We had been out ALL day across Arlington shopping for a new car, and after all that time we were famished and needed something eat and fast. We ended up choosing lazy dog and it exceeded our expectations...Crystal was our server, and she did an outstanding job. Our drinks would be barely halfway empty before she would be by with replacements. The food was delivered promptly and it was absolutely delicious: I had the shrimp tacos while my mom had their lunch portion of chicken teriyaki (always a winner lol). But this lunch totally rejuvenated us and put the pep back in our step :). If youre ever at the Arlington location, be sure and ask for Crystal, as the service she provides is top notch, and we will be asking for her when we return very soon!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lazy Dpg, and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt welcomed and appreciated. Kayla, the bartender, was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, friendly, and always ready with a smile. Her skill in crafting delicious cocktails was evident in every drink she served. The general manager, Kacey I belive was his name, was equally exceptional. He was kind, approachable, and took the time to chat with me about our shared passion for motorcycles. His genuine interest in my hobbies made me feel like more than just a customer. As for the food, it was simply outstanding. I ordered the New York steak, and it was cooked to perfection. The meat was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It was accompanied by a delicious selection of sides that complemented the steak beautifully. If youre looking for a restaurant that offers a great atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food, I highly recommend. Its a perfect spot for a late-night meal or a casual dinner with friends.

Hubby and I just left Lazy Dog. Our 1st visit ever. Excited to try new place.. Not busy only 3 other customers around 4 p.m. We were seated well to back of room pass many empty booths.. Server Kayla took the order for fish and chips meal. After more than 40 minutes and no food Server said they would comp meal. Waited another 10 minutes, no food, we left. Very bad 1st impression for new first time customer. Will not recommend this place.

Weve dined at this restaurant a few times and the experience has always been a good one. The food is unique and the atmosphere is energetic and inviting. This particular experience was sensational, specifically because of our waitress, Fran. On this particular trip we were very undecisive, you know, a waiters worst nightmare during a dinner rush. Fran answered all of our questions and made a few suggestions of her own. She was friendly and engaging and attentive throughout the evening. While the food and atmosphere were great, it was Fran that was the star of our experience!

My experience at the LazyDog was top notch. The food and overall experience is a reason why I will be returning. My server Gavin was incredibly attentive to my needs and offered multiple entree and drink recommendations. I ordered the sweet and spicy shrimp wok and it blew me away. The watermelon margarita was also a very nice refreshing treat. I will be returning soon to try more of their adventurous menu options.

Visited during lunchtime. It was okay. Had the Korean Ribeye Bibimbap, it was overpriced for what I got but it sounded so good I wanted try it. I had asked for no carrots, but carrots still came with it. The ribeye seemed pretty basic. Originally I wanted something with ahi tuna but the waitress, when I asked her opinion, she didnt recommend tuna dishes. I really appreciated her honesty, she was a great server overall. She said their PBJ was one of the popular dishes & that most chicken items were good. Maybe I should leave Asian food to Asian restaurants, lol. I might try them again & try something new. My friend said their salad was okay & my othwe friend stated their burger was good, but the general consensus was that it wasnt anything special. Staff was nice, there were two flies buzzing around our table, they werent busy during lunch so we got seated immediately & our food came out within a decent time.

I love their bowls and dessert. The bibimbap they serve is the best Ive had in DFW, which is a little sad because theyre not even a Korean restaurant! They use high quality meat and the flavors are perfect. My daughter like the kids meals; the proportions are just right for her. Theres something on the menu for everyone. Edit 08/20/24: The prices have gone up and the proportions down. Apparently theyve become like every other restaurant, thinking its okay to basically steal from customers. The bibimbap is now $20, up from around $15-16, and the bowl is now only half full with barely any rice at all. Mine today had about 4 teaspoons. Ive never seen bibimbap made like this, and thats not a compliment. Way to go backwards. I no longer recommend them and will be getting my bibimbap from real Korean restaurants.

