I feel like this location had lost a bit of its hype. The staff here was not polite or friendly. The food seems to be missing something. Fries are flavorless and the chicken strips didnt taste like other locations. Oh and the coleslaw had absolutely no other ingredients than just the cabbage and had zero flavor!

I am extremely wow ed by the professionalism, honesty, and helpfulness of this restaurant. I accidentally left my bag at the restaurant after dining with friends on a roadtrip, the staff went above and beyond when I was so worried and called to inquire. She answered promptly and reassured me that my purse was still there. Upon my return, the staff at front on 7/7/24 around 3:30pm was so friendly and helpful, greeted me with smile. When I asked the staff about my bag, the girl wearing the black outfit was so professional and kind, gave it back to me safely. Though I offered to provide a tip as a token of my gratitude, she politely declined, citing company policy. Their honesty and dedication to excellent customer service truly impressed me, and I am deeply appreciative of their help. They really deserve a raise! Thank you, Raising Canes, I want to tell every friend about my experience and not only how great the food tastes but also how you excel in exceptional service and integrity.

For me, it doesnt get much better than Canes! I have never once had a bad experience there. The staff is friendly and attentive (and quick no matter how busy). The atmosphere and ambience is chill. And the food is absolutely mouthwatering. Wont lie, their sauce could be the only item on the menu and Id still go there...though that would be odd. AND my extremely picky children love Canes too so major bonus.

Eat at this place if you go through the drive thru so you wont see what they give you. I witnessed how they serve dishes to eat inside and no one claims them and there are many other people waiting for their orders talking over them then they join them with any other order to get out of those old foods and they are despotic and arrogant when they complain to them because the person realized what they do it is disgusting when you realize it so please if you come and more importantly with children DONT LOSE SIGHT OF YOUR ORDER because you can take away a cold plate full of bacteria and spit out by several people who talked, laughed and coughed on your food

Thats exactly what the founder of Raising Canes did, and now, 28 years later, there are locations in most major cities, and most, if not all states. This founder was told by many others that a fast food chain selling chicken fingers would not succeed, but he now has proven them wrong. His empire of this successful chicken fingers chain worked like a Karate chop on the negative things people tried to convince him of in the beginning of this company. He had his loving dog, RAISING CANE, to keep his spirits up throughout the setup process of Raising Canes Chicken Fingers. I love their chicken, Texas Toast, their signature dipping sauce, their krinlke cut fries, and admire both the founder and dog mascot of this growing fast food place. It would be a great company to franchise with.
