Gave this place a final try and disappointed yet again. Overpriced and subpar. The service was terrible. It was not busy at all and they looked to be pretty staffed. We had 2 plates and they came out over 20 minutes apart, why would you bring one persons meal and not the other. We had to flag down someone each time we needed something, got no silverware or napkins. Asked for ranch serval times before they finally said they didn t have ranch. There was another table near by that had to ask about their order multiple times. Not sure how long they had been waiting since there were there before we were. We won t be back.

I had set up reservations via email with Eva Cannon 3 weeks prior to our event, we had a large party of 16 guests. I had to email Eva multiple times to even get a response from her. She assured me everything was good to go a week before our event, but when we arrived they had no knowledge for our reservation, and they were all confused. Luckily our server was a rockstar and was able to put some tables together for us last minute. She was absolutely wonderful! Everything worked out but if there hadn t been a table available our night would have been ruined. Your event coordinator Eva should get her crap together, but your servers were amazing!

Beer was fine but the fries were under-done and the fish in the Fish and Chips HAD to be microwaved or something. I dont know how the batter they had on them could have came out as weirdly soggy if they werent microwaved. The vibe of the place was off too, just a bad experience in general. I wouldnt go back.

What a shame, had high hopes but wooooo. To walk in and not be welcomed, greeted have a menu just placed with no words. Three staff, busy enjoying their own company, we were literally looked through , even as we opened the door to leave we were confident they didn t even notice!!! Clearly have their established regulars and can t be bothered with anyone new. Such a pity, having experienced excellent service at Lakewood, 3 Corners, Tupps,Peticolas, Manhattan Project we were hoping the one on our doorstep would match them, so much to learn. Customer Service being the first lesson.

Came for a Sunday lunch, based on location and found on Google. The building, concept, aesthetic and both indoor/outdoor space is impressive, as soon as you walk in. Unfortunately, some of the architectural aspects that make the building pretty seem to make it hard for bartenders and servers to greet people, or to maneuver around to give adequate service. They certainly get their steps in because of the design. Glassware not near beers, bar only open one end, it seems exhausting. As a first time visitor, it would also be awesome to know the menus and table numbers are straight back by the back wall, and that I need to get them myself. It would have been awesome if they had enough cooks to combat the crowds (we have over an hour wait time for food) not the fault of the servers, although they have their own challenges and lack of apparent management. Menu was robust and food, once it came out was honestly pretty good. Beers are good with a really good selection. But it doesn t make me want to come back or make me a fan, which is the point of a restaurant at a brewery you ve never been to a rough intro, where the lack of efficiency and management make a great product a bad experience. Maybe I ll just buy beers in store sometime or come back when they get a system where I can order and do everything from my phone.

We always have a great experience here! You have to know the process.. it s a brewery where you order at the bar, not full service. That said, the food is great! The vibe is always fun and we love a couple of the beers. It s a perfect spot for our date nights without kids.

This was our first time walking into this restaurant and, based on the menu, we were super excited to try it. Unfortunately that didnt happen, as we sat there for about 10 min without a single staff member coming by the table. I wouldve even accepted a hi, well be with you in just a moment. Instead, we sat and watched a waitress stand and talk to a table beside us that had already eaten and cleared the table. First impressions are everything, and this was a pretty poor one.

This would be 1 or 2 stars, but the brunette bartender did her best to make up for the bars draft system flaws, so the rating improved. The draft system here is garbage. The owners need to use their profits and fix it. The poor staff has to stand at the tap for literally a minute to pour 1 beer. The staff initially made excuses that they only had 3 bartenders and that is why service was so slow. I counted, there were only 57 people in the bar, or 19 customers per bartender. That ratio is not a problem for a good bartender and/or a well designed bar. Staff was good, food was brewpub average, beer was good, garbage draft system ruined the experience. You own the bar, its your investment, FIX THE DRAFT SYSTEM! Good grief, basic logic and lazy owners are mentally exhausting.

We visited for the first time the evening of July 4th. The inside was about half full, we were seated quickly and ordered drinks and 3 appetizers. I didn t much care for the wine or beer, unfortunately. The service was great! The steak frites were delicious! The tortilla chips needed salt, the wings were fine. In general, it was a cute place with good customer service. Tons of outdoor space in front and back so I can imagine it would be a good place to hang out with groups, on cooler days, and later evenings.

