I ordered their Primo pizza with prosciutto, mozzarella cheese, Gorgonzola, and drizzled with fig sauce. (I added mushrooms) it was amazing! The saltiness of the prosciutto ham mixed with the sweetness of the fig sauce was a perfect pairing. It will definitely be ordered again! Excellent, friendly service.

I ve driven by Firo in Georgetown a number of times and finally visited! I ordered the Primo (no Gorgonzola, ever) and the Carne and liked the crust and the complimentary flavors. I was thinking it was a sit down restaurant with table service but you order at the counter. I ll be back.

Brought my kiddos for a night out. I was overwhelmed from work but wanted to show them a good time. The staff created an amazing atmosphere for us - showed me love and understanding, engaged with my littles and made them smile, and provided excellent service on top of it. The custom fire pizzas are sensational. I usually share and let the kids pick the toppings - but today I made my own. The staff suggested flavors that would pair well and I was delighted by the combinations. Thank you, Firo team, for a wonderful evening

Wonderful, thin & crispy Italian-style pizza. Made to order any way you like! We order a small You Make It Salad, split it in 2 bowls & it fills us up. It s always very clean, & quiet in there. Run by nice High School Kids. Service is efficient, pizzas are delicious and you can even order Italian-style Gelato for dessert! Yummy! We go there once a week for low-cost, vegetable pizzas & salads! BevTF Dietary restrictions: Order what you need or want. You can order from a counter of plentiful, fresh vegetables or meats. Parking: Many in front. Kid-friendliness: Families are always welcome. We see many, well-behaved children with their families. This pizza is out of this world. I literally told my wife, it s better than MOD PIZZA & BRICK OVEN. This pizza right here is quality. I highly recommend this kind of pizza, the sauce, the flavor was fantastic. The right portion and I love that we could BYO . Let me not forget to mention, the service, was perfect, friendly, fast and quick. The two ladies today were super amazing. This being our first time, will not be the last at all. Really nice, clean and efficient. Plus the strawberry cheese cake was absolutely terrific. Yall are a pizza palace!!!!

The atmosphere is a typical pizza chain. Not much to say there. But the pizza is really good. The oven has a standard gas heat side and the wood fire side. They start on the heat side and move to the wood fire which give just the right amount of wood fire flavor without getting the crust too dark. The toppings are all fresh and tasty. For a chain, even if a smaller chain, this is excellent pizza.

The pizza dough looks and tastes like a frozen pizza, it did not have much flavor. The toppings added a a little to the flavor of the pizza, but this is the only pizza that I ve had that needed salt. Yeah, salt. The place can use some detail cleaning, for instance, the fork dispenser was dusty and gritty. The restroom was in the same condition, at first glance it looks clean, but there are areas that are dirty, the towel dispenser nor the door push was clean.

Received a marketing email on Monday about a $2.00 Tuesday cheese pizza promotion. Just a couple weeks ago had a terrible and expensive Chicago style pizza from somewhere else so decided how bad could this be? I bought 2 one plain cheese pizza and the other with pesto and fig drizzle. I have eaten here before and only disappointed one time. This was an online order and drive thru pick up have to say am pleasantly surprised great tasting and way better than the over priced pizza I had 2 weeks ago from somewhere else. Came to $4 and some change with tax plus a $3.00 tip on top of that about 4.5 stars is what I would give if I could Update: August 2024 In area and ordered BYO pizza with pepperoni, green peppers, red onions, spinach, feta cheese with balsamic fig drizzle and pesto drizzle really good also ordered the tiramisu taste ok, not liking idea it is frozen so seems is not fresh if that s the case.

I moved to a new area, after being here for about a week I received a welcome gift from the chamber of commerce. Inside where I found various coupons and offers from restaurants including a free item at this restaurant. Either a personal Pizza or a large salad. Like a Which Wich subway for pizzas. $11 for a build your own pizza with a wide selection of sauces, meats, veggies, and cheeses. Pizzas took a little under 10 minutes to be finished! Ordered in person 8:29pm 10/28 Sat night We finally decided to try it. Noticed so many employees hovering, but hesitant to help us order etc. Was awkward. Noticed they were cleaning/closing duties already even though an hour til closing time. Pizza maker/guy brought order over were pleasant. Pizza tasty. Noticed a supervisor seemed to come from back and checking cleaning duties etc and seemed to take things away from gelato area :( Then near 9pm, a guy came over to basically give us a last call on gelato and he was visibly annoyed we did want it. Was rude when I was trying to figure out the flavors avail (only 3 flavors remained and 1 barely any left) and told me it was on the signs. I told him I read them but trying to clarify since he works there. He told us he forgot the flavors and acted annoyed. No smile . No thank yous. I regretted tipping at the start of my experience there. And even though we live in a neighborhood very close by, we will avoid this place. All teen staff isnt working out for all shifts. Edit: They asked me to reach out and the store manager apologized, saying basically the same thing as in the response here--in an email, but there isnt much incentive to try it again especially with 600 degrees and even Marcos nearby.

