Its OK. The only thing I didnt like it when the young lady kept touching here ear piece taking orders through the drive-through and then still touching the ice to shave it and break it down, touching the top of cups. Thats nasty that the earpiece is dirty. Even with gloves still nasty.

I dont really want to share/post ugly... A business full of young adults or teens is great, but an adult (experienced in customer service) needs to manage. Got me on a joyful day with the kakadoodledoo attitude or persona I received. Even my kids like whatttt no sense. Okay, thats ugly enough. It was still yummy. Peace.

If i could give zero star on service i would. First of, i had a 1/2 off coupon on my rewards app to use on a Bahama Soda so i added to my order, so at the window the girl scanned my coupon(which immediately erased from my phone) but We still paid same price? When questioned the manager he did not understand my complaint, he said the girl asked me if i wanted to use my reward $1 and i said no? Like what?! So he ended up refunding the drink. Okay cool. But then when receiving my nephews sno-cone at the end, which we ordered the Sonic Seasonal with ONE SONIC CHARACTER SPOON ADDED but did not receive... We even asked at the speaker beforehand for it to be Tails character but she said they dont choose it since they are packaged at random.. but the girl at the window said we didnt not order one and that it would be extra- which mind you money was never the issue, its the concept of going to a place knowing very well how to order and the young girl at the window not knowing how to listen and take orders. Disappointed.

I tried a new flavor and it was horrible by the time I got across the street to fedex and tasted it, I went back but instead went inside to ask for a new one they were beyond busy .after waiting in line about 5 minutes .the girl at cashier was new and didn t know what to do when I asked for a different flavor, so then I instructed her to get the manager since she didn t know the answer to my request. She went and asked him as he was warring through a mountain of sno ice trying to get those orders out he looked at my melted sno and told her yes I can get a new flavor .he took care of my replacement sno in a timely manner and I really appreciated that! I love Bahama bucs and this hospitality is the reason I will revisit when I have a hankering for a snow cone!

First time going there because my kid couldn t stop requesting for it after she went there with aa family member. Customer service was great. My kid was super happy. I wish i took a picture but next time I will. It was not busy. Restroom was out of toilet paper but it was past 7p so it is a quick fix.

We go here often. I just wish they had a quicker process for making drinks or had a Drive-thru that allows you to past or move on if your drink is easier to make. Otherwise, youre waiting in line for 20-30 mins. sometimes for a drink.

Our favorite Bahama Bucks location! We recommend the following flavors : Princess , Birthday Cake, Wedding Cake , vanilla , root beer with crème , cherry, hurricane colada, blue coconut, white coconut and lime. Also add some condensed milk and your snow cone will taste just a little bit sweeter.

On 718 I bought which was supposed to be a strawberry shortcake it with no strawberry syrup in it. I don t know what it was. It was pink no taste to it. It tasted like nothing but ice asked for them to put some strawberry juice in it they did put a little, but it still didn t do any good it was nasty I did not like it. I paid almost 6 dollars For it it was a disaster. It had paint chunks of stuff in it. It was no cream inside of it like I normally get a strawberry shortcake every week like I say I don t know what this was. It was nasty.

1st snocone was really drippy so they remade it free of charge. A lot of flavors including pickle juice which is delightfully kooky. They go a little heavy on the syrup and if you order a pre pictured one make sure you specify the flavors. Great service and adorable little place!

LOVE it !!! LOVE it !!! LOVE it !!! There ice is real fine and smooth. It just melts in your mouth. When its hot out side, theres nothing better than a snow cone. They have any flavor you can think of. You can have them mix as many flavors as you want. Most of the combinations are awesome !!! I got a strawberry with cream. It was so good. My grand daughter got passion fruit and coconut with cream and she loved it! Soo.... see what you can come up with. I found out that they are all fantastic.

Too many young employees at a time. Some need customer service training. The drive thru is usually wrapped around the building. The last time I went they got my order completely wrong and the young guy at the window was like he couldnt give my partial refund back for charging an extra drink. His response was...I can give you both drinks and you will get points towards free stuff. Made no sense. Finally, another employee came, then another, then another older man came and rudely handed me the drinks when I said just forget the refund bc Im holding up this already long line. Gave 2 stars bc the presentation/quality of the drinks are always good. Just subpar customer service from some of the employees, not all of them.

I gave them 3 stars because the flavoring isn t consistent, I get the same flavor every time I visit the rockwall location, and it s never the same taste, one day it s watered down the next visit it is mixed with some else. I love how they pack the cone and the customer service, but I wish the flavor was more consistent in taste.

So I have to admit that I have only been to Bahama bucks on 2 occasions and they are awesome. The staff at this location are very upbeat and dont mind answering a question. Being the second time Ive been, I asked what probably seemed like a million questions to decide what to get. I definitely recommend stopping be here and getting a tasty dessert

If you like shaved ice, then this is your place! The ice is softer than other snow cone places. Plus they have so many flavors. The only negative thing is the price. I think theyre a little high. On the other hand though it is worth it. Update today 3-29-22. There were three young kids working, so it took a while to get to order and get our ice, but todays was my favorite one Ive had from here! Great job yall!

I m usually a regular here with no problems but tonight i came through drive thru and ordered a tigers blood picadilly. very excited for my order because i know it ll be perfect i get my order and usually when i ve asked for picadilly it would be pickles on the tops and sides but tonight i didn t see any. as i scooped to try to get down more i still wasn t met with pickles so i went inside and got hell from a lady with a blonde pulled back ponytail told her the issue she helped me no problem then when i was leaving she said usually if you keep eating the pickles will be at the bottom I did not pay $14 for one of my two sno cones to have pickles ALL THE WAY AT THE BOTTOM and one with pickles all the way as they should be.

The food is great! The staff is an eclectic group of young kids with interesting personalities. The place is small, can t support more than 40 people inside.
