Mr. David Frank is a Superstar defending DWI cases! Make no mistake, he has the relationships with the Judges and Prosecutors to keep you out of court and jail. If you need a miracle, David is your Magic man. Facing my 3rd DWI Felony, I only went to court for the first time after 11/2 years and the second time the case was resolved. To my absolute amazement my case was settled as a 1st time DWI misdemeanor, NO jail time, NO probation time, NO Interlock, NO DWI classes, NO additional fees or charges and I had an Occupational License to allow me to drive the whole time. Im a 38 yr old black man from Austin and Ive been in the system before and he truly is the best lawyer Ive encountered!! Well worth the money Im a felon and he got 2 more felony charges dismissed!!!! Mr. Frank (David as I like to call him) and his team provided an amazing service. Firstly he was able negotiate an outcome that was beyond satisfaction and did not think possible . For that I am forever grateful. Secondly he provided his services efficiently and promptly. He personally answered my calls and questions 99% of the time. He even took my call when he was on vacation. More importantly he is a smart attorney and knows the nuisances of the system and the law. My results are testament to his abilities. Lastly , he cares. He was sympathetic to my situation and understood it. He spoke to me as person and I never felt I was being dictated to. He made certain I fully understood every process and the results fully. I went to David Frank when I was at a very low and vulnerable place, with a lot to lose. Mr. Frank, and Lisa both communicated with me throughout my entire case, to make sure that I was comfortable and remaining healthy. They always informed me of what was going on, and if I ever had any questions someone always answered the phone at any time of day. My case was fully dismissed recently, and I owe a big part of that to this firm. Thank you for doing good work, and if anyone is looking for an attorney, they have my vote. I secured the services of Mr. Frank approximately two weeks ago in regards to an intrastate matter. Two reputable law firms had struggled with the matter for over six weeks to no avail. In two weeks flat, Mr. Frank came up with a strategy, contacted the appropriate parties, contracted with outside specialists and resolved the issue to great effect. He is professional,respectful and savvy. He isresponsive to his clients needs and keeps them informed all along the way. His practice is head and shoulders above the rest. Mr. Frank gives lawyers a good name. I am ashamed and embarrassed to say it, but I was charged with a class A misdemeanor in 2008 that could have lead to some serious consequence. Not only did he get then entire charge dismissed, but he also negotiated a very minimal community service package and eventually had the entire case expunged (sealed, etc...). 5 years later I failed a background check for a housing application. Mr. Frank fought to help me get the housing application approved with a level of contentiousness that, to says the least, is highly admirable. He also didnt charge me anything extra. Although I dont imagine i would ever need his services again, if I did, he would be the first person I would ever consider using to represent me.
