Visitors who are not accompanying their child must see this place as a child. Its a great fun area for parents who live nearby. I visited Prosper playhouse with my granddaughter on her birthday. My daughter in law was not aware of the fact that bringing food from outside is not allowed. Although the birthday party couldnt be celebrated however my granddaughter, Mebal, enjoyed it a lot. My son informed me that the playhouse is her favourite place. Concerning the childrens ages the playhouse arena is good enough however theres a shortage of places for the accompanying parents. Boutique is not available in its true sense however one can get some clothes in an emergency situation at high costs. Available food for parties and coffee is not expensive nor the playhouse fee. Anyhow this is a blessed place for your child in this hustle life. Some hours of peace in a fast life.

Very bad customer service, as I understanding. Anything works for kids should have a smile face. When I first step into the location, the owner or the employee work to you with ugly face. They don t want to talk with you friendly and refuse to walk around to see what inside looks like. If you touch anything hang out there, they will stop you. Shame on you have this location. If anyone see the response, please igone. They are liers. only 4 people in facility at that moment. I will not rate 5 starts. I dont want my child to see urgly face, when they go to kids place. They will ask me why these people always unhappy, do they like us.

This past summer I took a 27 state roadtrip and we stopped at more play places then I can remember! Some huge ones and some small ones. I can tell you HANDS DOWN this is the best one! Sure it s not the biggest but it s not the size that counts. It s the quality, the cleanliness, the staff, and the atmosphere! Don t hesitate to give this place a try! You will be happy you did! It s great!

Terrible experience from the employees and specifically the owner. Rude and over bearing. I was reprimanded for my infant child not having sock on while they were sitting in my lap not playing nor were we even on the play area. We were sitting in chairs by the tables and when I said Im having him sit cause hes 1 and not leaving them on the owner Jen Clark replied everyone needed socks period which is crazy if theyre not on equipment. This along with craziness/accusations over if our snacks were bought there (they were) and in general making an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere I recommend going somewhere else like cheeky monkey, safari run, dino kids, kidmania, etc for much more fun at a better price!

The establishment is clean, well managed, and very accommodating. And best of all, affordable! No hourly charges, you pay a reasonable price per child and you can play all day-- you can even leave and come back! If youre looking for a place to wear the kids out for a day, this is it.

Nice setup but it was so dusty and dirty in the actual area where the kids play. I m pretty sure no one wants their kids to inhale all of that dust and trash. Yuck my kids had a ball so it s not a total NO but under some better circumstances we will come back and may book a party. If they promise to clean up we promise to come back.

My three kids (ranging from 5-10) LOVE this place. There is a section for the little kids and the bigger play area is still tons of fun for my oldest. Plenty of seating for the adults, a little snack bar, but the best thing about this place is that it is clean!! Too many of these types of play areas are filthy and unkept. Prosper Playhouse is definitely the place to go!

We had our daughters birthday party here today. We have been many times before and our daughter absolutely loves it here so it was a no brainer to have her party here. We booked it a couple of months in advance and I didn t pay attention and had a typo in my email address for the confirmation of booking. They emailed me right away after I contacted them and they changed it to the correct one. So we started off on a great foot. I got an email a few days before the party to confirm everything we had booked. They also let us know that other than pizza we could add everything as needed while there (extra waters, juice more kids than the 11 put in at booking) and we would settle it at the end. Which was super great because we weren t sure how many kids we would actually have. We got there about 15 min early they took us right to the party room, the hosts introduced themselves and took all of our cupcakes and got them on a nice stand, laid out the plates and napkins and put the favors on top of the plates for us. Basically got the whole room ready. They directed all the kids to the party room. The kids all ran off to play. They had a speaker system to call the kids when it was time to eat. They served the pizzas to all the kids as well as adults, they didn t let even the adults get their own pizza which was actually really great. They handed out the waters and tended to the kids amazingly. Then at the end they get brought out two wagons and helped us get everything loaded into our car. They really took all the stress away from hosting a birthday party. I cannot say enough good things about prosper playhouse but even more so our two fabulous hosts. It was also very cool temperature wise and clean! Both get major stars from us for that! Cannot recommend prosper playhouse enough!

