Unprofessional to say the least. Walked in and it took 15 minutes+ to even have someone speak to me. Both appointments I had were rescheduled because the recruiter was unavailable and I wasn t notified until AFTER driving 45 minutes to the establishment. A phone call would have sufficed. Would NOT recommend plain and simple.

This is a very unresponsive office. The staff just doesnt care to call you back or do anything to help you apply. Called and emailed Valeria and she has a sour attitude and just would not respond to anything. Use to be a good office staff, but obviously no accountability with this staff to do their jobs! Dont waste your time!! Minus zero stars if I could.

Waste of time.they have more people that need work compared to the amount of work they have available. I emailed and called Mariana and she ignored me several times. I went all the way to Irving for an interview and all I did was take a drug test. That was a month ago. They told me they had all this work yet I been calling everyday and still nothing! Very unprofessional and I waste of time. 0 stars

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I honestly believe they delete the real honest reviews . I ve seen some post similar to the one I m posting they re no longer there. As recent as two weeks ago I tried to seek temporary employment through them while waiting on my full time permanent job to start. The process was fairly easy I will give them that. Things begin to go downhill with the assigning work process. It started with me being told i could start the same week which turned out to be a lie. They pushed it back another week and when i get to the natera warehouse in Irving/the colony they acted as if they weren t expecting me. Only spoke Spanish. It s not diverse at all and I feel the hr woman they claim was new and filling in to help was racist. They brought me to the break room had me wait said they were looking for the hr lady and when she eventually came said i was late so she couldn t start me and would have to put me on a stand by list. Mind you I ve been waiting 40 min not late 40 min , I m unsure if the man that told me to go in there informed her i was waiting for her idk who dropped the ball. Told her to check the cameras because i know temps are a stickler for being punctual. She didn t care to or even question around . She didn t seem sure of her job was walking around looking lost, couldn t form a complete sentence and was talking in circles but eventually said unfortunately i can t start you today. A part of me felt a way because it s 100% Hispanics/ Spanish speakers there and of course I don t fit in you would think it wouldn t matter but when i got there they looked like they saw a ghost sounded confused looked confused and i got no where. Fast forward i get back to the temp agency office informed then of what happened they said they weren t sure why it happened , the woman at the office claim she texted me but by the time she did i was already back at the office . She was responding to my text i sent minutes before the start time but turns out i was there just couldn t get any help i was wondering if they sent the paperwork or informed them i was coming what s the issue? She was just as lost had no answers told me that was her only job and she would get back to me . Never did! The whole experience was extremely unprofessional i felt NOBODY did anything to justify the situation i just had to take it. Didn t even get an apology . The whole process was trash and a complete waste of time . I would give 0 stars if i could and wish they would remove my information but won t even do that. It gives SCAM!!! Beware ! The office isn t THOROUGH at all!!!!! If i actually worked there i would ve report them to the DOL as an employee. Still plan on making a comment to the DOL about them when they open!

Hello Went in on Monday and Wednesday already had a interview. The young ladys were prompt to assist. My son also went in on Monday and interview on Wednesday and started to work on Thursday. This is the best staffing agency, there work closely with the Dallas express staffing office thats were i originally had apply. I would love the owner of this staffing establishment to reach out and contact me on the matter of your employees and how they conduct business with in this agency. I received minimal help and recieved no job. Its quite sad that the people in this establishment really didnt care about trying to help me and this is what there job is my recruiter Mariable was my recruiter and she called me and told to submit all my paper work and I would get a call with a job. I had to call for an update and she never reached out to give no conformation about the job all she said was that they where waiting on the j9b to reach out with an answer. My thing is wouldnt it help if the staff reached out on a daily basis then report back to the employee? I need to talk to someone about this whole situation I called and had them revoke application and they then decided to tell my application was pasted up. Very sad that people have a job they do not want to do there job is to help people and they do not want to do it by the attitudes they have. I wouldnt recommend this agency to no one especially if someone is seeking employment and want the staffing to care.

I hope whoever read this is encouraged to keep going in they re job search if they do not get help finding one here. Everything was going well up until after I did my interview. I was told by the recruiter Mari that the employer I interviewed for was quick about selecting employees. Friday I interviewed, I called the recruiter Mari that day and got no response. I read the reviews and left a 2 star review that following Monday and finally heard back from Mari surprise surprise. I deleted my original review hoping I would have better luck but no. I m not sure if Mari Alba is the only recruiter they have working but it s been multiple ppl who have had the same experience with Mari Alba. Not sure the reason she has not improved her communication skills, maybe she gets a kick out of feeling powerful in Ignoring ppl who are looking for a job.

Dont go to this location! Mari and all her staff is rude and incompetent. Does not care about the employees or any issues that they have. Not to mention, if theres issues with your check, they give you a very hard time to fix it and basically refuse to pay you. I literally had to call their client and do their job for them and that was not even necessary had they just done their job.

I was interested in a job and needed a decent one especially with the virus going around and businesses being closed. I had you wait a week or so because the shift I needed was full, but when I called the next time, the shift was available, and I just needed to come in. The entire staff was nice, quick getting you in and out, and very clean. They are also caring about their employees which I can appreciate.
