I cant thank this man enough! To have him on my side was truly a blessing from God! He went out and beyond and truly out did himself! Jonathan has been super helpful in dealing with my traffic tickets that I always seem to pick up. I ve recommended him to my friends too and he successfully helped one expunge their record, another work through an obstruction of highway charge, and another fight off a license revocation action by DPS. Overall, Johnathon is very professional and great to work with. If I was ever accused of a crime in Bexar County, I would definitely turn to Jonathan to defend me.

I hired Mr. Watkins about 3 weeks ago after dealing with another attorney who charged me $5000 and then did absolutely nothing on my case and kept mentioning plea deals when I made it clear I would not sign a plea because i did not do what the charge claimed I did. Jonathan has been super professional, you speak to him personally, and he is a GO-GETTER, I never once had to message or call him for updates as he would reach out to me which again is rare these days when it comes to attorneys. This morning he just sent me a signed Dismissal from the judge! keep in mind I have also been in felony warrant status and I did not even have to turn myself in. If you need a good attorney that actually gets stuff done! then hire him now!

I first met Johnathan in 2016 fighting 3 felonys and then some I was a lost individual with no goals or aspirations in sight I fell into hard times and had no one to call I found Jonathan Watkins and it was a long shot but he fought for me I was supposed to go to prison with my court appointed never did a day in jail thanks to Jonathan he helped change my life and get me on the right path hes forever a friend and someone Ill keep in mind whenever I am in legal trouble I know have a fully clear background a drivers license a gun license and a head youth coach I cant stress enough if youre going through something this is definitely the attorney you want fighting for you he wont only represent you in the courtroom but itll be a friend that you can count on at any time of day

My boyfriend had been in some trouble, rather, a bunch of trouble. He was to be on probation for 8 years. That did not work out, he was always being sent back to jail for one reason or another. Mr. Watkins was the last attorney he was given. I am so glad it was! Jonathan listened to our story, helped us decide what would be best for us, and made it all work out. My boyfriend was looking at 2-20 years, I sat there and heard the Judge himself say he wanted to go for 10 years. Jonathan made sure that didnt happen. He was given 3 years. He has been out since June of 2018, off parole since Jan 2020, and we just bought a house! He understood what was going to help my boyfriend at the time. Today I received such great news in court, my case is being dismissed! All the thanks is owed to Jonathan and his team. It has been a year so far of court dates and working through the motions of getting this behind me. Jonathan has been there walking me through this from the beginning. I really like that Jonathan is such a peoples person and appears to work well with just about everybody, on every level. He spoke so well with the Prosecutors and even had good repour with the Judge presiding over my case. I had an MTR on my probation in May 2019 and was instructed from my probation officer that I needed to either turn myself in or hire an attorney to speak with the judge. Being in County Court 6 is the most stressful courtroom in Bexar County with one of the toughest judges, and im sure the judge takes pride on it, but this was my first offense EVER in my entire life and I was immensely stressed. I found Jon and from our first conversation I could tell he was one of the good guys. A lawyer who became a lawyer to actually help people, not profit from them. When it was time for my walk-in court date, having Jon with me helped me stay calm. He has so much positive energy and really understood how I felt and continued to reassure me until it was our time to speak with the judge. The judge was going to give me 30 days in Bexar County jail but Jon was able to explain my situation to the judge and I expressed I would continue to stay on track with my probation. Jon got my MTR DENIED, I received NO JAIL TIME, and I was so relieved!! My mistake in all of this was not hiring Jon from the beginning. Thank you Jon, again and again. My Fiancé and I were referred to Jonathan Watkins and a few other attorneys back in May of 2018. After consulting with a few when we found Jonathan we instantly knew he was the right man for the job!! His energy, polite mannerism, and eagerness to assist immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome. Jonathan did not just treat us as clients but as family!!! He treated my fiancé s case as if he was his brother and fought tooth and nail to ensure that he was treated fairly. Never once did he go MIA like some attorneys and even with a busy schedule he made sure to stay in contact and communicate with us every step of the way. His door was ALWAYS open and we never had an issue reaching him when we needed him no matter the time of day/night. While some attorneys are money hungry we never felt like it was about the money with Jonathan.
