What an odd little spot... I dont know if I liked the 1970s hyper-saturated red thing. My kid went with me and he said the disappointment was really that they didnt commit to the bit. Red cups, red napkins, red servingware would have closed the loop. Burgers were decent, but as others have noted its overpriced for the value you recieve. You order from a kiosk, the kitchen staff doesnt speak with you at all, you have no human interaction. If the burgers were outrageously good then sure, the price makes sense, but they took away both sides of the equation and gave nothing back in return. At $7-10 a head for burger and fries as a fast casual setting, this feels more reasonable. At the roughly $15 for burger and fries price, I need something to really push it over the top. Its a one time visit for us at those prices. However, my kid had a comment I found amusing... he said this restaurant looks like it should be inside a Meow Wolf. And that really nails how I felt in there ... it was an ... interesting ... experience.

I ve been curious about this place for a while and finally tried it. Great concept but when I come in, nobody greeted me, everything is just plain red, food was looking good but honestly it s way overpriced. And I just felt like I was eating ultimate cheese burger from jack in the box. Nothing special except for the red bun. My partner had a chicken sandwich and I tried it, it was way better than the burger but still I don t think it s worth $18 and you d still have to buy the drinks. My partner went straight to the bathroom so I think something is wrong with the food too or the chicken was not cooked. So I understand they wanna make it fancy but food itself is just average and nothing special about it. Not coming again but I m I glad I went and cleared my doubts. Thank you.

I definitely read the reviews before I walked in and I see why the place was dead. From the reviews I knew I had to order at the kiosk. I was perfectly fine with that. I even like the red decor, red happens to be my favorite color. Upon reading over the menu, I make a selection and Im trying to take the mustard off and add an egg. Im able to add the egg fine but theres no option to remove the mustard only the pickles, onions and 2 other ingredients. Which is weird. I go to the counter to inquire above removing items. The first guy shook his head at me and walked away while I was talking to him. He left to to grab the 2nd guy working. He comes up, I explain my issue and ask, can I remove the mustard? He looks me dead in my eyes and only says no. We just stood there awkwardly staring at each other . He looked away, so I won!! I say ok, strug my shoulders and leave. I will never order nor pay for food and I cant have it the way I want it to be. It was such a weird interaction which is fine, cause I wont be back. DUDES, DO BETTER! Just an overall bad experience

I recently visited Wulf Burger and was thoroughly impressed. The burger was incredibly flavorful one of the best Ive ever had! The fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. Im not sure what other reviews were talking about, but my experience was top-notch. Im very critical when it comes to food, and Wulf Burger exceeded my expectations. I absolutely loved the food and will definitely be returning soon!

The burger is always juicy and fresh and is so delicious others have complained of the interior but that s the way it is and I think it s unique and stands out. I decided to try this restaurant after seeing it on Instagram and a recommendation from my sister. Upon pulling up, there was plenty parking. I came inside and was immediately overwhelmed by the red. When seeing it on Instagram, I thought it would be cool but once inside it was a different feeling. I don t know if it was intentional for the temperature, but it was extremely hot. To be coming from outside of 95+ degree weather into this restaurant I thought they would have some air on. I went to the screen to order and there was a glare so I decided to put my order in through the app. To my surprise, I hadn t seen anyone working or any customers and I have been in there for maybe two minutes. I am so glad I put my order in via the app after I download it because of the Rewards. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo, which does not come with a drink for $15. I think they have a really good Rewards system, especially for those who would be ordering again. After seeing the first employee, I got no greeting and decided to tour the rest of the building while I was waiting for my food to be ready. I went down the hallway. The bathroom was pretty nasty. I went up to the counter to get my food after waiting for approximately 7 to 10 minutes the food came out pretty quick. Overall, I did not enjoy my sandwich. The bun was not toasted as requested, and the green bun seemed very dry and it broke apart with bite . The chicken was very crunchy on the outside, but definitely had a good taste on the inside. The coleslaw was good.. The pickles was good and for some reason, my french fries had the taste of onion rings.. I will use my rewards points to try the hamburger and hopefully then it will change my perspective and I will update my review accordingly. I took pictures and videos. Please don t forget to take a look. Parking: Very open available parking. Kid-friendliness: The inside is completely red. Could be overwhelming. Otherwise, there are table and chairs like any other place to eat.

The place makes an amazing burger, but its menu is far too small and boring. The inside is sparse, aggressively too red, and comes across as cheaply done. Only one person working there on a Friday evening. Not many take-out orders happening while we were there. How is this place surviving?? Again, the burgers are top-notch delicious. What they need is 8-10 burgers types like all of the other better burger places, like Rodeo Goat and Liberty Burger. They also need more side items other than just fries. They are super minimalist with their menu and that = boring. Cant see going back there too often because variety is important. Their seating is cheap and uncomfortable. On a Friday at 7:30 we were the only people inside eating. That should be a wake-up call to them.

Very cool setting and one of the best burgers out there. They do cook it on the well done side fyi and the double patty with beef bacon is amazing. Is the best part. Bun is nice. Fries are nice and crispy when I m not usually a crinkle cut person but they are good. The lettuce tomato onions are not the best quality however, typical American fast food quality. This means the price should reflect that, but these people prefer an emptier store with less traffic for higher margins and el cheapo service. No combos. Less margins but more traffic would actually be more profitable. Profit prioritized over growth can only go so far but hey this is a capitalist world. So lemme keep my money and n come here very very rarely maybe only if it s convenient if that s how it is.

