I would recommend this firm to anyone. They always went above and beyond and took time to answer any questions and they handled everything in a timely manner. Greg Arnove is a person first and an attorney second. He never treated us as if we were just a client and he always reached out. Have confidence this firm would be a good fit for you too!

I was in a bad situation from years and years of bills piled up. My bank accounts were frozen and didnt know what to do!!! Mr. Collins talked me through the simple process and was able to get my accounts released in a couple short days so I could live my life. He really streamlined the bankruptcy for me which relieved a great deal of stress that I was under. Im in a much better place now, thank you so much for everything Mr. Collins.

I felt confident when I first began working with this firm, but after paying my entire balance, I was overcharged and had to contact the office for the overpayment. I had to continually reach out to my lawyer in regard to the case, I did not feel well informed throughout. Lawyer sometimes would not respond to my messages and caused me to ask things like can you please answer some of my questions?... I only sent out emails a handful of times and still found it challenging to get answers. Lack of attention and information.

Willian did a outstanding job. He made it seem so simple and made me feel stress free, I cant say how long its been since I felt that way. I had 2 pending lawsuits against me by 2 creditor. But now im free, free, free... Thank you so much & and I will never get myself in debt like that again.. No more phone calls or people knocking on the door to serve me papers etc.. Mr. Collins was a great Attorney. I had just been sued by my ex landlord for 9000 dollars. So i started looking to see what would happen if i did not pay it because i could not afford to. Well it was not good, during one of the searches i saw that filing bankruptcy was an option to helpnme with that issues and some otber financial issues i had. The first attorney i called could not meet in person until the day of court and i did not like that so i keep looking amd found Mr Collins office in Rockwall. I left a message and he called me back almost immediately and was able to meet me that same day. He is a straight shooter and lets you know what to expect in all aspects of your case. I would refer him to any of my family members and friends he was great.