So I just started going here after being disappointed by Mod pizza and others around town. First time going somewhere you re never sure how the atmosphere will be but as soon as I walked in an employee complimented a jacket I like but wasn t sure if anyone else would. Small event but big to me. Also there s an employee named T I think it s Terza not sure how to spell it, but she has been there each time I ve gone which is multiple times a week now since it s so good. And she s always full of good energy and seems like she s happy to be there which makes the experience so much more fun especially when we went back for a second pizza in the same day! Literally the best pizza I have EVER had in my life. I got the chicken Alfredo pizza and its one of the best things I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Especially grateful tonight but always love spending my money here because of their support to local kids programs and willingness to help them raise funds. I had a build your own pizza - my wife had the same.I only get three toppings on my pizza- I asked for extra the woman tore the sausage into tiny pieces - and gave me 8 pepperoni. I politely asked for more-the woman said they portion their toppings and I could not have additional toppings- unless I choose something else- I can have a little of everything just not extra of what we eat- needless to say I will be returning to MOD- just a short distance away in Wolf Ranch- and if you want a pizza that is truly made to order I suggest you do the same. I spent a lot of dough $50- for a Totinos pizza.

I bought 4 pizzas and 2 salads for my grandsons birthday party. I needed a magnifying glass to find the topping on my pizzas.This is the worst pizza that I have ever had. They were small tasteless and had hardly any toppings. The lettuce in the salads had rust on the lettuce and for $10 should of been larger. This was my first visit and the last one that I will make to your restaurant. The quality of your food stinks. I wasted $60 at your restaurant. Get your act together. Thanks for the canned response. Firo is it consistently great place to go get a pizza or salad. They have a nice selection of fresh vegetables, cheeses and meats. They also have specialty cuts of meat which can really add some variety to pizzas, such as prosciutto and other dry hard Italian cured meats. They have some nice salads also which feature a combination of a protein with good cheeses, fun contrast such as apples and cranberries along with nuts and they are served in a large bowl and an ideal whole lunch or dinner. The staff theyre always seems to be pretty cheerful and theyre always seems to be an ample staff to cover lunch and dinner shifts without a long wait at all. The basic restaurant is a nice decor and has a clean fresh feel to it. I like this place and it is consistently well run and a great place to stop by for a personal pizza or salad!

Great little find near Sun City/Berry Creek. Like MOD pizza-build your pizza, its wood fired in their giant oven & delivered hot to your table. None of us ate a whole one. We had The Carne-really good Primo-really delicious procutto & fig sauce, jalapeno popper with brisket-really hot, brisket was really good. Roughly $10-12 per pizza. Will definitely be back.

This place was awesome!!! I love build your own pizza places and their toppings were all great!! I asked for my pizza with red sauce, BBQ sauce, and pesto as the base, and then chicken, prosciutto, red onions, garlic (both minced and roasted), and artichokes. It was so great! Their salads were also awesome! We also got gelato for desert, and it was so good I forgot to take a photo until we were more than half through. We got turtle as one half and coffee for the other half! They also had banana foster flavor. Everyone was so nice and we really enjoyed our visit! Vegetarian options: You can customize anything to be vegetarian here!

Pretty good wood fired pizza. The crust is definitely one of my favorites. For some reason they dont seem to have green bell peppers as a topping option, but there are plenty of other choices. I also dont think they have a kid sized pizza option.

Great pizza place with tasty food. We had the Primo, Carne, Italiano, and the Romana, and all were perfectly prepared, served hot, and very good. It can get crowded at night and on weekends, so I would recommend arriving early. However, even if you arrive late theres plenty of parking and Firo keeps things moving. Check it out!

We ordered pizza to feed family and close friends following a funeral. The manager was very accommodating to the older relatives who called, who needed pizza delivered but were not able to use Door Dash or order online. The manager was off at 2:00 but actually came back to work later in the day to personally deliver the food and make sure everything was set up for us. The pizza was excellent! I loved the thin chewy crust. There were lots of varieties with interesting, fresh ingredients. I would absolutely go back to Firo again for the food, but the service is why I took the time to leave a review. Please support this lovely local business!

Their pizza is amazing, dont get me wrong. The first time I tried it I was blown away. So much so that I went back the very next day to order TWO of the exact same pizza to take home and share with my family. After waiting a solid 20 minutes in line, I ordered the same pizza x 2. When I asked for sun dried tomatoes, I was told no. Why you ask? Well, apparently they have some sort of policy concerning the pizza of the month LOL. When I told them I would happily pay for the extra toppings and that I had just ordered this same pizza the same way no less than 12 hours ago I was still told no, crazy right? The, I am assuming lead? Said the person last night made a mistake and was reprimanded for it (OVER SUN DRIED TOMATOES! THAT WERE SITTING IN A CONTAINER 3 FEET IN FRONT OF ME! THAT I OFFERED TO PAY FOR!!!!) Either way, I was holding up the line, felt embarrassed, and after a few polite exchanges, I told them to keep the pizzas and I walked out. Firo, you have some top notch pizza. And maybe its a good thing your customer service left a bad taste in my mouth because I would definitely spend waaay too much money in your establishment. So, you get 5+ stars for food, but -20 for customer service so that is why I am leaving this review. All in all, if you visit this establishment, read the fine print (or lack thereof). Nevermind, there is no fine print. The employees could be making up rules on the fly for their entertainment for all I know. Either way, theres other options in town so I wont be back. So buyer beware and make sure you ask plenty of clear questions.
