The employees are stealing!! I just left and the guy in the window charged me four times for a coupon booklet and said it was for the small frosty I ordered!! They had me pull to the front just to give me cold food. I know they can t have customers wait long in the window or they get in trouble. To have someone wait and the food is cold is insane. Then I looked at my receipt and was charged four times for something I didn t get I m livid and disgusted. Y all have to do better! They wanted to charge me $1.50 for some buffalo sauce which I said never mind. I don t even want my food anymore! They only gave me $4 back no tax just $4 bills!! They are STEALING!!

Absolute worst drive through experience of my life. I waited 20 minutes, was asked to pull up while 4 people behind me received their orders. How many times am I gonna get burned by this Wendy s location? I keep saying I m never going back there again. But this time will be different. I m only ordering a few baked potatoes. Surely they can t mess this up. Oh boy. Pre-ordered on the app so they had plenty of time. Went to the drive thru and was asked to pull up . 5 minutes goes by, 10 minutes goes by, 15 minutes goes by 20 minutes goes by. So I pull around and go inside and ask for the manager. She has no idea what s going on. She s asking around and they only have 2 of the 5 ready. So I just ask them to cancel my order and I ll go somewhere else. They wouldn t, said I had to call customer service. Asked for the managers name she wouldn t give it to me. No care, no willing to make it right. I swear this will be my last time.

Customer service chick at drive thru was rude as hell... I got son of baconator and looks like a got a kids lil piece of hamburger and dried... fries were cold and soggy!! While they do get your order out to you correctly and relatively fast, the fries container is never full. My favorite thing about Wendys is their fries and I order a large and it is half empty already that leaves me feeling bamboozled.

The employee was in a daze. He handed me 2 med. coffee so I reminded him I also had a lg. coffee. He said my bad and handed 3 hot coffees with no drink tray. Had me pull forward to wait for the food. He then hands me the food. When I checked I was missing a lg. order of fries. I dont know why he was having such a hard time with a simple order. There was no one there but me. This place is always having issues with orders, and they close early without notice. When they are open and you get the correct order the food is decent, and the wait time in the lines isnt too bad. If you order via Doordash or uber eats they accept the order then turn out to be closed or do not know how to process it and the manager has to be called, its been a struggle with them.

After ordering and watching other customers receive their orders I realized the store must be understaffed today and the people working were probably doing multiple things. I went through the drive through around 11:15pm and no one responded. Drove around to see if there were any workers inside and they were inside, seems like they were trying not to be seen. So I drove around again to go through the drive-through and never responded. Then I drove up to the window and knocked on it. The worker just looked at me and continue doing what she was doing. There was also another worker inside that ignored me as well. This location doesn t close until 1 AM so they were deciding not to service me.

Absolutely the worst experience of any fast food restaurant I ve visited since moving to Houston. They were asked to make an order fresh, it wasn t a large order either . A biggie bag and number 4, the young lady at the window was extremely rude from the moment we asked to have it made fresh, telling us there d be a wait, which we were fine with. we were finally asked to pull forward, by a different employee, not the one taking our order because she d already thrown us a bag of food that wasn t ours closed the window given us a thumbs up laughed and walked off right after we paid neglecting to give us a receipt or our card back. When we finally got our card back there was still no receipt. After pulling forward we wait for another 30 minutes for the items above before going back to ask if your food was ready to which, the young lady replied she didn t know what we had. So our order hadnt even been made after waiting that long. We asked for our money back and left. I ll be finding the information for the corporate office to speak with someone regarding this horrible experience.

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. When you walk in to the restaurant it s over 1000° in there because the AC is broken. Almost all the menus don t work. I came through the drive thru and I got an entire drink spilt on me without any warning of the lid not being closed right until after it was already spilt and they didn t even try to offer me any help. Every single time that I order mobile to-go from the app at thos location, I end up being told to wait in the parking lot while they serve all the drive-thru customers immediately. Im currently typing this as I sit in the parking lot for over 10 minutes waiting on my prepaid food. The franchise owner of this location needs to implement a better practice for mobile orders and probably get more staff for this location during peaks hours. This screams of poor management and low quality service thay I dont see at other Wendys locations.

Went to the Wendy s off 1960 and 59 in Humble Tx, I order a spicy chicken sandwich meal with no tomatoes. They gave me a sandwich with just chicken and bread, here is a picture of some nasty lettuce that was put on my sandwich. This is the only piece they put and it looks disgusting, like they gave me the trash piece. I am very upset and I will not be returning. This is terrible service.

Extremely shady place ... I pull up only one in line gave them my card then was asked to back up to the first window they clearly dont use, told the kid after I get my card back. So I go ahead and back up which I thought was strange. 5 mins later the wave me to drive back up I asked the kid why when I was the only one in line he said dont worry its not going to hurt you. Will be calling corporate and store manager

I ve only eaten at this Humble ,to location twice for breakfast I seriously doubt there will be a third time to do breakfast at this location. . The first time they screwed my food up completely I called and spoke with the manager he very adamantly apologized and he replaced the meal at no additional charge. Today I went through to get breakfast I ordered a number five with the unsweet tea I received a unsweet tea that taste like a cross between a Coke and tea the lady that took my money was busy talking on the phone and not paying attention she handed me my food and said have a good day went to close the window I told her you gonna give me my change oh yeah sure if she says. They really need to get control of the store or get better management or hire new staff. I ve eaten lunch there a couple of times not a great experience but because it s close to my job that s my option. Please follow up with the management team and tell them they have a very upset customer. Will I be back who knows.

Horrible during breakfast time! I pulled up to the drive thru and the speaker screen seemed out of order. So I waited about 5 minutes until finally they asked for my order. A few weeks later I came back to Wendy s for breakfast. Same thing, the screened seemed messed up. So I wanted 5 minutes and no answer. Drive-thru moved pretty fast, but when I came up for my order they said my order of fries have been burned and they were cooking a new set, asking me to move up and they would bring it out. When I got my order everything was there, the fries were good, and the burger had crispy lettuce and a good juicy tomato. No complaints about the food or service.

I asked the lady at the window if she could add one Jr burger to both of my orders, she did not understand. Another employee came and asked me what the problem was and I repeated what I said to the first lady. She then replies with, You cannot add to your order at the window. I was asking her why there was an issue with that and she then proceeded to do it. They didnt even have to make the burgers, all she did was reach over and toss them in the bag. Her attitude became even more rude when I wanted to scan my app. Bad customer service...

I stopped going to this location a long time ago because the service was horrible. I decided to give them another chance today and again, the service was horrible! Not only was my food cold but my small fry consisted of 14 fries! 14 fries! The box wasnt even half way full. If I pay for a small fry give me a small fry not half of a small fry and some fresh food would be nice to. When I worked in fast food I never gave someone something I wouldnt eat myself, more restuarants should consider living by that motto.