I was so excited to eat here, just to be incredibly disappointed. Everything was rushed and I don t know why because the place wasn t busy. My party and I sat down at one of the tables. I got up and walked to the bar to try some samples. I was excited to try some beers that were posted online, to learn that they didn t have them. My interactions with the bartender were cold, short, and seemed less important than talking to a coworker or another customer who also didn t know what they wanted yet. After trying their sour, I wasn t a fan. So I asked to try another one, the waiter who took my order at the table was asking me about every sample cup that I had and logging it into his handheld kiosk. I felt rushed to make a decision because he was asking me so many questions about what I wanted. I gave him a drink name and he just walked away before I had a chance to ask if he would bring it to the table. When he brought the drink to the table, he made sure to recap our entire bill on multiple occasions, two taco orders, one drink, and iced teas. Food was okay quality. Portions were okay quality. My party and I were on our second taco and we needed napkins. We asked the waiter, he said okay and walked away. When he came back, he reiterated our order to us once again and said that they only accept card, they need to update the website to say no cash. He cared more about us paying than to provide decent customer service to us. I had to remind him to bring the napkins and he responded, oh yeah. I considered ordering something else because the portion wasn t enough but after feeling rushed, I changed my mind. This place was not very welcoming and their service was subpar. I wouldn t visit again. honestly.

Beware of booking an event 3 months out with them, they will cancel your event one week prior. Giving them a 1 star due to not being able to leave a review without one. To say I was extremely disappointed is an understatement!! I booked my event with Siren Rock in March for my Graduation party to take place on 5/11. Went in person to book, paid the deposit, went 2 weeks out for the decorator to check the area and RECONFIRMED the time (7pm), space, etc with Eva. One week prior to my event, Eva sent me an email saying I had to push my event up or reschedule it to the next day. I was graduating from TWU at 1pm; 3 hour ceremony, had to drive back to Rockwall, change, etc there was ABSOLUTELY no way I could have pushed it up, and the invitations that were sent out in March had this location, time and date! And to offer to reschedule to Mother s Day really?!! I had to cancel my event with Siren Rock brewery. To say I was disappointed, scrambling to find a new place, etc is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!! And, Eva had no remorse. I had to constantly email her, text her and call the brewery to obtain my refund back. I will not be giving this business any of my business, but if you want excellent customer service and event planning, go to The Northside! They took care of my event and it turned out to be wonderfully organized!!

We sat at the bar and there they continued to be helpful. Giving us their opinion and thoughts on the different beer options and food. We both had burgers. One with regular seasoned fries and the other with truffle fries. If you like Cajun seasoning youll be fine getting the regular fries. I wasnt a fan BUT the truffle fries are well worth the extra $2. As for the burgers. They were both good. The only thing I would change is adding a bit more salt to the patty itself. The meat was seasoned enough for my taste. This place has plenty of room to seat. Indoor and outdoor. Its also dog friendly with a great space in the back with a small space with grass but its not completely fenced and the main road is behind the hill.

I really liked Divine Monk before today s visit it was a well balance of orange zest, clove, and banana. At todays visit, Divine Monk tasted really lemony almost like pine sol. It was not pleasant at all, which was really disappointing. Additionally, we ordered food and parts of the entree were forgotten, which were eventually brought out, but still, has never happened before. Not sure we will be back unless the new brewer starts making the beer the same way it was.

Nice venue, open airy, lots of windows cool picture brands of their beer selection. Attentive, casual service. Way above average pub grub. In the right season their excellent patios would welcome generous room for a party atmosphere. I was there in a typical Texas July. The beer is good, local craft fare. The drawbacks include that the physical layout of the place is all Chrome window glass and cement floor and they play their music loud. So dont go there on a date and expect to actually get to TALK with your partner. It has a brittle feel/sound. This is an all too common problem with restaurants. People are getting out again from lockdown and want to be social, not here loud music. Otherwise good place. I want to go back and try other selections.

This place is wonderful! However, I ve been here twice and each time my experience was the same. The atmosphere is lovely and the food scrumptious, but on each visit the staff fell short in responsiveness and attentiveness (no, they re not synonymous!) Having to ask for your attention does not sit well with me. Perhaps some extra training might be in order. Otherwise, I really like this place and will be back!

