Was always Skeptical about these new names in the Pizza industry. But after using dominos for many years I decided to try this Crust Pizza Co at Harper s and they don t disappoint I see some people complain about a thin crust or cheese falling off. But that s what you call a real pizza, you can get a bigger crust with dough if you want but if you really like pizza you d know and appreciate all different kinds of variety of pizzas and how they are made not just a typical large dough and crust..Big crust is good from time to time but a thin crust/pizza has a unique taste to it that you can t beat.

We love the cauliflower pizza! Their regular pizza is fantastic, but cauliflower pizza is hard to find a good one and they have done a fantastic job. The place is usually pretty calm relaxed and very clean. Kudos to the team!

Its a good location and a clean store. But the price to food quality/portion size is off. I got a pep pizza that was flimsy with little cheese and peperoni. 2 salads that children size at best and pep rolls that were bland. And Paid 52$. For 15 to 18$ cheaper I could have went to mod pizza got 2 large custom pizzas and 2 large salads that could feed 4 people.

This is a tough one, don t usually leave reviews on food because I hold patience to sporadic food quality but this one deserved it. Ordered pizzas, calzone, wings, and soup for delivery. All of it was pretty miserable. The pizzas were very subpar, barely any cheese, sauce, or toppings. Calzone was a dough ball with very little in it, and the chicken wings tasted so freezer burned I had to throw them away. Soup was meh, but it s hard to mess up Tomato soup. To make everything worse they put this minced garlic on and in everything that tasted like dish soap. I have had Crust Pizza many times before (not at this location), it just seems like it s gone way downhill. I ll throw 2 stars in there because I have had decent Pizza etc from Crust in the past. The meal I just had with my family was 0 stars. So long Crust, search still continues after years to find decent and convenient pizza in The Woodlands.

The man working at 1:30 on June13,2024 was the only employee. The owner needs to always have at least two. This young man needs more help even though he tries to do an excellent job. Having only one employee is not fair to them. Think of it this way Making a pizza, phone is ringing, customer walks in the door! Current pizza in oven is ready to come out and be served to dine in customer. Another pizza is ready for takeout! That is not a good situation for one employee to try to handle! I absolutely love this place. Everything Ive tried from the pizza to the wings to the tomato basil soup is fabulous and fresh. I visit this place almost every Friday. The staff is super friendly and the food delicious. Plus, big plus, they have crushed ice, which I love. Parking: Its located at the end of a shopping strip so depending on time of day you may have trouble finding a spot. But Ive never had an issue as Im usually there around 11am when they open. Arrived at 8:15, felt rushed when ordering. Then we went to grab our drinks just to find out the teas had been cleaned out and put up . Mind you closing time was 9pm. So this was super disappointing. Pizza had little sauce on it and it could ve been left in the oven a bit longer. If you close at 9 please don t pre close your menu if that s the case then close at 8 . In addition customer service was lacking . The waiter dropped off the food and never came back , never asked if we needed anything else. On our way out the kids wanted ice cream. By this time it was 9:04 and the register person said no because they were closed. Both kiddos were disappointed. The ice cream was in display while the kids just walked by it. Maybe next time have the waiter ask your customers if they need anything else before you close the kitchen but I guess for that the waiter would have to actually wait. Also ask for a tip after service not before. We tipped and received awful service anyways .

