I placed my order today online 9/16/24. Said it would be ready in 10mins. I pull up only to find out that there is a LOCK OUT NOTICE on the door. The owner hasnt paid rent...Pissed off!! I paid and was charged only to find out theres no tenant. I need to find who I can get 100% refund from!!!

While I have had the food before (pizza) and it was good... story time: ...my wife got the pasta and as she describes, the pasta was burnt and their was barely any meat sauce. Usually, its no issue to just ask for a refund, but she called me to just request it as she didnt want to fight after getting such a terrible surprise upon opening the food. So I called, spoke with acting manager Darian (sp?), and proceeded to request what can be done to get a refund that didnt involve returning the food. My wife had put a google review with pictures... that was not good enough. I had requested a phone number which can receive picture messages nope, unable to give that out... okay, understandable. I stated when the review loads up, I will call back so they can see, he said he can check his phone as well... and then said she would still have to return with the food.... I thought why oblige to reviewing the pictures when that meant nothing... okay, cool, whatever. Told her.. and she decided to return. I was on the line for the interaction as she came in showed the food, and him and his co-worker were evidently not seeing any issue with anything... While I did not hear their correspondence, I could hear my wife asking questions of what is the policy, how would they feel if they just wanted to return something and were not being given reason as to why it cant happen, etc... At this point since I was close by and my wonderful Pho bowl was interrupted by this unnecessary experience, I was in transit to the location. Now they DID provide a refund before my arrival although it took 20 minutes... and my wife had departed. Since I was already 5 min away, I didnt feel like the drive being for nothing, so I decided to stop on by and walk in. I walked in and could notice the guy in front was our guy and he didnt look happy! So, I asked if he was having a good day, I dont remember his response, but also I stated I was the husband he was on the phone with earlier. He abruptly walked away and got his co-worker and proceeded to state how he provided the refund, how my wife was rude to him, and how it was only $14... I thanked him for providing the refund, stated I was on the line hearing everything, stated sometimes folks dont know how to take people whom are direct (as she wasnt rude), and asked just why did it take such a long time? We abided by what was told, came back, presented the food in person, what was the issue? He proceeded to say that she was rude (again)... okay, and? Eventually it came out he said he wasnt able to setup the refund via the computer, so he took cash from the drawer and stated it was from his check.... all with attitude. Told him as he gets older in working, as a life lesson, it doesnt matter if things dont look like there should be a complaint, if the customer has one, thats what things look like to them, and just keep em happy. But he stated he didnt need a life lesson, I wasnt his daddy, and eventually asked me to leave. I asked his co-worker if I yelled, was rude, caused any issue... she just put her head down as she couldnt answer yes. Moral of the story here... acting manager should be able to not only talk to customers, hear them out, understand concerns, but also just do what is stated when directions are followed... but the real issue, he wasnt able to provide the refund, and didnt want to at first provide one, but not communicate the issue thinking my wife was unreasonable. Unsure what goes for proper service around here, but this was an exceptionally sad example from a boy (young man) representative of an establishment. I hope things get better.

Was there to enjoy some wonderful pizza that I ve heard about. But needed to run to the restroom first as I have been driving for several hours. The Asian man behind the counter said that I have to buy something first before using the restroom. I would advise everyone choose a different pizza place than this one. If I was just wanting to use the restroom I would have walked across the street to the Whataburger. So I will get my pizza from somewhere else and advise everyone to watch out for the Asian Young man. There is no notice on the door either. And I fully understand that restrooms are for customers, but they lost this customer!

I typically order food for a student group I advise at UTD. I was told they could not deliver my order because it is too small (I typically need to accommodate 10 people at our meetings). They do not offer big bags to help with carrying large orders, nor did I receive assistance loading the order into my car. Additionally, when I placed my order (which included pizza, pasta, salad, and soda), I asked for plates, utensils, cups, and napkins. When I went to pick up the order, I asked if those items had been included and was told they were. Imagine my frustration when I got to campus and opened all the sealed bags only to find 10 cups, a handful of napkins, and 1 fork. No plastic knives, and no plates, so we were unable to serve the pasta, and the pizza slices had to be served on napkins. Since the restaurant is so close to campus, they should anticipate getting large orders regularly for student groups and staff meetings. I dont understand why they are unable to provide the plasticware and supplies needed for large orders. Weve had to switch to another local restaurant for our food orders. While the food is delicious, they are unable to meet our needs as a group. We only request supplies for 10 people max, so its not like were asking for plates and utensils for 50 people or an unreasonably large group. Its disappointing because we chose this restaurant on the recommendation of our students since theyve individually had great experiences with Palios.

