I have family in the Dallas area, and when I come visit I sometimes have time to kill. I havent found any better place to do so than Chase Place. Just an unassuming little spot in a strip mall, but its everything I could possibly want in a gin joint. The bartenders are well-experienced and affable (when appropriate), the people who frequent tend to be working class drinking folk (or at least interesting), and you can actually have meaningful conversations with your bar neighbors. Its the kind of place which fosters a community. I did have one plate of food there (to sober up a bit, admittedly) and it was well-put together and hit the spot. I think fondly about this place sometimes when Im not in town. That should tell you something.

I tried to eat my dinner tonight here, but the beef nachos I ordered were cold and disgusting. I complained to the bartender, and she chose to have them remade for me. They were worse than the first plate. My bet is that they just dumped toppings off of what was the first plate and microwave the chips and cheese. Then, they overloaded it with cold lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. They forgot the beef on this one. After trying to eat one chip, I asked the bartender to remove them. When I went to pay the bill, they still tried to charge me for them. I dont know about you, but if I cant eat something. Then I shouldnt have to pay for it!!!! I left letting them know I would be back tomorrow to talk to the owner. Then I will pay or not, depending on if he removes the nasty nachos from the bill. Needless to say, the tip was blown!!

This place has been here for years! I used to come here in my twenties and now Im 60 and its still here! No doubt because of fabulous service comfortable atmosphere and friendly customers. If youre a smoker you can smoke in here! A big plus for us old school types, Nancy is friendly and exceptionally professional she knows your drink and keeps busy in the whole times but never lets a customer want for attention. You cant get better service it makes you feel feel like everybody knows name!

This is my son Vincent we were at Chase place watching the NASCAR race car driver lost Joey Logano but that s OK cause we had a lot of fun.. Vincent is no longer with us he committed suicide about three months ago if you see someone in distress say something you just might save a life

Stopped by on Tuesday night with a friend damn ! I was surprised how affordable the drinks were Im from NJ and if I had two beers it we be about $12 bucks here my friend an I had 2 shots and 3 beers = $23 ( what a steal ) Im going back this Tuesday again .

Eh its iight. Its a bar. Tenders and chill. People and environment are cool. Seems like a local hangout. If thats your thing youll like it. Im not from here. I just sit and drink. TV plays sports. Beer is pretty cheap. 8 bucks for a tall dos equis. They have food and alot of liquor.

Great place on a Saturday night if you enjoy singing out loud. They do karaoke on every Tuesday and Saturday. The food is not too good, but they have a variety of drink options. The servers are really caring and constantly on their toes to make sure all the customers are being taken care of. The entrance is accessible so are the restrooms. If you are sport enough to check your singing skills, this is the place that you should go to. Karaoke starts at 9 until closing (2 am)

Thanks to the staff for always making our visits a simple, relaxing and entertaining time. My wife and I have been coming in since weve been legal to belly up to the bar. I look forward to bringing my kids in for their first drinks. ... well 2 kids down and 2 to go. As of 6/10/21 bring back the steaks!! My wife is craving them and I cant find a better one on short notice as you good as you used to make thwm.

Best bar ever!! Definitely a Cheers type place, Ive been going here consistently since the day I turned twenty-one. Owner keeps the place running smooth, very clean, great drinks, best atmosphere in town. And the food is delicious! Much better than your typical bar fare. Good specials and karaoke, as well! I LOVE this bar, sweetest bartender, great drink prices, homey atmosphere, great regulars no drama! Perfect bar for your no frills beer with a whiskey back but the bartender can make some very delicious mixed drinks for your lady. Will always come back %100 a loyal customer for life.