Ok I saw this restaurant on Instagram and couldnt wait to try it out well ........ When I walked in the color red really got me but it was cool . No was in there. The guy behind the counter wasnt friendly at all .So trying to figure out what was the difference in the burger I choose one. I got the red bun . The burger had no taste needed seasoning also due to the bun being thin it was so soggy from the veggies in which caused me to take off the bun and I took bacon off. There is no service. You order on a screen closer to the exit than the kitchen. Then you have to walk it over to the window for them to cook. Then you have to walk back and pick up your own food. So, short of cooking it there is no service. We literally spoke no words to an employee. You take the order, fill the drinks and deliver the food to your own table. Everything is red. I mean everything. Weird. The fries are frozen crinkle fries from a Walmart basically. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was, the burger wasnt terrible. Grass fed beef and fresh veggies. Had been seeing this place for awhile and had been curious, so we finally got to stop by Wulf Burger! I will say the red was a bit much but went with the vibe! They have iPads where you order and food came out quick!! We wanted to try the both the burger & chicken sandwich. The burger was for sure a 10/10, soft buns, fresh meat, saucy & not too greasy! On the other hand, the chicken sandwich was just ok , I would leave the Nashville sandwich to those places that specialize in them! Fries was crinkly, crispy and delicious! Smelled like raw sewage as soon as you walked in. Super unappetizing. Most likely their unkempt grease trap. It was also really warm in there. Place was empty. No direction as to where to order. Went to the window and asked, and a man just pointed to the kiosk on the wall. No words, no emotion, just pointed. Ordered 2 junior combos, a classic combo and 2 drinks and it was over $50. Then it asked for a tip of 20% right off the bat. Ha!...before you get your food???? What if its horrible? A tip for what, making my food that Im already paying for? We tipped less than 20% expecting the best, ended up being just under $60. Patties are tasteless, just salty, super thin and very oily, it was strange. Fries were ok. Absolutely delish burgers, the Wulf Special is fantastic if youre really hungry. But the burgers can be big, so grab the .jr if you dont want to be super stuffed. The fries are addictive with the salt and pepper combo, have it with the garlic aioli or Wulf special sauce. The restaurant is a bit intense since the whole eating area is a vibrant red, but it personally doesnt bother me.

Food was great when we eventually got it. Been here twice and have waited upwards of 30 minutes for a burger and fries, all without a ton of people present. No real communication from staff regarding when the food would come out. it seems like they dont fully understand their own ordering system. Expensive for what you get, too. about $14 for burger and fries (no drink) after tax. Would tolerate the price more if it came out in less than fifteen minutes.

Honestly I was expecting a much better burger than I received based on all the instagram posts Ive seen. Two burgers were missing cheese, even though the menu indicated they came with cheese. The third burger had mac and cheese added, it was $2 for a very small amount. I understand the concept of a smash burger, but you shouldnt be able to see multiple holes through the cooked burger. Overall this visit was dissapointing, considering we paid $45 for only 3 burgers, no meals, no fries.

The burgers are made exactly how I like them! Great place for the burgers. I got the sweet potato fries and theyre nice and crispy, so I recommend those instead of the regular potato. I give it 4 stars because its not entirely different in terms of taste with other burger places Ive been to, but this is convenient being near UTD. I also wish the combo added a drink!

Noticed an ad for this place on Instagram, and like everything else on social media just another huge disappointment! The all red color interior decor appears sterile and bland. Most importantly, the food is overpriced, basic, and mediocre at best. The customer service totally sucks! They charged me for a bottle of water, that I ordered on their in-store screen menu, and they didn t even have any available. No problem there, except they did not appear capable of understanding how to provide a refund for that bottle of water. To top it off, I felt like I was in a negotiation over that bottle of water I never received after spending almost $40 for two mediocre burgers with fries. In summary, there are way too many other burger places in the Dallas area that are far superior in terms of price, food quality, atmosphere and customer service experience. Pathetic as it may seem, I would recommend any McDonalds -or- Burger King before wasting your hard earned money at this place.

February 19 at around 4 PM I came across the restaurant because I had gotten a haircut at a place within walking distance. Im writing a negative review, so I need to give some context. The only thing that kept me there was the spicy chicken coleslaw sandwich, which I saw on the menu. Firstly, this place is overpriced. The Cooks couldve been more - not even friendly - just more pleasant. They both looked bothered. There was no music. It felt depressing. The cook that was preparing my food, walked into the backroom and used his phone with the same gloves he was cooking with, on top of that he gave me and attitude when I told him I ordered my sauces on the side. My experience got worse and worse by the minute. Management/owner needs to do training with the employees, or incentivize them, if they wanna stay in business.

walked in and the place was nice and clean. The combos dont come with a drink, thats extra. I think thats lame. for two special combos, and a minimum 15% tip, the two of us ate for $40. pretty price in my opinion for a burger joint. But the burger was a good size. everything was juicy and cooked well. Fries were good. Not sure why we were asked to include a tip when we get our own drinks, go pick up our own order when its ready, and order at a screen by yourself when you walk in. seems like another way to scandal money from you like the drink was. So yes, good food, but too expensive for me to return.
