Incredibly thankful that this opened up in our neighborhood. Been coming since the day they opened and love bringing friends and family. The staff is too notch, food is consistently good, THAT PIZZA is a must try. Such an elevated dining experience walking distance from our house. Love this place.

Amazing food, great service, and a comforting atmosphere! First time coming after hearing rave reviews and Im so glad I did! Our waitress Hannah was attentive and nice and definitely helped narrow down choices. Ordered: Fritto misto, salsiccia, trifolata, and ragu napoletano. Everything was delicious and well seasoned and portion size was great. Great to split amongst friends and family. So much more I want to try in the future and I definitely want to try some desserts next time.

Ciao Italia, Partenope Richardson TX: Out of This World! Im convinced the calzone at Partenope Richardson is the best in the entire universe. Its that good. The dough is perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and the filling is a flavor explosion. Im not exaggerating when I say I dream about this calzone. The pesto pasta was also incredible. Fresh, vibrant flavors, perfectly cooked pasta, and just the right amount of sauce. Its a dish that transports you straight to Italy. And the pizza? Authentic Napolitana through and through. The crust has that beautiful leopard spotting, the sauce is simple but bursting with flavor, and the cheese is top-notch. Its the closest youll get to Naples without hopping on a plane. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I cant wait to go back and try everything else on the menu. If youre looking for an unforgettable Italian dining experience, look no further than Partenope Richardson.

An Unforgettable Dining Experience** This restaurant offers an extraordinary culinary experience that far exceeds expectations. From the moment you walk in, youre greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfectly complemented by elegant design that reflects attention to detail. The staff is incredibly professional and attentive, always ready to recommend dishes and wines that elevate the dining experience to the fullest. Each course is a work of art, prepared with fresh, top-quality ingredients, presented impeccably, and with flavors that can surprise even the most discerning palates. The dishes strike a perfect balance between tradition and innovation, respecting the roots of local cuisine but with a modern twist that makes every bite an adventure. The menu is varied, allowing for a wide range of options to satisfy any culinary desire. Equally impressive is the wine list, offering a curated selection of local and international labels, perfectly paired with the menus dishes. The sommeliers expertise is evident and adds another level of pleasure to the dinner. In conclusion, this restaurant is not just a place to eat but a true journey of taste, in an environment that makes every guest feel special. It s an experience I highly recommend to anyone looking for a refined and unforgettable dinner. I will definitely return soon!

Well it seems as though my husband can no longer reply to your post which seems odd as are reviews not to review??? Strange. So let me tell you what I have to say about it and then I will just copy and paste his response. So a service animal is a service animal and the handler and service animal cannot be denied access to and establishment. That s discrimination and a law suit. So I would strongly suggest you educate your self on the law. The fact our dog snorts is completely irrelevant and he alerts my husband per his specific training. Please do better but thank you for your response as it just again proves correct our complaint. But here s what he had to say about it. Have a fabulous day Unfortunately , like humans, animals don t get to choose their breed. He s a certified & trained service animal, who happens to be a shortybull breed & has loud breathing. Do we penalize humans for having handicaps. Your restaurant is insensitive & was 100% in the wrong & instead of apologizing for the mistake, your choosing to double down.

No wonder this restaurant just received an international award for their pizzas, and will receive such award in Napoli. The pizza is off the charts. So is the pasta. And the appetizer! We ordered pane with prosciutto for appetizer, then pizza salsiccia, gnocchi sorrentina and pizza montanara. The pizza montanara - the dough is flash-fried before they bake it. You must try this.

While the taste of the food was certainly great, what made me go for this review and rating is the poor customer service. The bald waiter was moody, kept ignoring us maybe he didn t like serving brown people or something. Not only He did not ignore us, despite us trying to reach out to him to place our order. He then proceeded to keep on whistling as he cleaned other tables, this behavior is quite unprofessional. While I had gone to the restroom I overheard the floor manager and this waiter, saying something funny and laughing while looking at our table. The waiter Qherson, did a tremendous job and did his best to save the night. However, this does not change the fact that this is the first we felt a slight degree of racial discrimination here.

Some of the best pizza and pasta in Dallas at any price point! Seriously wonderful calzone, and the lasagna (only available Fri and Sat) is the best comfort food I have had in a long time. Servers have been great both at tables and at the bar. My only gotcha is the table side POS system. Its easy to use, but it calculates tip amount based on both subtotal and tax. I kinda have a problem basing my tip on taxes I pay.

I recently visited Partenope, and while the food was nothing short of exceptional, the service was a major disappointment. From the moment we sat down, it felt like our waiter Nathanial was determined to ignore us. He walked by our table multiple times without so much as a glance in our direction. We had to flag him down just to place our order, which was frustrating enough, but it didn t stop there. Throughout the meal, we struggled to get basic service like refills on water or even a quick check-in to see if everything was okay. It felt like we were invisible. The delicious food and lovely ambiance were completely overshadowed by the poor service. It s a shame because the kitchen is clearly doing an incredible job, but the front-of-house experience needs serious improvement. I hope this was just an off night, but it left a lasting negative impression. I don t usually complain about service since I understand the complexities of a full restaurant on a Friday night, but our entire table felt Nathanial was ignoring us. Nathanial got a tip accordingly which I honestly thought was too much because he deserved nothing.

