This is a great course in the Clubcorp mix which is open on one of the days my home club is closed. When I most recently played, the course was in pretty great shape. Its a tough course that requires a good amount of course management to be successful. The par 3s at this place in particular are bears due to the distance. The practice facilities leave something to be desired. The practice green is great, the range was ok, and the bunkered/chipping green was too small. But overall, Ill be back and enjoyed my time.

This review is regarding youth tennis. -for reference I have two children who are 7 and 4. -everything was ok until both boys regular coach left. -behavior was always an issue with my 7 year old. Parents drop off their children and then leave and many have behaviors which distracts from other children. There are zero repercussions. -my 4 year old developed bad habits with a different coach weekly. We were rarely notified of a new coach. At 4 you expect consistency. Our new facility fixed the problem within a class. -there are also older women who cuss at children for making noise. This happened weekly, and the children had to make zero noise rather than the club speaking to the women. -a general lack of communication. I had to call to verify schedule for my child. Our new tennis organization sends frequent communication. This is also the same for all other organizations we are apart of. -I asked two different employees for summer schedules and was told they would email me a schedule and neither did. I then find a flier and sign up. Hand to the head of youth tennis and then acccused of not doing so. -signed my child up for class, and then arranged my summer schedule around said class to then show up and be told the class doesnt exsist. I was offered to have my child join a class of 15+ kids for free in the middle without any Information. Then accuse did overreacting when again, if you have kids you know, of arranging our schedule based on a class. -I was then told that I had not properly given the paperwork and my anger about the situation was rude and not called for. -we had a new credit card which canceled our previous auto payment for the last 3 classes. Rather than let me know that we hadnt paid for classes they put us on a waiver. Never heard from them until the enrollment issue. Yes, this was an issue, but we were never told. I then called and paid the balance after being told it was not necessary. -I called to pay our balance and said I would love to have a discussion prior to making a review and gave my contact info and never received a call. -for every one negative review I post 2-3 positive reviews -other then them having some courts inside I would not recommend.

Tennis, dining, and pool are great. Golf course has kinda been strung along the last decade. Tee boxes and bunkers are fine but greens, fairways, and out of bounds all need drastic work. Cart paths need to be completely gutted and re-done. Would not be surprised if Club Corp has this location on their list of next courses to redo/upgrade.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Canyon Creek Country Club this June and I couldn t recommend them more. We needed to find a venue last minute due to our original plan falling through and Rose was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process from beginning to end. Their meeting space was absolutely gorgeous and Rose perfectly captured the image we had in mind for our event. We took some photos outside and the golf course in the background was stunning. We loved how we could decorate the pre-function area with photos to make our event feel as personalized as possible. I couldn t recommend them enough, Rose and her team were incredible to work with and I m so glad that we got to spend such a special day here. Thank you guys so much for everything!

I drive by this place three times daily, the golfers seem very entitled when crossing the road with their golf carts as if they always have the right of way, two golfers so far have given me a look of yeah you better let us cross! even while letting them cross, I have also witnessed golfers littering on the course and on the road . The course is lovely, it seems as if the maintenance crew does a great job at keeping it clean and maintained, I hope they get paid well for the work they do.

Played course at full price ..then noticed great deal$35 after 2:30..took advantage of this bargain twice...Then booked again for 2:37 t time for 4..on March 18th . Got charged $85..instead of $35.was told to call Cory to fix price..but then they said..due to daylight savings..reduced rate at 3:30pm..makes no sense .the time is the time!! Called Cory 3 times left message and phone number..no response.. ..was a loyal fan! Very poor customer service!

Food tasted like frozen food from Walmart and your orders are always messed up. My neighbor worked there and said you would never eat there if you saw the kitchen. Also said that he found 2-3 rats a day, not including the hundreds of roaches. Absolutely horrible would never recommend.

Friendly folks at Canyon Creek Country Club. Attended many Meetups there with catered dinners. Always nice and clean with fresh flowers to greet you in the foyer. The view from the dining room is relaxing through the windows as you watch the golfers tee off and mingle on the green. Bling Blinky of Texas Shout Out: Community at Canyon Creek - very good!

The country club house was used for company holiday party. Buffet style food and festive holiday drinks were very delicious. The three rooms helped divide the activities. Unfortunately the PA system cannot be heard in all rooms which made announcements made throughout the evening difficult to hear. All in all a good venue.

Canyon Creek Country Club Billing Department Will Not Call You Back You keep overcharging me on my monthly bill. The invoice each month is less than what you overcharge to my credit card automatically. Id really love to work this out, but since you all dont return calls or answer website inquiries, I had to resort to social shaming. I wont stop at Facebook, so hopefully someone will call me back soon.

I have been a member going on 4 years now and the course is in the worst shape it has ever been! I dont know what everyone on here is talking about how great the club and everything is you must be an avid golfer member or something.
