Mr. Hesse helped my husband in a time of distress when we were unsure where to even begin after learning about an active 2 year old warrant. We cant say enough about Chris! He worked so hard on my husbands case and fought like the marine he is! I was so impressed by his knowledge and how hard he defends a person. He is honest and he is there for you through the entire process. As a marine he fights and defends with all that he has. He is amazing and brilliant in the court room. He is a very passionate lawyer who truly cares. Even though our case was lost, we feel like we won because it could have been worse so to speak! We had to battle things that you shouldnt have to battle. My husband didnt receive a fair trial in my opinion and we might have been doomed from the start. It was almost a three year old case and it was very stressful to have it looming over us for that long. Chris was there every step of the way. He kept us informed through the drop box, but he was always good to call you back as soon as he could if you had concerns. My husband was proven innocent in our eyes, but you or your lawyer cant fight an unfair system. We would hire Chris again in a heartbeat. He is a brilliant lawyer and meticulous about every detail of your case and defends you as if his life depended upon it. He is also a forensic lawyer and really is knowledgeable with forensic evidence. He is amazing and a great guy as well because he has values of honesty and truth that you might not find with other lawyers. Best attorney experience Ive ever had! Mr. Hesse is straight forward and gets straight to work. I was having issues with my other attorney so I hired Mr. Hesse and he got the job done right away. He will also create a folder for you and keep you updated on whats going on with your case. Ive never had a lawyer do this before and I love it! I cannot say enough about Chris Hesse!!! Not only was he the most present and involved attorney I have ever worked with, he literally made our problem disappear. I won t go into enormous detail but our oldest child was wrongfully accused of something at school that was supposed to be a joke and that he was not involved with alone. As other children should have been questioned and held accountable, my son did not want to rat anyone out. So, as parents we were put in a very difficult situation; name the other names and our son potentially losing some good friends or find another way. Instead of giving up and taking the easy way out, Chris respected my son s wishes and took charge in a different way. Our unfortunate situation was looking to go to the school board with a hearing and our son possibly being expelled. Instead, the case was dismissed before a hearing was even scheduled. Thank you Chris!!! You are a true answer to prayer and quite frankly a genius. Your genuine consideration for your clients shines through and we will always be so thankful. Whenever I had first got charged, I had lost a lot of hope and even saw a couple different attorneys before I had seen Chris. I called him and he called me back that same day. Chris wasn t the kind of attorney that buttered things up or tried to comfort me. What he did tell me were best case scenarios and worst case scenarios and I respect that. He told me what I needed to hear not what I wanted to hear. After the initial face to face visit I knew right there and then that this was who I wanted to represent me, just because he instilled the hope I had once lost. Mr. Hesse is the first lawyer I ve ever used and he has surpassed expectations, to say the least. His background as a Marine Veteran in addition to his experience in Law is why I chose him over any other Lawyer. For many years of my adult life I have always said that if it wasn t for lawyer s we would not need lawyer s. I was not a lawyer fan until I found Chris Hesse in Amarillo Texas to represent my son that was drowning in a pool of felony charges from Texas and Oklahoma. He was looking at possibly 2 to 8 years in a Texas penitentiary for a probation violation. I discussed this Mess with Mr. Hesse and right away he jumped on the case and explained to me the ups and downs the ins and outs of a complicated case with my son pleading guilty to three extra felony charges when he was still on probation from a Texas prior felony. Chris is a highly professional lawyer and is really dedicated to getting you the best outcome that he can within the law. Chris explains the law in a normal person s language nothing was said to me from him that was any legal mumbo jumbo. All information between Chris and I was documented and logged so we both could converse back and forth daily with him being in Texas and me in Oklahoma. Thanks to Mr. Hesse my son received an extension of 4 years probation beats doing 8 years in a Texas Penitentary.