May I ask if you found this review helpful to please like it. We went to Partenope Ristorante - in Richardson for dinner during the week. We were able to be seated immediately. The bartender Travis was very friendly and helpful. (It was our first time here). Cocktails were great and the food was very good. My pasta was slightly under al-dente (too hard). I know everyone has their preferred texture but this one had a slight hard almost crunch to it. Again, I still finished my Cacio e Pepe and did not say anything. But for me 1 more minute in the boiler and a little more salt absorption would have made it 5 stars. The pizza was delicious. The interior was clean and very beautiful.

What a great new Richardson gem! We were visiting for the weekend and tried Pantanope with my in-laws. We ordered the pane as an appetizer, which was gone in about 10 seconds. For our meal we shared the Regina prosciutto pizza, carbonara, lasagna and chopped salad all of which were delicious. You can tell the pastas are authentically made in house! The atmosphere is what I think Richardson needs more of a spot that can be a fun lunch with a friend, a happy hour on their outdoor patio, or an elevated dinner for any night of the week. Lastly, the service was some of the best I have had in awhile. Our waitress (I think Hannah) was so personable and did an incredible job of answering our (many) questions, as well as ensuring that my mother-in-laws allergies were accounted for, and even had a manager come to our table to confirm which items would be safe for her to eat. This place makes me wish I lived in Richardson again!

He recommended both dishes I had, and said how excited he was for me to try them. Lol. I loved his energy! I had a Burrata and Brussels appetizer. It comes with a delicious pesto that amazingly is not made with nuts! I m glad Adam knew the menu so well, I almost didn t order it bc I have a nut allergy. For my entrée I had the carbonara. My husband and I decided to come here for dinner last weekend, it was an unexpected, delightful surprise. It is elevated and casual at the same time. The style of Italian cuisine is focused on Naples and southern Italy. Their specialty seems to be pizza, but you won t go wrong with their salads and other entrées. The drinks and wine list are pretty great too. I m delighted that this is so close to my house. Vegetarian options: While I am not a vegetarian, I am a dietitian, and a vegetarian could find things to eat on this menu easily. I don t think it would be as easy for a vegan. Parking: The parking area around the restaurant is not ample, but the city of Richardson has an open public parking lot just around the cornera shirt walk away, which is where we parked. It was totally empty on a Saturday night so definitely not difficult to find a space.

Delicious and authentic Italian restaurant! We started with the montanara pizza as an appetizer, which was the right call. The pizza is so crispy, light, and airy and the sauce had a delicious and clean taste to it. I definitely recommend the montanara pizza as an appetizer as it is not very filling. For the pasta I had the cacio el pepe and if youre a fan of black pepper, then you will enjoy this pasta. The noodles were hearty, but soft at the same time and the creamy white sauce made the black pepper stand out. My husband had the ragu napoletano and that pasta had the same red sauce as the pizza mixed with pork, beef, and ricotta. The meat in it was tender and the ricotta paired well with the sauce. The calamarata pasta was still hearty like mine while still remaining soft. Definitely a good pasta choice for the sauce. For dessert we had the Dolce Luna, which was much bigger than I had anticipated. It was basically a pizza folded in half with apples and cream in the middle dusted with powdered sugar and a caramel drizzle. The dough was cooked perfectly and the apples were cut perfectly. If youre still up for dessert after the pasta go for the Dolce Luna! We were very happy with our experience and look forward to going back!

However, when we arrived, they were only seating reservations for indoor dining so we had to sit outside. It was fine, but a simple added note on their webpage would let potential customers know except on special occasions and/or holidays .

Two of the three pizzas were great. Really liked the margherita and the gladiator. The appetizer and the pasta were not so good. The supplì had no texture but the flavors were good. The desert - zeppole - were pretty awful. Nobody finished the deserts and we left half of the third pizza. The pizza prices were fine but charging for soda water you pull out of a machine at a price of $4.50 per small bottle is just strange. I m happy this place is in Richardson but I wont come back unless it s for just a basic pizza and a beer. Dietary restrictions: You ll do well here if you like pork. The carbonara was very underwhelming it lacked flavor. The margarita pizza was very good and authentic, unfortunately both the pasta and carbonara were lukewarm. What was more disappointing is the glass cups smelled funky so I couldn t really enjoy my meal.

My friend and I were not fans of the Ragú. The meat in it was so dry. Our other friends got pizza and they liked them. I d for sure go back and see if there are other pastas that can redeem the dry meat in the Ragú.

First time going to Richardson location and first time for lunch. Wow! Sat at the bar, immediately greeted by lovely server. Went with the Chicken sandwich for lunch and shared meatballs for appetizer. Probably best chicken Pesto sandwich Ive ever eaten. My buddy got the Super Jeff sandwich and I may have heard him whispering sweet nothings to it. Fantastic addition to the Richardson area and will return soon and often.

