Felt very uncomfortable was greeted with a very rude negative big girl frizzy hair as the worker gave attitude and sighed in front of me and my friend asked for 1 min and couldn t even charge me correctly and rolled her eyes at us, we saw her scream at a customer you get when it s finished very rude and made us wait more then we we where there and kept giving us eye contact , and when a group guys came along they got their food before we did. I was being nice and polite I dont know what was all that attitude for could ve given her a tip but had no patience whatsoever do better wing stop

Fast service and wonderful wings at a good price. Especially the garlic parmesan wings are delicious. But we ordered six parmesan wings and two lemon pepper. They gave us 4 and 4, so they got our order wrong. My wife would not allow me to complain since she doesnt want to waste food. UPDATE: This time they got my order wrong again, but to my benefit. I ordered a 6 wing combo, they gave me eight wings.

So many problems here. Called in. Humans don t answer the phone. AI answers and tells you the order is placed and then you show up and the order was never placed. I ordered several online orders and to my surprise the wings all lacked sauce and were dry like if they were left over or over cooked. Then in my sandwich there were no pickles also lacking sauce. And lastly I asked for extra seasoning on the fries but no seasoning was on them. I ordered the 12 seasoned corn and only got 11 corn as well. The food and atmosphere is amazing as always and I mean no ill-will towards this company but this particular locations has the worst customer service I have experienced in all the wingstop locations. They don t pay attention to what you need and above all they are rude towards the people that come to pick up orders. They don t care how long they make you wait because they prioritize chatting over actually helping their customers which is part of their job. I have never seen them welcome anyone with a friendly smile and have only seen them do the bare minimum every time I enter this location. Be aware that if you come here for a pick up they might not even pay attention to you.

Super slow service ordered at 10:52PM and we got food at 11:42PM. Order finally came out and girl gave it to someone else. We told her its ours its ours she compared the tickets and asked her supervisor if it was theirs. Fries were cold. Of the two coke dispensing machines one had only vitamin water and the other one has a faulty touch screen. They dont sell beer everyones faces were of frustration. Wings were dry and hard.

We ordered online and picked up. We did see the food until we got home. The boneless wings were ridiculously small and not even enough meat. Some were literal size of a grape. They also placed 4 ranch to go on top the fries which were not in a container just the opened small tray, flattening the fries and making them es extremely cold. I wish I would have taken a picture.

The worst experience I had on a Sunday at the Edinburg Trenton location. I ordered online at 7:50pm (16-21 min NO WAIT). I get there at 8:20pm asked for my order and it wasn t ready. So I said ok I ll give it 10 to 15 mins. at 8:30 I asked for them to check up on my order and still it wasn t ready. I placed my order by phone & picked up. When I got home my wings had no sauce n didnt taste fully cooked. I called spoke to the Manager Janely n expressed my concern. She requested I send her a photo to her personal phone and I did. She then told me shed give me credit and a second later asked me to bring the wings back. I don t usually care for leaving such negative reviews but every time I give this wingstop a chance (as it happens to be the closest wingstop to my house) I am always disappointed but today it was extra. 1) there was a customer complaining because they had forgotten her order or given it to someone else. 2) the two counter employees were literally arguing back and forth IN FRONT of customers about who had made the mistake, neither one taking responsibility or apologizing for the error 3) they didn t have bone in. 4) 1 of the drink machines was out of order (which wasn t new) 5) the one that was working wasn t dispensing ice, most of their flavors were out, and the coke was flat, 6) the bathrooms were disgusting. The employees don t look happy which makes me think they are overworked, understaff, and unsupported by leadership. Avoid this wing stop.

These are the same mature adults I see weekly, for months now, with the same story, my husband is sick , my wife is sick . Some of these individuals walk to your table begging for cash or selling outside food while you are literally eating and chewing on your food. WHY does the establishment allow this? I made my orders there, everything was very good, only what I dont think is the kind of MANAGER they have, they should be checked because my son just started working there and he told him not to show up anymore. My son is a student and cant be there. working during the day on weekends. Yes, but my husband knew that manager because he worked at another wigstop with him and he says that he is a bad person. TAKE CARE OF YOUR WORKERS, not just anyone who thinks they are the boss just because they are a manager.

Suggestion to wingstop needs to improve the online order updating their software so people doesnt arrived when it shows its ready and its not, employee said that they can not change the order to pending. Wingstop!!! This place is disgusting. Your restrooms are filthy. No toilet paper and your employees are on their phones while we ask them for toilet paper. Its food. Its overpriced for the quality and portions. The service is slow and generally just a little surly. I dont have specific instructions for my orders as a general rule and yet they seem to get my orders wrong with alarming regularity. Its wings, fries and sauces... Were not solving cold fusion. How hard can it be to translate the spoken word to a properly fulfilled order? Dietary restrictions: Cajun wings (traditional} are a great keto option. As are several of the other flavors.

Horrible service from Host Elmo. Made a simple mobile order just to have it all reimbursed for $2 dollars. Ordered a 10 piece combo. All flats, All garlic Parmesan with a side of lemon pepper. Once I get there, I verified my order, to realize I received 5 garlic 5 Parmesan all mix and no side of lemon pepper. To fix their mistake I requested just a side of lemon pepper and garlic, but he insisted on charging me for the sauces claiming it was my mistake for ordering wrong! I order this all the time, he clearly took my order wrong and blamed me and preferred to just refund me than to make it right.

Ordered online at 9:40pm arrived @10pm and my order still wasnt ready waited an additional 20mins for my order only to realize after I got home they forgot all the fries I ordered with my 4 combos and the chicken sandwich wasnt even seasoned like I ordered it and was mediocre at best not even pickles and was like warm called the store and they actually delivered my fries but everyone had already eaten so didnt get a chance to eat the fries. And to top it off everyone I spoke to was clueless about my order and when it was supposed to be ready and I had to talk to 4 different ppl to get my order and then for it to not be complete was ridiculous.

One of the most horrendous locations in the Valley. The crew members don t greet you or say thank you have a nice day after giving you your food. I left 30 minutes after my food has been ready for 15 minutes. They called the wrong person when they handed my food next to me and my name was on the other side of the bag so I couldn t tell if it was mine or not. Otherwise, I would have left 15 minutes prior to 30 minutes of waiting. After waiting another 15 minutes, they re like oh did you need something? and i just told them that I was waiting for my order. Then they said it was mine and I explained to them that they called another person when putting the bag down and they just walked away without apologizing or any sort of apology . Never returning here again. NOTE: if you hate your job so much, just quit and look for another one that s better or in the least, slightly better.

I was hesitant to go to this location since it s not the first time the staff is so unwelcoming. Either the franchise owner doesn t care or it s out an out of town owner but this has to be the worst at customer service. They close at 12 and I showed up at 10:30, and one of the guys went straight to the back and the cashier asked me with an attitude, is it order or pick up? I said, order, why? Are you guys closing already? He mumbled that they close at 11:30 or 12:00 and went straight to the back. I just got my wallet off the counter and left to Buffalos. I really like Wingstop but this location has to be the worst. It s always unwelcome looks, and never greeting the customers. They always have people standing around waiting for to-go orders. This location has potential to be a great location that people would want to come repeatedly but staff needs to be replaced or well trained.
