Yesterday I celebrated my daughters quinceañera in this beautiful place, which was a success! Thank you to the coordinators Mrs. Lety and Mrs. Mary for making this possible with their professionalism, kindness, punctuality, experience, positive attitude and much more!!! I am eternally grateful for such good service! Infinite thanks! I will take this beautiful experience with me forever, thank you for making this day so special: magical and unforgettable!!! 100% recommended, I chose this place for such a special event because I had already attended 3 events and I loved it!! I continue to recommend it forever!!!!

Excellent service they gave us at my nieces XV. All the room staff were super friendly, especially Ms. Lety, who did an excellent job of coordinating, doing everything possible to make our event as beautiful as possible, and how can I forget Ms. Mary, who has also always taken excellent care of us. The living room can be very beautiful but the attention makes it look even more.

My daughter had her wedding there on May 25th, the packet that they paid was expensive and included what looked like alot of the things a bride should not have to worry about. We thought that was going to be the case. The event wedding planner/Laura the owner of the venue made it sound like the event planner knew what her role was. Far from that, first of all my daughter and her fiancee should not have to worry about any of that instead they put their trust in these people. It was her first wedding but it was the venues 1000s of wedding. The wedding planner from the Venue schedule a practice run for the wedding party and then cancelled it, then she said lets do the practice run 45 min before the reception starts. She was not there she arrived 45 mins after the reception started. The DJ and her could not agree on anything. My other daughter needed to take care of everything else. Some of the tables did not get the appetizer, the 360 was not there the entire time and most people did not get a chance to use it. I will say the place was clean, and the tables were nicely decorated. But the service was a 1 star this includes laura (owner), she took no accountability for the poor service or an apology for her own actions, the wedding planner was a mess and all over the place. The talk is good from both of them but they are not trustworthy in their promises. I hope this review is taken serious from them and they do better. For those reading this review it is with the intent of not bashing this venue but making people aware of what is written on paper is not what is always promised. Chose your venues carefully.

I had my event here and I would not recommend it at all. First, my coordinator decided to show up after my event started and then left before the time that she was supposed to leave. She was included in the event s package and was paid to be there a certain amount of time which was not fulfilled. She was also very rude and unprofessional (her and Dj were fighting the entire time) also my D.J., D.J. Express was recommended by this event center. She then said she was going to charge me an extra $50 to coordinate which was confusing because that was what she was paid already to do. Then i got sparkler for my first dance and the people from the event center were testing them out during my event instead they should have done that before it had started. I then got the taquiza which was offered to me at least three different times and the paper shown below shows that it includes 5 tacos, beans, and the toppings. I paid for what I thought was going to be 100 orders of 5 tacos and trimmings with beans. I honestly don t even think I got 70 orders and each order given only had four tacos. I called the event center the Monday following the event to let them know what happened. Laura, the owner, doesn t take any accountability. She said they have always been 4 tacos per order for months now. So then why is the information not updated if it was months ago. She said well if you would have asked I would have told you there would have been four. I said why would I ask if the paper clearly say 5. She then said she should have told me but that I also should have asked to try the tacos. Which made no sense. I asked if I could see the cameras and she (the owner) didn t know how they worked but she would call me when the person and gave me a run around for two weeks. I would call and they wouldn t answer. Then they said the footage got deleted. Which was strange because she told me she saw people taking double out of the event which shows that she saw some footage. I asked if the could prorate the taco orders and I didn t expect them to give me my money all back. They said the couldn t and it didn t matter if it was four or five tacos. (Well it does matter especially to the paying customer. ) then the owner LAURA hung up on me. They have terrible customer service!! The are also affiliated with Palazzio I believe the son is the one in charge of that place. I spoke to him in regards to the taquiza because he might be the in charge of that.he also had so many excuses and didn t take accountability. I almost forgot they also dropped an order of tacos in front of my mom scooped up some cilantro from the floor and then offered to my mom. If that happens in front of people not sure what happens behind closed doors.

This was a really nice venue. Plenty of room with options. At the time of my visit, the bathroom needed some major cosmetic repairs with stall doors. I really liked the outdoor area for picture taking.

Had my wedding here.. Beautiful place. But food wasn t up to par.. the lady coordinator they hired was kinda rude.. I hired a bartender & they told us last min that we couldn t use any mixers we bought, we could only buy from them.. I thought it was custom to save the top piece of the cake for the bride and groom while I m busy attending all my other guests I don t have time to ask for it.. they didn t save it for me.. I couldn t find my cake cutters or champagne flutes people bought for me they said they didn t have the items.. none of my friends or family had them.. over all didn t have an amazing experience here.

If youre planning an event and youre wanting snack carts and stuff like that dont do it here they will tell you yes in the beginning and then tell you no and throw your guests outside to finish eating it even if its humid and hot with bugs and mosquitoes. Theres better and more elegant places than this please do your research . They have a very ugly way of speaking to you and to your guests its definitely not worth the money . Not everyone is going to tolerate being spoken to in such a manner.