The beers are consistently fantastic! The poor rating is because of the food. I used to really enjoy the food here, but tonight we were seriously disappointed. The queso was like $12 and was literally a single serving (like maybe 2oz)?? With a handful of chips served on a plate. It was almost comical! At least the tiny, waaaaaaaay over priced queso was the one good-tasting thing we had. The fried green tomatoes tasted like the food they were fried with? somewhat fishy and just very off . Also, they were floating in a cold honey and pesto mixture which didn t taste very good together. Oh and there was an hunk of mozzarella cheese that added a chewy, cold, blob of slime vibe to the bite. Overall, the dish was well gross. The humus was horrid! I m a garlic lover, but this humus had some kind of extremely, almost chemical-tasting, garlicky oil all over it? It was inedible. Pita slices were warm, soft, and yummy. But it sucks to spend $12+ on pita slices. I had planned on getting a to-go order for family members at home, but decided not to given the 3 other disappointments described above. Each of these were outrageously priced for what we got, both in quality and quantity. Sad to see it going down hill on the food side of things. I was rooting for this place! Maybe they can tweak things and get back on track, but I m going to need a while to recover from what I experienced tonight. I m still nauseated as of this review posting.

Atmosphere was great! Loved the decor, the seating the waiters were attentive, beer was delicious. Fearless Contender (hazy IPA) was my favorite. Didn t get a chance to try the Siren because they had ran out. I order the Bavarian Bites (pretzel bites) to die for! Delicious. Even though they came out before the food and I had to ask if they were still coming out.. my wife ordered the Blackened Chicken tacos and they missed to add the avocado ranch but the waitress quickly got us a side of it. Won t keep me from going back but it needs to do better. UPDATE for the review respond: YES! Do better. Pretzels were brought out after the entrees and the fact that the sauce was brought out as soon as I made someone aware it was missing does not change the fact that I had to get up and go to someone at the bar to ask about the pretzels AND the sauce. So yes, do better. 3 stars for the nice decor, delicious beer, and friendliness

There really arent good low tables to sit at if you want to eat. There are couches and coffee tables but that isnt conducive to having a meal. Im currently in a boot with a fractured foot so there werent any good options. Not a fan of having to order at the bar or filling up my own water. If Im paying the prices I need service. The food was ok. Kinda underwhelming. Nothing crazy that Id come back for. They were out of at least 2 beers but didnt know that until I went to get the flight I picked out. There isnt much parking in the lot. The brewery is pretty but not a favorite.

I have been to this brewery a few times hoping to give it the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately every time I go it is the same or worse. Disorganized chaos. Place is crazy no customer service. If you want anything you need to go to the bar and order. The line at the bar is long and you wait forever. When you order food you get a number and when your food is ready a staff member runs around the chaos looking for you. To top it off they allow minors all hours which is dangerous during the crazy hours as I did not see a single bartender card anyone. I feel the concept of what they have is a great idea. I would recommend have table service for people who are at a table and bar orders for people at the bar or standing around. This would make a better guest experience. Also minors allowed during certain days and time. Example no minors after 7 pm. As this place get as crazy as a night club. Also parking is difficult and bathrooms were a mess.

A nice spicey ability would pair with the fries better and the shrimp a crispy coating and more chilies/heat to pull through as very bland.

Even standing at the bar for several minutes I had 2 people behind the bar make direct eye contact with me and continue to stand there (they weren t making other drinks or in conversation with guests, literally just standing with their arms crossed), and finally a third person offered assistance. I ve had a burger there which was pretty good, and fish and chips maybe, but it s not super memorable food. Oh and one of the last times I was there it was playoff baseball season, and 2 different people said they would put the game on and never did. And there was a terribly horrible singer playing live (not the bars fault but still). Overall, I d go back if people were meeting up there or something but likely I would not choose it as my go to spot.

Then there is a backyard complete with tables and umbrellas and more games. There wasn t anything here nor to like. I wanted to sample 3 possible choices for my drink and the bar staff immediately jumped on it and was very friendly. Lunch selection was great as I m a picky eater. The flight of beers was spot on and we let the bartender pick the choices. At the end of lunch it didn t kill the wallet either. I look forward to going back and doing Friday work sessions from here. There are two beautiful patios and the interior is exquisite. Also a party room for private functions. Live music on weekend for more fun. So, my advice is to make it a regular part of your dining and entertainment pleasures.

