Got the Mexican musica play loudly. Not in a big hurry. No hot and readys. No one just working the front organizing. Just a feeding frenzy first come first serve. The ethnocentric atmosphere is not welcoming.

Ive come here for years but tonight was worst experience ever. I placed an order online for pick up. I pulled up and waited over 30 minutes. I watched people walk in and leave over and over. I then got a message saying it was ready but it wasnt. I asked the young ladies why would it say it was ready when it wasnt and they didnt have an answer. I was there a total of 45 minutes then finally got a refund. NEVER AGAIN

A little more of kindness would be a nice way to start when greeting a customer when they are asking questions and ordering pizza. It makes me reconsider where I do my business. I believe an attitude adjustment would be a good start Vegetarian options: A vegetarian is strictly vegetable Parking: The parking lot is small compared to the business that this store has Wheelchair accessibility: There are no accessible parking or entrance to this place of business so if you are handicapped or wheelchair-bound I would recommend finding a different place to do business

Scam poor quality and opening BAIT AND Switch . This location has raised the prices and changed the names but giving the same pizza out to customers. Twice in a row. Paid for stuffed crust and was not. This time paid for extra most bestest which is extra cheese and extra pepperoni. Check out the pic. The top pizza is the classic. The bottom is the same pizza with extra cheese but less pepperoni . I attempted to count to prove a point she hurried and closed the box I called them out on it and the manager is also there as she spit and pointed at the pepperonis and put both pizzas back to resale don t waste your time or money on them. Rude and racist and nonchalant about the quality of food.

I know it s supposed to be fast but OMG! Please slow down a little and take a few breaths before giving orders out to the wrong people and or saying, We don t give refunds. Ma am, I am standing in your 5x10 lobby amid COVID and flu season with my pajamas on (flannel) with an order number and an email saying it s ready. Yes, I expect you to value the time I took to grace your staff with my pajamas and as a customer. I bought 3 pizzas here today w/lite sauce. The cheese pizza didnt have any sauce. I brought it back and the night manager called the day time manager and I was told they wouldnt remake the pizza. The manager picked the pizza apart and explained to me that it was correct. Ive bought this exact style pizza more tomes than I can remember. Its not right. I asked the District manager name, I don t know. I dont know the managers name I just called! Lol! Ridiculous!

This location is always fully staffed and your food is ready fast. I placed my order online during dinner rush and it was ready before the time given to pick it up. It was piping hot! It does get full, especially after the kids get off from school. I recommend ordering online and picking it up from the machine. Very easy and convenient! Better than waiting in line to have your order taken. Parking: Big shopping strip parking lot outside. Wheelchair accessibility: Enough room for a wheelchair to get through and order. There are also plenty of handicap spots in front with a ramp to the curb.

This place have very bad customer service and the manager is the main person that is unprofessional he worked on 7/18/22 in the evening around 5 and after I didnt get his name but he was on the heavy side. I always order from this location, I even order something yesterday. I arrive 20 minutes before closing and asked for bread sticks and the girl said we can only do cheese and pepperoni pizza no bread sticks because we are out of bread. It takes 10 minutes to toss bread in the oven. I will forever go to the one off Cockrell Hill. Thank you!!

Pizza always hot and fresh update 6/18/21 the worst experience I have ever had your company has young Hispanic kid in the back on his cellphone while customers are waiting as long as 30 minutes for a cheese pizza that I must say was prepared very poorly.