We had our second company function at Palios in Richardson this evening. There were 11 of us and we ordered pizza, cheese bread, mozzarella sticks, and drinks. The pizza was not sliced properly and we had to essentially tear it apart. After paying the bill I noticed that when I got home that a 30% gratuity had been added to the total. That seems a little high, especially considering the lack of service. I will not be going back to this establishment.

I have lived in the area of Richardson for 13 years and can not actually give a good excuse as to why we had not ever been here before. Lord. What we were missing out! We have only ever ordered carry out. This is one of those places you never know what youre missing until you try it. We have tried the pizza and cannoli. Out of 10 stars, I give them 100!

We like all the options available at Palio. We tried here in Richardson for the first time. Greek Pizza was quite tasty. We could not get Tiramisu as though we ordered, so we had to settle with cheese cake. Overall, great experience. Vegetarian options: Love the vegetarian options at Palios.

I was craving Pasta and Pizza. So I stopped by to try their food. I ordered Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo, but to me, the sauce was very thin, almost like a jar or can, and the shrimp was placed on top not into the sauce and it had a Spicy taste, more like Cajun Shrimp, but was good, just not what Im used to eating. The pizza was good, but I have had better. The service was OK and the atmosphere was cool. Im not sure if Ill go back. You should try it for yourself though, because one customer said it was the best pizza around for HIM.

Mixed up our online order. My husband changed the size of our pizza and the ingredients on the first pizza didn t transfer to the new size. Cheese pizzas aren t that interesting. Palio s got my sandwich wrong. Ham and cheese isn t that hard to read on the order, but they did. And when they redid it, we couldn t tell the difference between the two sandwiches Palio s gave us the extra sandwich for free saying that it s a meatball sandwich nope, that wasn t even right. The second one was either a ham and cheese like mine or sausage and cheese. My sandwich wasn t anything to write home or any other place. Not going back.

I called a order in and asked the price of the pizzas before coming to pick them up. The cost in the store was $10 more than what she told me over the phone. When I talked to the manager to ask about this, he pointed to the receipt and said it s $51.61. I see that, but the girl on the phone told me the cost would be $40.59. Whatever. I love Paolos but every cafe is not created equally. This one is being run almost exclusively by teenagers so it feels chaotic all the time. It was sort of clean but their drink machine was broken and the guy ringing me up didnt actually say so until he had already charged me for a fountain drink. It was nice that it wasnt crowded but it was also a Saturday night so it probably should have been. I suppose there wasnt anything inherently wrong here. It was just a stressful experience.

Just so-so. First it s not NY style which I prefer. The thin and crispy crust was thin but far from crispy. The crust itself was fairly tasteless. I think the bread should taste good. Not just be there to hold the cheese. There was hardly an tomato sauce. This was my first time ordering from them. Wasn t bad but will not likely ever try them again. On the plus side the delivery was super fast.

I have been here a few times and I love this place especially their baked wings. the staff is incredibly nice. Decent pies at reasonable prices, with average ambience. One of a handful of pizza joints near us good for families with kids (who eat or work there!), which is why weve been going there for so many years... but definitley not the best pizza or value in town. Their pizza really is very good and fresh. I always get the classic and molly. My only complaint is that it s a bit pricy for what you get, especially since they don t have other crust options and I wish they had. Their crust is thin and flatbread-style to me and I do prefer thicker crusts at times (thin crusts just aren t filling). I was also a little disappointed to see the pizzas do not come with basil leaves and was just seasoning. I feel like a medium (to me at least) is pretty personal-sized so I m guessing from now on I ll just have to order a large! However (and this is for the Plano location too), service has always been good and pizza on time. Update // I tried the half and half Molly s and classic today, along with the king (combo) pizza and so happy I did now that they offer cauliflower crust. Tastes great and isn t heavy and greasy like other pizza chains. Palio s legit and doesn t disappoint.

Pizza is great, small and medium. Lots of toppings. Enjoy eating here but the root beer is awful! Pleasant surroundings, order at the counter and food delivered to your table. Large helpings of Pasta, good salad. Need more choices of drinks and drop the funky root beer. The GF pizza is the best around! Especially like Hawaiian Sunrise! The root beer is awful! Some funky brand saves money for them but yuck!

I had the BBQ Chicken Pizza... It was amazing. It was definitely up there with the one of the best pizza places Ive been to. My husband and I got the extra large pizza and we were able to finish the whole thing... It was so good.

The staff, well one member of the staff was beyond rude. We had a group of about 16 -18 people, preordered our food and still had to wait. Didnt want us to pay separately and a few people had to wait at least 20 minutes more than the rest. Food was ok but the confusion made it a bad trip

Good ambience and service. Loved the different varieties of toppings on pizzas offered and the sizes of the pizzas are satisfying. Easy to spot from the road. The chicken toppings were small but the quantity was filling. Excellent seasoning too !
