This is one of those places you go for a truly relaxing experience. With a wide range of craft beers on tap, and a solid rotation of new brews it never gets boring. On a busy night there may be 50-60 people, generally these nights are accompanied by live music. Sometimes they have intimate live music indoors, others outdoors on thier stage, with a pretty solid seating arrangement that gives you the option to focus on the music, or let it simply be background noise while you get lost in the view of rolling hills, and amazing sunsets. The kitchen has a good selection of food on music days, with the occasional special recipe thats always out of this world. On a normal evening 10-20 people may be present. The crowd this place attracts seem to be good people looking for the same thing as most of us in this area. An escape from the hustle and bustle of the Austin spread, and a truly Texas feel. I heard through the grape vine that hours will soon extend to 11p. So, if you find yourself at Whizzerville tap room, and want to continue the evening, make a 4 minute drive to wild bunch. It may just become your new favorite.

IN THE MIDDLE OF NO WHERE. This is not for everyone, but if you like adventures, and want a beer in a true small business setting, you have to take the drive to get here. Beer is pretty good, and the company is outstanding. They have live music on weekends, and some small RV sites are available. This is for those who want a unique country experience. If you are looking for a good experience, give these guys a shot.

If you feel like getting out of Austin, and having a drink in the countryside this is your place! Been here twice with the Van club and have just the most relaxing time outside. My absolute favorite is the Hibiscus Seltzer. A must-have! And if you are able to pick up a growler and take some home with you! Youll want some tomorrow!

Outstanding beer, great conversations, and live music by the one and only Paul Sprawl. What more can you ask? The pulled pork tacos smelled amazing, although I had already eaten. Thanks Jarle and crewe for another satisfying experience out at Wild Bunch Brewing! Hope to see you for Octoberfest.

My girlfriend and I are on an adventure to try every single brewery in Texas (all 400+) of them. And it is my pleasure to say that Wild Bunch is exactly the small place we hope to come across on our journey so that we can spread the word to the masses. To start, Wild Bunch is a little off the beaten path as you travel up this gravel road leading to this modest looking little home behind a gate. We were immediately greeted through the window by head brewmaster named Jarle as he told us to come around and walk inside to escape the heat. Being such an intimate venue, Jarle knew we were first-timers and offered us a little history of his brewing journey, with some samples to try along the way. I cannot recommend enough that you must try the Lo Smash if its available. Its perfect balance, tartness and drinkability blew me away. Although we didnt try them today, we were told that this place offers delicious burgers if you get hungry. Theres a great seating area outside under a big tent and theres even a stage for live music. I think its safe to say that Wild Bunch Brewing Co has not seen the last of us and we will be bringing more people next time.

A most wonderful experience! Fresh beers, great burgers, and one of the greatest individuals you will ever meet (Jarle)! And, a sunset that has no comparison, as it ends its day beyond the rolling hills and green pastures. Off the beaten path, and we ll worth the drive through beautiful countryside. You ll surely enjoy the visit!

Beautiful skies, plush ranch land and good people. We were very surprised at the selection of microbrews available. I had a peach ale that was crisp and wonderfully tart. We have a ranch near here and are excited to have a friendly watering hole. Open only on the weekends but holidays don t stop them from opening by choice. Tonight had a shrimp boil potluck and two live bands. We can t wait to come back.

Such an unexpected treasure of a find! Jarle is a fantastic, friendly host and is extremely knowledgeable about his craft. To top it off, the beers are unique and delicious. Do yourself a favor and bring an empty growler (or two) because you are going to want to take some back home with you!

Weve wanted to visit for almost a year and finally made it out today. And I am so happy we did!! The drive out there is beautiful and the view gets even better at the taproom. This place is tiny and something youd never guess was a brewery from the road. But the host and Brew Master, Yarlie, was beyond fantastic. He couldnt have been more welcoming and friendly. We had so many great conversations and he played guitar. Most importantly - there was a good selection of beers. My husband and I really enjoyed the pale ale and sour. Wild Bunch Brewery is very off the beaten path and better because of it. Cant recommend it enough. Well be back very soon.

This place is very rustic (my kind of place) but don t let that fool you; they have a nice, but small, selection of beers. When my wife and I were there they had two IPAs, a saison (with mustang grapes), a Belgian white and an amber. Unfortunately, he was only able to tease us with the Belgian white; he ran out just after he gave us a sample. If you feel like a nice country drive, this place is well worth the trip. As another reviewer said, nice conversation and a nice view of the rolling hills.
