Oh my! I love how Richard Johnson explained things to us. He has a way of putting the complex into straightforward language with easy-to-understand analogies. I cant speak highly enough about The Johnson Firm. Richard Johnson and Marcie Johnson are simply outstanding. They made the process of getting our estate in order seemless and easy to understand. The really are committed to doing excellent work and making sure everything is in order. When we came in, we had a lot of issues that needed to beworked out, including missing mineral titles and had no clue where to start. Not only did they get us where we needed to be with all aspects of setting up the estate documents, they directed us to experts in the field to get our titles in order, an excellent CPA and insurance people who are ethical, dedicated and experienced. They really met our needs in a big way and continue to work with us and our financial team to make sure the documents are up to date as things evolve with our estate. We couldnt be more happy with them and appreciate their firm ethical foundation. There is a reason they are rated one of the top firms by D magazine and others. Sadly my first experience with The Johnson Firm was the death of my husband. Both Richard and Marci were very patient and gracious with helping me with my husbands trust and then establishing my new trust. The entire staff gave me the time and guidance during the entire process. I did not feel rushed during our visits, nor a problem with my questions. I appreciate and feel more at ease in going forward.

My husband and I met with Marcie to discuss setting up a will. We have two small children so our goal was to put a plan in place for the future. She thoroughly explained all the differences between a will and a trust. She gave us great advice and truly helped us understand what would work best for our family. I highly recommend The Johnson Firm. Marcie and her team have been absolutely fabulous. They have assisted me with so many things in my parents final years. Marcie helped me with my dad s VA benefits, which is almost impossible to do on your own. They also assisted me with other things to the final probating of their wills. They were always available to answer any questions that I had, and so gracious about it. All of the ladies I worked with over the last four or five years: Marcie, Joanne, Nicole and Tracy we re always so kind and very helpful.