However, 10 minutes before 6 we were not allowed to order another beer. Bartender told us that they were no longer serving, never heard them call last call, the bar staff just wanted to go home and voiced it many times, using it as an excuse to close down the bar early. Went yesterday for Brunch for a birthday. The bartenders did not seem like they were in good moods at all. I ordered the all American breakfast. The bacon, eggs and potatoes were delicious. It came with toast and said it was supposed to come with a Chipotle blueberry jam. All 4 people who ordered toast got dry toast with no Chipotle jam or butter. After asking they brought the Chipotle jam which I would have preferred regular jam or butter. The Chipotle jam would have been better on some sort of meat but not for breakfast. It was tangy and seemed more like a bbq sauce. My sister ordered the biscuit sandwiches. It said it came with a salsa but did not mention is was super spicy. It came on the sandwiches and my sister couldnt even eat it the sauce was so spicy. Should have been mentioned on the menu the sauce was that spicy. She then ordered the strawberry pancakes that were supposed to come with bacon and we didnt get the bacon and didnt realize until after we left. I know the brunch is new but some things to consider.

GREAT IDEA, BUT POORLY EXECUTED. I really had high hopes for this location, and hoped it would breath fresh life into a somewhat dull town square. However after several visits to this location my hopes have Soured (Pun intended). The issues begin as soon as you arrive, as they opted for an outdoor play area over ample parking. I learned this the hard way after having my vehicle towed for parking in the next closest parking lot. Maybe Its my fault for parking there, however since the businesss in the next parking lot where closed at the time, I figured this would be no issue. I was wrong, but if parking held a higher priority than cornhole, this wouldnt even be an issue. So if parking is unavailable at Siren Rock, just be prepared to park in the available public parking lots and walk a quarter to half mile to the brewery ( depending on which lot is available.) Unfortunately this is only where the problems begin. Be aware that there are no greeters, hostesses, or wait staff. Its completely self service. So finding seating, or knowing what tables are open is overly confusing given that you never know if a table is open, or if the people at the table are at the bar getting drinks (remember self service). Heres a pro tip! Find a table, have someone sit and hold it as your group rotates going to the bar to order. We learned this the hard way. Our group got drinks, found a table sat down and had our first round. We all decided for a second round and went to get in line at the bar. It so long to get our second round that our table was bussed, and a new group of people had sat at our table. We had full intentions of eating there, but where unable to get a table after that, and just ended up standing around with beers in our hands. Its very reminiscent of trying to order drinks at a night club. Since there are no servers or wait staff, people crowd around the bar, stand in line, squeeze between people on bar stools trying to grab bar tenders attention. Every time you need a drink, food, or anything for that matter you have to endure this process. The sad thing about this situation is that it could be easily resolved. Servers come at a cost $2.13 an hour, but this is obviously to steep of a price for Siren Rock to handle. I wish I could review the food, however we have never been able to eat there. Our second visit there we were table jacked, and our third trip the kitchen was closed. Our party arrived at 6:40 p.m. on Sunday for drinks and food, only to be told that the kitchen closes at 7p.m. (yes, you heard that correctly, their kitchen closes before dinner service) Since it was 20 till 7 we said we would place our order quickly, only to be told that the kitchen had already done last call. So if your planning on food, I would get there at least an hour before their advertised kitchen closing time cause who knows when they actually stop taking orders. So let me recap my 3 experiences here. First time was just to try some drinks, got my car towed and ended up costing me almost $200 to recover my car. Second trip we got table jacked, and had nowhere to sit and eat so we went the town square for food and drinks. 3rd attempt was on a Sunday for early dinner and drinks, but the kitchen was already closed, even though they were supposed to be open till 7. So 2 of the 3 times going here, we ended up going somewhere else. Maybe its my fault for continuing to return here, but after such high hopes and really wanting something cool for the downtown area, this is obviously not it. I would really like to see this place thrive in the hands of someone who has food and beverage experience, but until then, I will not be returning because its just a waist of time and money. Especially when we end up somewhere else anyways.
