35 minutes after I placed my order I found out that they hadn t even started on it, and their excuse was We forgot about your order, they didn t even apologize for this mistake, in addition to that I entered the restaurant with no greeting nothing and the girl just stared at me and waited to take my order. Ordered a few items for take out. Everything was so fresh and well prepared. Well seasoned and fresh. Ordered a Akkawi and Zatar Pie Muhamara pie. Meat Sfeha Ftayer (boats) Ful- (beans) were made in a very tasty olive oil. Overall good appetizers. Will go to try the food sometime

Good service with generous portions that are reasonably priced. The reason for the 3 stars, I stopped in for dinner and ordered the beef shawarma platter but was not available at the time (7pm) so I ordered the beef kabob instead which was ok but overcooked on the grill. The hummus fetteh was not good and the bread used was stale tasting. The dining room was clean but a little on the warmer side. I hope the owners dont take this review personally and focus on improving.

Amazing find of a Syrian / Mediterranean mom and pops restaurant in Richardson. Genuine and authentic Syrian cuisine. I ordered the oil fatteh, which is hard to make usually in the US as it requires a special type of olive oil to be prepared. Had also cheese pies and tea. I already miss the place. I will be back.

This is, by far, my most favorite place for Mediterranean food. I live south of downtown Dallas but make my way to Richardson for this extraordinary food. It is always cooked to order, so there is a bit of a wait, but well worth the time. Everything I have ever ordered has been just so delicious. Today I stopped in and ordered and the young man who took my order, Yemin, was so nice and helpful. Took me over to the tea and chose one for me, his favorite. I am an avid tea drinker and have never had such great tea. He even wrote down 3 places where I could purchase it. The place is always very clean and everyone there is extremely nice. The falafel is superb as is the hummus, chicken kabobs, and shawarma sandwiches. Not to be missed if you are in the mood for some really great, healthy food

Honestly, a very beautiful restaurant, God willing, may God bless you, and may God bless them A lot of good work and the prices are very nice I asked them for a meat safiha, akkawi, and Syrian cheese pie, as well as a spinach pie. The quantity is beautiful and the taste is frankly delicious and beautiful. I tried a lot of Middle East food and this is one of my best one Zdar Food it s one of the best Arabic restaurant I ever tried. It s very delicious and very clean and very great service. I had a very great experience there. I love their falafel and I love their bakeries. They are very delicious happy when I went there take me back 20 years back home. It s the same taste. I love it and I really recommend it for y all. It s one of the great place I ever tried. The service is the slowest and they charge the food in very instalments... The chickpea fattah was called ghee, but it was neither ghee nor oil, and was very cold... Eating between plate and plate. We waited 10 minutes... The last time I came to this store, I do not advise anyone to go there.... Even potatoes. We asked if there was ketchup to take with them, and the answer was that they did not have ketchup!

Worst customer service ever. They don t know how to respect people s time. Went there a Falafel wrap. Literally there was one table. Then other two customers came and ordered. They were served before me even their order was bigger than mine. The person who took the order said 15 minutes, but 45 minutes went and still didn t see nothing (and of course checked about the order so many times). Finally gave up and just asked for a refund and left. I ve had their food a month ago and it was just average, but i wanted to give another chance and try something else. Bad customer experience, online ordering sucks and more expensive, horrible customer service!!

I came for 2 small items. They forgot about my order for over 30 min. I thought there was a good reason (ran out, opening new ingredients, making it fresh whatever reason). When I ask the front desk, they are all freaking out because they realized the order was not put in, I was sitting for at least 30 min & they served about 3 families. What s their reason? Is it because of the money or is it because they knew those families? I don t know. Their food is very bland but I liked that they were open a bit later than others. I guess I need to start cooking at home.

I was in there on a day where one table was giving them a really hard time. It was awkward. For the price, this place is amazing. There are many items they should raise prices on because they re low. They have Turkish coffee! It might not be visibly available yet, but it s on the takeout menu. This place is family-owned and I think they seem like really good people. The service was a little disappointing I normally like to come to this place. There were new people and the atmosphere was unfriendly. The cashier touched the bread with her bare hands with finger nail polish. No one said thank you or asked if our food was okay. I asked for a substitute on the order and the chef was rude about the request . I was very disappointed with my meal and I didnt enjoy eating at this restaurant today. Tasty and as authentic a Middle Eastern food can be. We really enjoy a weekly sit down over a Falafel plater and Cheese, spinach and Zaatar pies particularly like the thin dough used for the pies. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. Don t forget to add a Meramiya tea to your order, it makes for a Royal meal.