Horrible!!! The workers or somebody that cleans at night, stole my 1942 don julio and a 44avion reserve bottle. The cleaning crew swear they threw it away and then they found the boxes with out the bottles in the trash. As nice as the place is and expensive the workers are thieves.

This place was our first option for our wedding as my future sister in law got married here..however we were terribly disappointed..when we got our contract that we signed..IN THE VENUE .. (and we had given a DOWNPAYMENT which we had the receipt) only to get a call a few minutes later (when we got home) from the new owner telling us that our signed contract was invalid! His excuse was that his employees had made a mistake and that they had sold us a package that did not exist and that the price we had to pay was actually double the amount of what was in the contract. All of this occurred after we had met 2 employees at the wedding fair in the convention center which had told us the same price as the third employee..the day we signed the contract...the day after we went back to get our money back...the owner accepted to give us our downpayment as we did not want to go forward with our event in his venue anymore after the unprofessional mistake...the lady that signed the contract with us was super friendly she even told us she was the chef in the venue but when i asked the owner if she had been trained to sell the packages he offers it was clear his employees were confused and had the wrong information. Owner apologized and accepted their mistake. He went on to say he would make sure it wouldn t happen again and from now on he would handle the contracts...Long story short...it was a big disappointment...but in the end my fiancé and I believe it all happened for a reason and we now have found the perfect venue for our wedding ..good luck to all of you...

My fiancée and I were looking for a venue for our upcoming wedding. We decided to go to a Wedding Fair held at the McAllen Convention Center in April of 2019. Once in there, we spoke to the Valencia Event Center vendors. The vendors were nice, looking for people to do business with. They provided us with really good quotes for our wedding request. We set up a meeting further that week in the venue to finalize the contract. Once in there, we were greeted by a very friendly lady (introduced to us as the venues cook). She was the one in charge of the events finances (at least on that day). We provided her the numbers that were given to us at the expo and she went ahead and finalized the contract with those numbers subtracting another $500 for getting their info at the expo, meaning, shes been doing business before and thats what the venue was charging (a family member of mine got married in that same venue with similar numbers to what were given to me so we thought that was the range as a reference). My fiancée and I were happy! Walked around taking pictures of everything imagining our future wedding in there. Doing what couples do. One hour goes by and once at home we get a call from the actual owner (disrespectful harsh tone as if we had done a mistake and straight of in Spanish saying that the contract could not be taken place as there were mistakes on their own invoice by at least $4000). Keep in mind that we had SIGNED the contract IN the venue and given a DOWN PAYMENT of $1000. My fiancée and I were shocked by such thing (its a wedding day and you dont play with that). He requested for us to go back the following day to talk about the issue in person. We went and explained everything that happened. He said sorry but he couldnt honor the price that was signed in his own venue and tried to get us to book our wedding on a cheaper venue which he also owns, which to me, was ridiculous and disrespectful. After all of this, how can you do business with such person? He refunded us the deposit and we parted ways. We learned he had been managing Valencia for a few months. Please train your staff, specially under finances and dont give wrong information and false hope to your customers. We hate to say it but we wont be booking any future events in that venue. We booked our wedding elsewhere much more professional and we are glad we did it. Valencia, unfortunately, did not deserve our business.

Good room for events. I went to a relative of mines quinceañera. I found it nice, spacious and had good acoustics for the sound of music. It is a little far from the urban area and at night it is very dark all around. To the parking lot of the place.

Oh man, I cant say enough how much I love this place. We got married there last night and it was absolutely perfect. Not only that, the past year we took to plan it was made so stress free by Mario and Erika helping us every step of the way, our friends and family were always so amazed by how relaxed we were about the planning process and it was all thanks to them and their incredible staff taking care of everything. I would highly recommend this place for any event you would want to host, its perfect and beautiful. :)

We had our wedding there this past November.. Mario was absolutely amazingggg at making sure our Special Day was perfect.At night, this baby becomes so well put together with all the flowers, decor, lights and linens, dont be fooled by walking in on a random day when not prepped. Mario went so many extra miles to make sure our requests were done, and done right. I love that every request we had was answered with a yes! Everybody raved about the Glassware (no plastics here) they used for our Open Bar, the decor, how fancy and elegant the venue was and I can go ON and ON... bottom line, one of the most beautiful and elegant places here in the Valley for your wedding. 5 stars!!!! Thank you for making our special day ONE TO REMEMBER for all our guests and us as the bride and groom to cherish for the rest of our lives together! I had to write a review because this little gem here does it right and just left us and everybody else in just AWE with every detail. Pros: The decor was nice and they had a variety to choose from. Food tasted great during tasting and day of wedding. They were flexible with cake and food tasting prior to wedding. Nicest hall on Jackson Rd. Cons: Very unorganized the day of the wedding. Food was an hour late. Cake was two hours late. They said person bringing it was in an accident and cake was ruined, but brought an exact replica an hour later. We were told one thing prior to the wedding day and then changed the rules during our wedding. Made us announce the changes to our guests during the wedding. Overall: three stars because we had good service prior to the wedding, but unfortunately didnt deliver 100% on the day of the wedding.
