First and foremost I would like to thank Mr. Ryan Branch and his amazing staff for their outstanding work, leadership and professionalism throughout my entirety working with them. Ryan himself not only was an outstanding individual, but as a lawyer he exhibited true character and integrity as he provided he his patience and attentiveness. His guidance has not only set me on a path of success for my issue in particular, but his knowledgeable counsel has also helped me with a better understanding of day to day life. She proudly represents a man who beats women and will cancel all court hearings to protect him. 12/08/22 This review finally got her attention. In person, she is extremely unprofessional, unethical and a bully. Thankful for Rockwall County Judge for being fair, lawful towards her vindictive request regarding the well being of a child. Caroline Rose is just as unethical. Avoid this law firm

Very rude and hard to work with. I tried to schedule a meeting with this office a few times and this is a complete lie. Elizabeth isnt even respectful enough to take a call. So how can she talk about setting up a meetin.. Complete lie. Called her today and extremely rude. I know she is trying to be tough for court but If I talk to you with respect I think respect should be given back. Very childish.

I cant thank the Branch Law Firm enough for representing me when a few Dallas firms declined my case because of the challenges that could have occurred. Betsy Branch has been a huge blessing in my life when I was going through a tender situation of divorce. I appreciated the compassionate side of relating to mothers and I also appreciated her professional side when when had to get down to business for court. During family changes such as divorce it is never easy on anyone, especially the children. Having a level headed attorney such as Betsy made things go extremely smooth and a little painless compared to most cases that can drain the life out of you. Mrs. Branch represented me in a child custody mediation. She is an incredibly intelligent and compassionate family attorney who knows her stuff. She was always available on the phone/email and responded to my queries promptly and goes above and beyond in setting expectations for your case. The best decision I have made was turning to Betsy for help with my family law case. From day one, she stepped in, took charge, and started getting things done where my prior attorney had let things fall. Throughout the entire process Betsy was kind and responsive - I could email her with any concerns or questions and she was always quick at getting back to me and never made me feel like I was crazy or bothering her. I truly felt she was on my side and looking out for my familys best interest. There were many times throughout the process that opposing counsel looked to her on what the next steps were, what was standard procedure, and what the best recommendation was (thank you, Family Law Board Certification!). BEAUTIFUL office, lovely staff, at a time in my life when I was afraid and confused, I was comfortable enough to ask questions, even some I felt were silly, and left feeling confident! Terrible customer service! Spoke with Elizabeth Betsy Branch, owner, and she is so racist and unprofessional. Rates are outrageous. $300/hr. Really? Are you taking me to see the president? Laughing out loud. That is crazy. Owner was so disrespectful and kept interrupting before I could even explain my case. Would definitely not recommend this firm for anything or to anybody. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! >:(