We ve eaten at the exceptional downtown location, and recently tried the new Richardson spot. The food was exactly the same - perfect. The Cacio de Pepe is great, the pizzas are unlike any other, and the bruschetta reminds us of Italy. Parking is limited, the service was a little spotty, and the hostess told us it would be a 45 minute wait which turned out to be 10. Regardless, the food is the star and doesn t disappoint.

Such a disappointment on my birthday. Earlier in the week, I put in a reservation for the Richardson location - or so I thought. The reservation automatically kicked over to the Dallas location and I wasnt aware. We wanted to be at the Richardson location since we live close. The day of our reservation, I noticed that the text confirmation had the Dallas location and not the Richardson location, so I called Dallas and cancelled. I then called the Richardson location and spoke with the gentleman answering the phone. I explained to him my situation and he told me they dont take reservations at the Richardson location. Fine, would a party of 7 be able to get a table at 6:30? I was told by the host, better to be there at 6. So we showed up at 5:45 and the host told us it was going to be a 2 hour wait. No thanks! I wanted to celebrate my birthday with my family, but wasnt going to wait 2 hours with kids. I thought I was planning ahead, by reserving a table, but I couldnt be accommodated. I now have a bad taste in my mouth.

There is finally top-tier pizza in Richardson. Beautiful space, friendly service and really good pizza. We started with the Mr T appetizer. Our pizza choices were the Tridente and the Montanara. We really enjoyed the honey drizzle on the ricotta with the Mr T. Came back a second time and had the lasagna. It was a special treat. We also had the Napoli Centrale pizza. Its our new favorite.

I have been waiting for Partenope to open in Richardson for MONTHS!! I am so happy that this place is finally open and it is dangerous being only a 5 minute drive away. I have been twice since they opened and had a fantastic experience both times. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable and able to make recommendations. The ambiance is great, pizza is AMAZING, and they have a great wine/cocktail list. Since they don t don t do reservations I would recommend budgeting about a 20-30 min wait if you want to eat inside during prime time on a Friday night. The patio does have heaters and the people who sat out there seemed comfortable even in colder temps. I can definitely foresee my husband and I coming here regularly

Wow! The first thing my wife and I said to each other for every dish they brought to our table. And again after tasting the food. We had at the beginning the Polpo Grigliato . Very tender. The pizza Gladiator and for dessert Dolce Luna. My wife and I only had room for a 1/4 of the dessert, but we will have it for breakfast with coffee. I may get up early for this one. I hope all the success for this restaurant in Richardson. It is a great addition to the city. The next time we return will be for the pasta dishes. I cant wait.

Really damn great food. For food, we ordered one appetizer of bread & ricotta, one entree antipasto salad with shrimp, and one calzone. Check was $75 before tip for the food. We also ordered a bottle of wine for $50. Felt like the wine menu started at $40 per bottle. The wine menu is really high quality (only Italian wines), but I feel like they d benefit from adding some lower priced options to the menu. Parking is pretty bad. Had to park across the street at a neighbors property as their parking lot was completely full. Overall, great/high quality food and happy to have them in the neighborhood. Felt a bit expensive for what we got, but will probably go back.

So happy to have this spot in Richardson! First, they had the best under $15 glass of wine I ve ever ordered in a restaurant. The whole wine list is really thoughtful and the bottle prices are pretty reasonable. I had a glass of white and my husband had a glass of red. Both were truly so good and you would have thought you were drinking a $35 glass. The other standout menu item was the bread. Absolutely divine- served piping hot and salty and delicious. I got the carbonara, which was very yummy. The pasta was lovely and dense. It tasted a bit too eggy for me, but that s just a personal preference. The vibes in here are so cool & unique. Cozy but refined and fun. Will definitely back to try the pizza, which looked incredible.

This special restaurant is no ordinary pizza stop. The menu is packed with dozens of Italian dishes - everything from appetizers, to pizzas, pastas and desserts. I really loved that their drink menu included several non alcoholic cocktails & drinks. We ordered 2 appetizers - * Frittelle fritters of squash blossoms, zucchini, ricotta, parsley, served with a drizzle of Calabrian chili honey. Definitely order these! You get an order of 5 and will want more than 1 each. * Burrata E Cavoletti - crispy Brussel sprouts, burrata, basil mint pesto, house bread - another excellent option! 3 adults had plenty each of one order. We opted for 2 pizzas - each pizza is 12 inches and cut into 4 slices. Thin napoleon style. * Margherita - very flavorful version of the classic * Regina Al Prosciutto - the margherita plus tender prosciutto The pizzas were great, but I plan on venturing out to try some of the other offerings next time. We passed on dessert, but they sounded very tempting. The atmosphere is fantastic, quaint but tables are not crowded - plus generous outside seating. Don t miss the beautiful wood pizza oven with imported tiles. The service was world class. Would rank that experience as a 5+ star. Can t wait to return in the future.
