I had him as my ad litem as a teenager years ago. He was verbally abusive and flat out told me he did not care what my wishes about the case were.

I hired Mr. Indelicato to help settle my divorce case. He is best friends with Steve Bruman, my wifes attorney. Upon signing his agreement, it read that $5000 would be a charge out of the retainer. I sent $25,000. After about two months, nothing was really getting done. So my bill was like $12,000 in legal fees. When I got my balance of the retainer, Mr. Indelicato took $5000 out for himself. I asked about it and the agreement clearly states that. I thought, in my experience with agreements, normally a client would need to spend at least $5000 of the retainer. NO, NOT THIS GUY... HE JUST TOOK THE $5000 BECAUSE HE COULD. I DONT AGREE WITH HIS BUSINESS PRACTICE. You be the judge?

This man showed such compassion with our case which was complex and emotional. He was extremely organized and professional in all dealings and his first priority was the child at hand. I can not say enough good things about this man except thank you from the bottom of my heart. He s a hero in my eyes and a voice for children.

Joe Indelicato and his team have impeccable professionalism and are hands down some of the best and most knowledgable in the industry. In reading some of the negative reviews, I could not disagree more and had the EXACT opposite experience. If you have a problem with listening to your attorney and following directions and recommendations for the best interest of your case, then it s clear why you d feel the need to write such a classless review. In my experience, Joe took my case very seriously, explained all of the details in advance, communicated every step, and treated all involved with the utmost respect. He and his team have unmatched years of experience, backed by prestigious awards, as well as other attorneys, judges, colleagues, and officials that seek out his advice and look to him for support in a range of cases and circumstances. I saw this first hand in my case as he came highly recommended by several other well respected attorneys. Just do your homework and ask around like I did! If you want the best in quality and someone who will lead, strategize, and give you honest feedback and guideance, look to Joe and his team.