Adrian was such a kind and very customer-conscious server he anticipated my needs and knew when to give me space. These are really great qualities that distinguish great servers from good ones. He also helped me decide what to eat and really took my preferences into consideration, so his recommendations were absolutely delicious. The brussel sprouts were amazing, the Idaho trout was one of the best fish dishes I have ever had rivaling some at much fancier restaurants and the brownie was giant and so good! Lazy Dog really surprised me, and I will definitely be back!

First time here. Casual comfortable sit-down restaurant. Outdoor patio available. Fully stocked Bar with stools. Friendly and attentive waitress. My meal: Bison burger with spicy fries & ice tea. Came in yesterday for the first time (7/7/24) before another engagement and I was presently surprised by the customer service and food service. When I walked in - I was greeted promptly as I approached the hostess stand! I ordered the chicken quesadillas as an app and the chicken dinner + watermelon margarita. The food was brought out immediately and was piping hot I love it! Lark warm food really grind my gears! lol There was a little snafu w/my leftovers but my waitress made it right with me and you could tell that she really enjoys her job! I wish I could recall her name because good service is so hard to come by but the 5 stars are for her! She paced herself well with checking in and I felt like a valued customer! We went for a late night dinner and conversation. It was late so the place was almost empty which we did not mind. The waitress was absolutely rude she did not check on us and when we asked for things she pouted and gave attitude. Honestly, the server is the reason for the low rating she was HORRIBLE and needs to be reprimanded! We ordered cheeseburgers and alcoholic drinks. I ordered 100% well done but got a pink burger that popped with every bite so I did not finish was disgusting.The plain margarita was delicious! I would recommend for drinks ONLY as long as that particular server and those like her aren t there she really killed the vibe, the fun, and EXPERIENCE.

I really wasnt crazy about this restaurant. I did like the outdoor patio, even though there was a lot of noise from the ongoing traffic. I thought the food was overpriced for what you get. I got the fish and chips and although there was a lot of food, I thought it was just adequate compared to other restaurants where Ive gotten fish and chips. Service was also not the best. We needed to try to find the waiter on several occasions. Probably wont return since there are other restaurants I like significantly better.

I love Lazy Dog for so many reasons but the food AND drinks available on HH (3-6) are amazing. Their watermelon margaritas are $7 on HH and made from actual fruit. Lettuce wraps (chicken) are $7. My wife & I decided to take my mom on Mothers Day to this establishment since she hasnt been here. We walked into a packed house. We were quickly greeted and seated. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable of the menu. I decided to order the American burger and added an egg. Mom ordered the pull pork and had the Grilled Idaho Trout. Waiting on our food: The restaurant was vibing and with people engaging in healthy conversations. I love the angle of the Tvs in this place. The lighting in this place is bright, which gives this location a welcoming feel. The seats are very comfortable. Our food: Our food came out really hot and appealing to the eye. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Mom enjoyed the BBQ sauce so much that she asked if they sold it to customers. I thought she was joking, but she wasnt. Nevertheless, the manager gave her a free bottle to take home. ( The saying goes; you never know until you ask ) Thats just excellent hospitality. We all enjoyed our experience and will be back

First time trying this place. Went for Mothers Day. Wasn t TOO busy. No wait. Waiter, Jonah, was very nice and attentive. I believe he looked like the actor, Joe Adler, from Maze Runner & Greys Anatomy!! Nice experience. Will definitely return. Food

It might not be fair to share the food xp at 5 stars but my family has eaten here and they absolutely love the food. I brought my wife here for the first time to have a couple of beers. The service is outstanding and the beer that I tasted and ordered was amazing. We will definitely be back soon and next time we will be having dinner!