WORST Costumer service!!! The Owner being upset that I wasn t spending money at her subpar cafe (Which was entirely untrue seeing as we had already payed $50 entrance for 3 kids buying a water bottle 2 coffees 4 Oreo packages and a $5 cup of MacNcheese) took it upon herself to throw away 2 of my kiddos drink cups because she thought they were juice. Another kiddo had the same type of cup but his wasnt thrown away which is more confusing as to why she needed to throw ours away. Had she done the right thing which was to look for me and politely tell me outside beverages weren t allowed then I could have explained that I have come many times with the same cup and told as long as it was water it was ok which they had water from a bottle of water I purchased from the cafe. She could have asked I not bring them again I wouldn t have cared. Instead of owning up to her mistake, realizing she handled it incorrectly and sincerely apologizing she says yea sorry with attitude and rudeness, when I further try to explain that now I have an upset toddler actively crying looking for her baby shark cup she continues with what more do you want I said I was sorry you can either grab them out of the trash or I can give you a cup of water. Suggesting I dig through trash to have my kids put their mouth on them again is disgusting. Also makes me call into question what she thinks is acceptable to do in her cafe. Oh and she didn t forget to mention that I could just buy another juice cup but couldn t even be bothered to offer my crying toddler a free juice box since she threw away her cup what toddler would be okay exchanging their favorite character cup for a cup of tap water ?! Needless to say I will never return, I am all for small business but NOT with that awful attitude no thank you ! I m well aware she s gonna have some type of remark as she seems to have one for ever bad review instead of owning up to her mistakes and realizing she needs to change her bad attitude as this isn t the first review mentioning it

My kids love this place! It is always changing, so there is no way for the kids to get bored. In all honesty, I am biased because I now work here, but I could not ask for better. Our owner, Jen, is SO incredibly kind. She throws so much energy into taking care of her patrons AND her staff. Amber, Kristin and I are the manager moms, and all of our party hosts/hostesses are the SWEETEST group of young adults you could imagine. If you have never been, come on in! If you have been in, come on back! We love familiar faces just as much as our new guests!

This place is too small! People who are hosting parties should have priority and allowing people in from the public should be capped to help eliminate feeling crowded. Instead, they allowed people in from the public on top of hosting parties! The staff lacked customer service( the front desk rep and the party host). This place was overpriced compared to other competitors. For the overall experience we got, I would not go back! Very sad to have to write this knowing they are a small business! I figured you would write a response to my review as I ve seen your prior comments! As a business owner you re not professional and you tend to give excuses for your staff and not provide solutions to have returning customers! I m entitled to my own review. I only had one host and she was not friendly. She was rude to the children and I tipped her $15 based on my experience!

I LOVE the staff here!!! They are always friendly, helpful, and very good with the kids. Im really torn here. My son loves this place I really want to give it five stars, but I cant. The age range of the kids here is from infants to big kids. Every time we have gone here, the big kids push my two year out of the way. It has happened every time (we have been here four times now). The way this place is designed, the parents sit and let their kids go wild. (Attention parents: watch your kids and get your head out of your phone.) My two year old can do all of the activities here, but he is on the small side. Bigger kids always push him out of the way or kick/throw the giant balls (yoga balls) at him. My two cents: if you have smaller kids, you might want to look elsewhere. If you have bigger kids, then your kids should be fine. Also. They do have a free play time on Friday nights with vendors. It is worth your time to check it out.

We had our kids bday party at Prosper Play House and Boutique and we couldn t be happier with our choice of the facility rental! We could comfortably accommodate our guests, all kids of all ages played non stop and staff was super helpful and kind ! Definitely recommend this place for any size of party or for a play date !

It is a nice place. Maximizing the space it has. Has various spaces to accommodate different people. Compared to similar places it is smaller, but they make the most of the space. There are many tables and spaces for adults to hang out. There is also a small selection of clothes to buy, as well. The snack bar has snacks, drinks, and coffee type stuff. It is cash free. This place is a gem! So glad we found it during these scorching summer days. My kids wore themselves completely out in just a couple hours and I had a blast climbing around with them as well. Its got a great vibe, layout, pricing, everything! On top of that I lost a very special earring that day but wasnt exactly sure where. Id given up hope of finding it but after almost a week they happened to find it and immediately gave me a call. Very thankful for their help!!!

Ive been to multiple indoor places from Grapevine to Allen and in-between. This one is the worst. Safety hazards, such as the cut ropes on the weave flooring where your crawl (big enough for my granddaughter to fall into), foam area on the main climbing area is gapped to allow you to fall through or twist an ankle, place was very dirty. The person at the front giving the safety rules (again, even though my family has been before) was slightly aggressive in her tone and unfriendly. After the first visit here my daughter felt she should give it another chance. Wont return, much better options elsewhere.

Today I took my daughter to Prosper Playhouse and was told that her punch card expired. Upon purchasing the punch card, for $100 keep in mind, no one told me up front it lasted only 6 months. She shouldve still have 4 visits left. We come here all the time with her friend group of 7 kids.. We also had a birthday party here this past January 2022 and spent $600 on it even when they decided they did the absolute bare minimum. I decided, okay whatever, were already here so ill pay the $15 for the day pass, all I had was cash on me.. The lady up front, rudely, told me that they didnt have change for a $20 bill? Needless to say im very disappointed in the customer service shown today. They did NOT disclose all the information at the time of purchase, nor did I receive a text message saying that it was expired, and that should be against policy. They with held information to gain sales... As a business owner myself, I understand that business must go on, but I also understand when to accommodate something for a customer when it goes wrong on my end.. and for a business to not carry change when you have a concession stand and boutique? Looks like the new play dates will be held at Cheeky Monkeys instead of Prosper Playhouse.

