I have been to this place a few times but this time it suckeddddd! The blonde hostess acted like she hated her job when we walked in. I went to the bathroom at one point and when I came back, I asked nicely if I could get around a waitress and she rudely moved a chair out of the way instead of herself. Our waitress was slow. The hostess slammed down our waters. It was an awful experience. The manager was the nicest person there. I won t be coming back after this experience.

Date night! I had a raspberry lemon drop martini which was delicious and he had a smoked old fashioned. The Bourbon advertised for the SOF drink wasn t honored for happy hour according to the waitress. That was disappointing. We both had tacos which came with chips and salsa. I had the steak and he had the Baja tacos. Food was delicious! Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Our waitress was friendly!

A bit small but we are always able to get a seat / table or sit at bar. Great selection of beers, and pretty standard bar food type selection. Tacos we both got were very good, and well portioned as well. Beer was cold, and service was okay. Not a very busy night but we had to call the server over when we needed a couple of more drinks (water etc.) as well as a missing drink order. Music was blaring and there were only perhaps 8 diners in the restaurant. Asked if it could be turning down a bit (we liked the selection) but it never happened. This dropped the score a bit due to us having to almost yell at each other to talk.

I like this restaurant/taphouse as soon as it opened. Reasonable prices, good service and large variety of beer on tap but not COLD. My biggest dislike is the fact that they took the best thing off the menu... French fries and cheese curds smothered in Putin gravy!!!! That was my number one calling card and havent been back since. Bring it back! I mean you already have the cheese curds and crinkle cut fries all were talking about here is gravy?!?!?!

I had the greatest time with Shelby as my bartender, she is the best one they have had since Bailey became manager, even when she is down she always brightens up the room. The food is bar food, not the best. The beer is over-priced unfortunately, they do have a very large selection of beer on the other hand. The ambiance is nice, especially if you like football games; as they have many ways to watch.

A little while back, my friends and I had came to Brass Tap and had the absolute worst experience. When we were sat down at our table, I immediately turned to my partner and said that something felt off and that I was uncomfortable. All of the people in my party were 23+ with all legal IDs. Our friends were traveling from out of state to celebrate our birthdays, so we all had different states on our licenses (as do a lot of Texan imports). We had all showed our IDs and ordered drinks, as well as food. When it came to my partner, he tried to order his drink and our waitress just brushed it off. I spoke up a little bit to make sure she got his order, and she confirmed that she did. We all were served our alcoholic beverages, except for my partner. We were confused as to why he didn t get his order, so I asked our waitress. When I asked her, she very rudely exclaimed, We know your ID was fake, so ha! We all laughed because he was the oldest one in the group, but we realized she wasn t kidding. We had two forms of ID as well (his driver s ID and his gun license s) with his date of birth and photo identification as well. We asked to speak to the manager, and when the manager came, he reaffirmed that they believed my partner s ID was fake. When we asked him to check again, he realized that my partner s ID was in fact real, and instead of admitting they made a mistake, they said that it was someone else s ID . Which was weird, because we pointed out that if it was someone else s ID, they served everyone else at the table so they admitted to possibly serving a minor? After that, they rudely yelled at us and said, I don t have to explain myself to you. Instead of apologizing to my partner, they just asked him if he wanted anything. We said no, paid our bill, and left the establishment. It s so unfortunate because we enjoyed the food and the drinks, but I will never understand why businesses do not hold themselves ACCOUNTABLE when they make mistakes. We are all human, and we are the most understanding group of friends. But, the fact that we were met with rudeness and immaturity is so disappointing.

Brass Tap Prosper has a great selection of beer on tap and bottle. Service always goes beyond and the staff recalls what your favorites are. The food is good but it would be nice if there were more items on the menu. Recently they have added pizza and some sandwiches to the menu that are good but not out of this world. There are a couple menu items that I religiously eat; fish and chips, chicken strips, chicken sandwich. Make sure to add a side of Utah sauce.

It s not our first time to hang out with friends and enjoy our dinner at this restaurant. We love the food, service and the patio. Tonight, we were very disappointed of the server and the food. She came to our table, first thing just want to take our order without asking if we need any water. We asked for water, and she came back to take our order but we were not ready. She walked away without saying anything. Later came back again to take our order not willingly. When serving the plate down, didn t ask if we want anything else, just walked away. Later came back and said if we needed anything else. I said no thank you, then she said nothing again and walked away. No water refill or checked on us afterwards. We didn t ask for check, she was ready to take out the pay machine and without telling or showing us how much, she took the credit card from my friend s hand. My friend asked how much and she said the total. That s all the service we got tonight, very disappointed of this service. We always have good time and the servers were friendly with good customer service. She may have a hard time tonight, but we definitely don t deserve her attitude and rudeness. There was no thank you from her in general even we kept saying thank you. We expect a better service from this place. The food was not as good as it had been. Hope next time would be better, but for sure if this lady is serving I don t know if I want to stay for dinner. She needs to learn some manner and how to greet customers the right way. We paid $100 for our three meals and alcohol and 20% tip .we are being nice, but not your service.

Come for the drinks, eat only on a dare. The staff here is hella awesome, and the drinks are amazing. Theres a wide variety of beer selection so join the brew crew and chug away. The food is mid at best, the coleslaw was spoiled, the food was blad, and either overly dry or greasy. Although I didnt order a pizza, but it did look good.

Wow! What amazing service we just had with Courtney! She ensured we had very drinks refilled and the food came out very fast! Just had some fish tacos and threw them out after trying 2 bites. The smell of the fish and cheese was so strong, it overwelmed my car and our break room. The fish was also smashed up and didnt look like a piece of fish.The salsa was not spicy and had a strange acidity to it, like they used fake lime juice, idk it was off. Even if it was good, the serving size was sad. Sorry guys, not to be rude, but my lunch break was just a waste of my time and money. First time trying you out too. Bummer. The server was nice though.

The guacamole was excellent. Parking is plentiful. So many great brews to choose from and excellent service in providing small tastes if youre unsure. Michael, maybe Mike, at the bar was fantastic. He could answer to any question about what was on tap. Only once did we stump him, but he quickly referenced the brewery details online and provided us with exact answer. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The menu looked great, but we had been running errands and only stopped in to check it out and kill time before a prior engagement. Looking forward to coming back!
