived within the time estimated. When they arrived they did all the windows that I had requested on the phone, plus they did extra windows and doors. Before they left, they said if there were any streaks that they missed they would return and clean that up! They were very professional, friendly, and courteous. I would strongly recommend them to others and I will use them again.

The guys from Geek Window Cleaning came out and did an incredible job on our windows. We had them do both inside and outside and now the windows sparkle. The were prompt, clean, courteous, and professional. We liked the service so well we decided to sign up for the quarterly cleaning program.