We ordered 2 medium pizzas and it was our first time trying. I felt rushed to order and after I did and got our pizzas they were really gross. Actual crust was soggy textured, could barely hold up. It was like eating wet cardboard. Barely any sauce but Im not sure if I should be grateful for that or not because the sauce didnt taste that good anyway. This pizza is disappointing. But no one in Conroe seems to know good food from bad. 1.) They cut your pizza into little squares, like you are five, not New York (grown up) triangle slices. 2.) They put too much sugar in the sauce. All pizza recipes call for a pinch of sugar in every pie to off-set the salt from the tomatoes. I would say there is at least 3 tablespoons of sugar on every single pizza pie. So whoever came up with this lame recipe, basically mixed tomato paste (NOT sauce) with sugar. There is zero seasoning. So if you are a cook, you can imagine tomato paste + sugar is just gross. If you aren t a cook and think this is great pizza, then I m guessing you won t know the difference and probably consider places like The Olive Garden or McDonalds as fine cuisine. 3.) The crust is thin, deflated, hard after an hour and soggy on the opposite end from the crust. So when you get your pizza, it s sliced into baby squares and the middle squares are soggy. This comes from not draining the vegetables in their containers when set aside as toppings. A very bad practice. 4.) Please do yourself a favor. Travel! Eat in cities like New York, L.A., Miami, Toronto, Paris, Rome. And then return to this soppy, mopey, under-seasoned, lifeless pizza and ask yourself why you keep eating food that wouldn t be fit for a soup kitchen.

Tonight was the worst experience ever!!! I fell in love with Crust pizza after visiting this location after getting my nails done at Bellacio Nails and Spa in 2022. I decided to try many other locations and they never disappointed until today. This Thursday I received the notification of their deal for 2-Lg, 2-Topping Pizza for $20-Harpers Preserves. Since I always miss their deals cuz I am working, and after having a rough week, I decided to drive 35+ minutes to this location after picking up my child from preschool. The drive would be a bit sketchy, knowing my car required maintenance which was scheduled for Monday but its CRUST PIZZA! Upon arrival, the location was bustling. Nobody greeted me. One employee didnt even acknowledge me when I walked in as she answered a phone order. Kyle, the cashier, came inside from I assume bringing a to-go order to someone. He asked how may he assist me when getting behind the counter. I provided my order details and he brought my pizza informing me of my total then walked away. I glanced at the pizza while trying to figure out how to swipe my card. The pizza did not look that great as you can see from the pictures. It looks stale and old but smelled great. The jalepenos looked old. Fresh jalapeños are a vibrant green. He came back to assist me with the payment process then walked away again before handing my receipt. I grabbed it myself after hesitating for a while waiting for him to return. When I got home, I heated the pizza for a few minutes, it wasnt too cold. I served me and my daughter a few squares each and the pizza was HARD. My daughter loves pizza and I can see her struggling to chew with no joy in her face. I was very disappointed which led me to writing this review. I assume this location, which sold me to love crust pizza had deteriorated since I left. A waste of my gas, time and money.

Kid-friendliness: We ordered a extra large veggie pizza and a kids cheese pizza and were pleasantly surprised that the kids pizza was free and came with a drink because it was Tuesday and apparently kids eat free (even for takeout) every Tuesday!! Food

The place is perfect and the pizzas are very delicious. There is also a lot of cleanliness and it is cheap. I bought 2 XL pizzas and 4 soft drinks and paid less than 60 including the tip. Kid-friendliness: I took my 3 children and everything was fine.

I ve been here before but tonight s 2 large pizzas we ordered were severely lacking both have very little sauce , onions, and meat and barely enough cheese to melt the items together. Maybe they skimped on the pizza ingredients because we had a coupon that we used. All 3 of us agreed that these ranked in the bottom of pizzas we have had. Severely disappointed On the other hand staff was very nice and attentive, restaurant was clean and food arrived hot. Too bad the food didn t match the environment and staff.

I ordered a pizza from this place from grubhub. They included some grated parmesan packets and as I pour some on to my pizza a moldy chunk of Parmesan falls on my pizza. Definitely need to keep track of the inventory better. Won t be ordering from here again.

Good pizza and service but they sent me a Birthday coupon that s only good for the day of my Birthday which I just found to be odd since every other place that has sent me a birthday coupon gives me at least two weeks to redeem it if not the whole month of February & being that my birthday is Valentine s Day I won t be using this coupon on my birthday so it s basically useless!!!