Tried it when they first opened and was not impressed with the quality of the food for their prices. Absolutely loved & still do - the decor & ambiance of the restaurant. Loved the style of the menus. Tried it again last week. Came in around 9pm. Only a couple of seated tables besides me. Ordered a Caesar Salad and a new to me Three Thieves Pinot Grigio. The wine smelled great and was bitter as hell. The salad dressing was definitely NOT a Caesar dressing. If you closed your eyes and randomly tried this salad, you would never guess what the dressing actually was. The croutons were some of hardest I have ever been served. I was incredibly disappointed. I dont normally order dessert, but decided to order the chocolate brownie sundae. Now this was worthy! Definitely would order again! Service: they were NOT busy. Took 10 minutes for a waitress to come to my table. Got my wine & menu, then she disappeared. After I got my salad, she failed to check on me again for a good 40 minutes and then showed up at my table with her little machine to check me out. Never once asked how my food was or if I wanted anything else. I had to stop her from asking for my card to tell her I wanted to order dessert. Once she brought my dessert, it took 10 minutes before she showed up to check me out again. They close at midnight. I wasnt the only patron there. I wasnt trying to stay till they closed. I was not appreciative of her efforts to get me to leave. In spite of my irritation over bad food & poor service, I tipped her nicely. Will I come back? Nope. The quality of food has not improved from my first visit and there are other places that serve better food & have better service. ** Did come back at my sons request. I tried the Thai Salad and it was pretty decent. Had a spicey peanut vinegrette, which wasnt spicy nor really peanut, but very decent overall. Would order ot again. He had the fish & chips, with a cucumber salad. He said the fish was under seasoned, and while he wasnt in love with it, he might order that dish again. He felt the portion was good.....but still $20+ for fish & chips? Should very super tasty at that price. Service wise, this was a far better experience. Still feel its not a great restaurant, no matter how much I love the interior!

Today, we went to Lazy Dog for lunch. Ill start by saying of all the restaurants we have eaten at in the DFW area so far. This is the best one by far. So what made this visit a 5-star experience? It is very inviting from the moment you walk in and look up. We were greeted by a friendly hostess. Our waitress was doubling as the bartender because it was lunchtime and not very busy. She did an outstanding job. For me, someone who makes sure you have everything you need, including keeping your drinks filled, asks just enough questions, but seems invisible is an A+++ waitress. The food was amazing. Started with the cheese curds and the edamame. Both were outstanding. Best and well seasoned edamame. I ordered the Cuban, and my wife ordered the pot roast French dip. Both sandwiches were hot and fresh. The pot roast was melt in your mouth. If there was anything negative to say, Id say the Cuban had too much mustard, but personal preference. If you are in the DFW area, you must try Lazy Dog, you wont be disappointed.

Wonderful atmosphere, great service, and unique treats! Had fun picking out dishes and drinks and they helped us celebrate 2 years of marriage with a dessert on the house! The apple & huckleberry pie is amazing!

I previously visited here with no issues with the food and was just pretty average but good. On this visit had the crispy wings which were good but I ordered the grilled shrimp tacos and after two bites my stomach revolted. 15 minutes later I was in the restroom emptying my stomach. I didnt have to pay for it which was good. My partner loved the bison burger with no issues, so I guess it was just not a good day for shrimp tacos. On the plus side I did order a couple of TV dinners to go, and later on that evening I had the lemon chicken TV dinner which was delicious and I would definitely order that again!

Food was disappointing especially for how much it cost. However the deviled egg appetizer was pretty good. There wasn t anyone at the table who really enjoyed their food. Service wasn t great either. We had to flag down other waiters as we waited over 20 minutes for food we ordered that the server forgot to bring us

First time eating here. We were seated Promptly, the service here is absolutely outstanding, our Waitress Sinia service was positively amazing, her suggestions were spot on. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, i highly recommend stopping in and trying it here. Will be back for sure..

Amazing! Our server was great and I had a burger at random and some wine both were such a delicacy I do remember the wine though quite rough in the beginning but as you go through the glass it becomes quite smooth I think it was called the prisoner definitely will come again!

Lazy Dog s was wonderful! It was in great lengths to my hotel and the outlet mall. My server served me a complimentary garlic chip with their 4 house sauces, my favorite sauce was the barbecue. I loved that they made me feel included knowing that it was my first time trying them out. The menu had a huge variety to choose from, and to make things easier they have certain things highlighted that are fan favorites. I chose to go with a burger, seeing that one of the reviews said they had a great one. I will say my favorite part of the whole meal was the sweet potato tots. So good! The only thing I was sad about was not bringing my dog. Such a great place!
