Absolutely love the staff here. Me personally I get embarrassed to pawn anything but every time I walk in, Im greeted and feel very welcomed and also they give me the most cash possible for my items. My last visit I went to pawn a AR10 cause I needed the cash. I asked for $200 and they gave me $400 instead. Of course i paid back the loan. Not once have I had a bad experience with these guys. Highly recommend anybody to conduct business with this store.

1/19/23: I came to this Pawn shop to see if I find some hand tools. There was alot of selection of hand tools but several power tools they did have. I did have an employee offer to help me so that was a plus in good customer service but some of the aisle are not well organized. Its seems like they try to cramp all stuff together. I would suggest attempting to organize the store to be a little more presentable and I believe this can be bumped up to a 4 star and it to be a 5 stare would depend on the service they deliver with good products, but I didnt buy anything, so I am unable to give any feedback on that subject. The staff are friendly but the prices they have are closer to new prices at stores and most employees won t negotiate pricing. When you go in to pawn something, they attempt to give you 10 bucks for items that cost atl east a 100, 20 on items that cost 200. It doesn t matter if it s only a week into use. Basically a 10th of the value. This is due to them being the only pawn shop in the area. Their items are great but if rather walk 10 miles to the next pawnshop than to drive 2 miles to that one.

I have shopped around at a few different pawnshops. In regards, to this one it really depends on what you are looking for. Agents are friendly, but not flexible. To make it easy for the frequent thrifty customer and anyone new to the Pawnshop scene I rate this in two categories. Buying Options - 3 stars The location has good selection of items, but again it depends on what you are looking for. They have a great selection of tools, assortment of firearms, and a few miscellaneous good buys if you know what you are looking for. In regards, to pricing and deals, it depends on the employee you talk to. Some will work out good deals, others keep it by the book. Very inconsistent when working negotiating for a good price. (The do work on the Good Ol Boy system not on the initial value of the item) They have a wide assortment of TVs and general electronics - BUT BUYER BEWARE. Make sure you extensively test any electronic you get for at least 10-15 minutes as most have underlying issues with them. Second most of their electronics are way over priced. (Story in the next section) Most Used electronic items are only 30% off retail price at best. Cash deals only eliminate the tax so its really not worth the discount considering the ticket price and the item is used. Lastly, unlike most pawnshops who off 2 week or 30 day extended warranty, these guys ONLY OFFER 48 HOURS. Be positive in your selection or you will regret it. Selling Options - In terms of selling options, this location offers horribly low purchase prices for items. For example, I bought a camera for around 170.00 w/taxes from them maximum retail value was about 229.00. At the time I thought it was a good deal. However, a few days later it started to freeze and reset itself. Since I was outside of the grace period (48hrs). I asked if they would buy it back for 100 bucks since it wasnt eligible for return. They offered me 30 bucks for it. Absolutely ridiculous, and it felt like price gouging. The rep even recommended I try reselling it online of at another pawnshop. For one of the hottest video game systems (the Nintendo switch) they will offer you 100 bucks for it in Excellent condition, but sell it for almost 350.00. I would suggest selling items on OfferUp for fair rates rather than here. Their selling vs. buying Options are not competitive and the price gap is too great. (Better off selling at Cash America Pawn or another local shop.

I purchased an engagement ring in this store and they took my ID details of course. The ring did not fit my girlfriend so I tried to make an exchange or get a refund and showed my ID the manager or owner whatever he was got an attitude and said that I was probably lying even though I showed him my ID again so he could check his system and see that I purchased it. He wanted to give me $80 as a refund for a ring I spent $400 on. Terrible experience ever, dont recommend it! Although the worker did try to help me but his boss wouldnt let him! Horrible place!

I have been a repeat buyer at this location over a few months now, and the buying experience is fantastic for a pawn shop. No-pressure purchasing and friendly informative banter from the guys. If you stick around them, you can learn a lot! Buying there has been pleasant. Some of the deals are pretty good too. You will like the selection there if you like to find relatively uncommon things. Selling there (made a sale within the last month) had been a memorably unpleasant experience. The lady that works there was not very personable, and she tried to correct me on physical evidence that I presented to support my asking price. She then told me the finish on my item was home-applied and was not from the factory (when you can look up the same item online and notice the same factory finish in the exact same pattern). The amount I received was considerably less than what I had hoped for, but I understand why I was offered the price that I had been given. Getting burnt on the sale of my item was kind of expected, but the way that it was handled by the lady completing the sale leaves a lot to be desired. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with that experience, and I hope your own experience as a potential shopper or seller might be better. Although I have had an overall positive experience here, I will not return to this store in the future. Best of luck to the guys in selling their wares. It was fun to meet you. -L

I just spent roughly 15 minutes in this store and was not once acknowledged by an employee. There were 2 male employees behind the counter with no masks on and no other customers in the store except me. I came to purchase a 380 and it was in the case. No one ever came to ask if I needed help WHICH I DID CONSIDERING THE GUN WAS LOCKED IN THE CASE. I tried to support a smaller business, but I ll never return to this store. I ll continue going to Carters Country.

My husband and I went to inquire about purchasing a handgun. I saw a gun I was interested in checking out. The store employee told me I had to show him ID before he would let me hold the gun. This was not posted in writing anywhere in the store. My husband told him we had been to two other gun retails and neither of them asked us to show ID before holding a gun. The employee said I had to show ID because someone ran out with a gun before. I will never go to this place again. I do not recommend this place.

I called back and spoke with a manager he was very nonchalant and uncaring. I was trying to spend some money but I am glad you all showed your true colors. Awesome customer service. Called the first time for an xbox one s but my wife came home with an xbox one. Spoke with Robert and he said bring it back and we will exchange for xbox one s.
