This was our second trip to noodle wave and well definitely be back again! We got the spring rolls to share, the pineapple fried rice and the kad kee mow. All of the food is excellent, huge portions, and amazing prices. Praneetha was out waitress and was very kind and attentive. The shopping center is a little run down but dont let that keep you from this hidden gem! The restaurant itself is beautiful inside, clean and well maintained.

Ive had thai food from multiple places but this place hands down beats them all. Its halal, and its super delicious. Extra 5 stars for the staff. The current staff is really nice but last time I was here I had been told that the roti curry is vegetarian. (Back in 2022) I came here again today and the sweet girl went and asked the chef and confirmed that the roti curry is actually NOT vegetarian. It has shrimp paste in it. Also, we got low level spice for our food but the curry came out SO spicy. We got about 3 spoonful coconut milk to add to our curry to make it mild even though we ordered it mild. The manager did take it off our bill which was nice but it killed our mood of having a nice Thai dinner.

A place with a good, uplifting, modern vibe! The food is delicious to eat, but also a visual delight that makes your brain anticipate each delightful flavor! All the dishes: from appetizers, through main course, to desserts are masterpieces of culinary excellence, and aesthetic masterpieces in the way theyre being served - I think all the chefs there have some artistic backgrounds, because it takes a true artist to garnish a curry with strings of carrots and springs of parsley, to make it look so appetizing that you can hardly wait to eat the first spoonful. And speaking of aesthetics: this restaurant deserves the grand prize for the deco. They change it so often with exclusive pieces of art on the wall, that you cant step into the same ambiance twice. And it seems that each time they outdid themselves from the previous times with their arrangements of unique works of art! That makes for a superb ambiance while youre having a lunch or dinner that is also cooked to perfection. This place has a great, youthful vibe. It will reenergize all your senses in a positive way. The serves are kind and helpful, and very willing to explain the ingredients of the individual dishes that are being served, which happens to be a plus for anyone not very familiar with the varieties of Thai food.

We have some guests arrived from overseas. We called in advance of our arrival, the lady on the call said okay and took our order . But when we arrived there was a indian guy not remember his name .He stopped us right from sitting saying its closed . I ve been going to this place for years but only now thought of posting a review. Never too late I guess! Small restaurant that is big on flavors. They re consistent with their quality of food and flavor. The noodles - be it the flat, Udon or wooden are exceptional. I ve tried almost every item I. The noodle list. I ve tried a few of their fried rice and that s pretty good as well. Their herbal fried chicken and the crab cheese Rangoon are bomb and order it every single time. Also being a Thai tea lover a 12 oz ice tea on the menu for a similar price as a 8 oz outside is an incentive. You should try this place if you haven t yet. I m pretty sure you ll love it.

I m honestly shocked by how poor our experience here was dining on a Thursday evening. We ve been coming here for over 10 years, and this is by far the worst experience we ve had here. First, the service, which was terrible. We were only one of 4 tables here, and there were plenty of servers. My iced tea didn t come until near the end of my meal, and when I reminded the waitress, I told her to just cancel it but she brought it out anyway. It was almost undrinkable because it was so bitter and poorly made. The two entrees we ordered were also not good, the Thai flavors were off balance and was obviously prepared by a cook who wasn t properly trained. I asked for Prik Nam Pla, a staple in any Thai restaurant, and the waitress looked at me like I had 3 heads and clearly had no idea what I was talking about even after I described it. We just took the rest of our food to go, hoping I can doctor it up at home. Please please please fix these issues - it would be horrible to lose this Dallas staple. For how long they ve been around and how good the food as been in the past, the dinner experience today is not excusable given the higher prices.

Thai food at its best! As much as I love Chinese food this Thai food wins first place. My tofu was the crispiest I ve ever had it. I tried some of my husband s glass noodles and they were too much fun. Don t get me started on the Mango with Sticky Rice. Most places it s a seasonal But I hope not here. Next time I don t want to share. I want my own order. Loved the containers. Much easier than a Chinese box. Update: Make sure you get what you ordered. Tonight we didn t get our sticky rice. Update: I can t get enough of their wide noodles. Level one of heatness is perfect for me. Another update: check your order before leaving the restaurant. It was bad experience today. There were no quality food and not a friendly service. Manager was bad behavior. I will report to city of Richardson. I will not ask anyone to go your place. Your manager was not able to help me. I reported to him about food and waiting time. There were only two customers there while we were there. You need to find better management.

Noodle Wave has always been a family favorite! Timeless menu and decor that caters to all types of diets. Some of my favorite items are the Thai tea and fried ice cream. The Richardson location is the original and our favorite. Service is good, and they work hard to maintain the quality! Quantity portions are great for family style dining as well. They also have a great kids menu.

The dinner was great and the taste was very good. And to top it off, this place is halal! The Mongolian beef and the Tom yom soup was delicious! One of our favorite places to grab dinner. Herbal chicken is our main dish but everything is amazing. They have just changed up the menu and some changes have happened to the food the last time we visited so I hope they don t dramatically change the way they ve always made our favorite dishes.

Maybe, just maybe I have been in CA for too long and love Thai food, I was so disappointed with the food served here. Tom Yum soup which is supposed to be tangy and delicious was sweet and had purple onions in it which was the first. To be honest Papaya salad was good but we had to soak our fried rice with its sauce to make our 5/5 spicy bland fried rice to be flavorful. We sent our soup back after one sip and were told will not be charged but it ended up on our bill and we paid and left disappointed. Will we be here, NO, we feel this place has lost its authenticity and no longer and have modified its menu to cater to local palette.

Ordered pickup at 6:23pm and arrived at restaurant at 6:55pm. Was told to wait 5 more minutes. I waited till 7:25pm still no food. When they are busy, they dont really cook for takeouts. Prepared to wait for at least 1 hour or more.