Totally not inclusive for kids with any type of disability plus you would have someone on top of you all the time, screaming to the kids to stop doing this or that. My 3 year old son loves this place, so I love it, too. Unlike some indoor parks, where you essentially pay by the hour, here you buy a day pass. On days too cold to be outside at the park, weve literally gone in the morning and the afternoon. Areas for under 3 and of course giant multi-level maze of features - slides, bouncy ball room, foam ball cannons, obstacles. Moms and dads, if youre joining, prepare to be on your hands and knees a lot in the maze and/or be ready for the chiro the next day, its not tall enough for adults to stand in a lot of places (and isnt supposed to be).

Loved this place! A little tight, but it could have been just because it was a busy Saturday. (Looked like there were 2 birthdays going). We had an absolute blast!. Our little guy (2 YO) loved it so much. I read everyone elses comments about this place before we went so I was instantly looking for everyone elses negatives so I could validate or dismiss. The 2 biggest negatives it looked like based on comments; the air compressor for the ball cannons being annoyingly loud , I will dismiss these complaints. The air compressor comes one once every 20 minutes or so and only lasts about 2 minutes. Not loud at all. Yes you can hear it, but its not annoying at all. (Our son loved the ball cannons btw) Next negative comments were about the little go-kart/scooters that are in the main floor in the back; While yes, they seem a little out of place or maybe not the most value for the space. But in the end, we saw lots of kids going and trying them out. They wouldnt stay long, but they would be used. In the grand scheme of things, the kids use them so they are warranted. If I had to add my own critiques, mine would be; -the 2 and under area. This is an excellent idea, but it needs to be enforced a little harder. (Good luck with that) multiple times I looked in there and it was swarmed with lots of 5 YO+ and they were all climbing up on top of the little house, some jumping over the wall and landing into the scooter area. -find some way to stitch in some sort funnel system for the balls on the ball cannons. Lots of kids loved these, but all the balls would bind up in between the cannons and kids would really struggle trying to get them. (Might be just as simple as cutting a few more holes in the net little what is already there) that way the kiddos can reach them a little easier. To summarize, we love it, our son lives it. We will definitely be back!

We had a good time! The facility was very clean, adults are free and they can climb all over. Those are AMAZING features. But we wont be back. Heres why: 1. Televisions. I bring my kids to places like this get away from the screens. They constantly played a movie which often distracted my child from playing. The second TV that constantly played music was also quite loud and obnoxious. 2. Size (height). Having climbed all over the structure myself it is solid. However most of the edges were a little too high for my two and a half year old to climb up by himself (you have to put your foot in the netting to be able to do it). This significantly limited where he could play. 3. Gimicky. There is a small section with just scooters, which just didnt interest me or my kids, and takes away from the amount of climbing space. There are also air compressor powered guns the kids can shoot (you shoot them into a isolated space, not at each other) and it is VERY loud. Much louder than the TVs. My child was pretty scared of them and avoided that whole section of the play place. All in all a great little place. Just not for me and my family

I brought my 2 and 4 year olds to play, but it didn t go as well as I hoped. We paid $30 to get in then $10 for snacks and maybe lasted 30 minutes. My 4 year old was turned off by the noisy TVs and how dark the playground was. I was disappointed by the seating and coffee, considering the cafe is supposed to be a perk. My hopes were high and I m sad this wasn t our place.

Loved it! First visit and the kids love it and had a blast! Very well planned and a good place on a rainy day for all! Only wish they had more comfortable places to sit for parents. Tables and chairs are great but a comfy chair would be amazing!! :)

We took our 5 and 3 yr old to Prosper Playhouse this morning and they LOVED it! There is plenty for kids to be entertained for hours. My only issue is tha they had absolutely NO Covid precautions what so ever. No mask requirement for adults or kids, no temperature taken. There were about 30 adults there in a fairly small area and I could count on one hand the number that were wearing masks. The owners and employees didnt wear masks either. If youre the least bit cautious about Covid maybe wait until youre able to get the vaccine.

This is perfect for little ones! We brought a 1 1/2, 3 1/2, and a 5 year old. It is appropriate for all three ages. There were many older kids, also. Fun for all!

If you want to stay safe from Covid do not come here as the owner does not enforce the state defined mask mandate for her employees nor the adults that come in with their kids. Edit: yes, it is a mandate and no employee nor adult was wearing a mask. I find it hard to believe that 8+ adults all have a medical condition where they cant wear masks. I did allow my child to play as I was confident I could keep my child reasonably distant from others there since it wasnt crowded at all. The fact that you lied to me about it being a guideline, and not a mandate, shows that you are either incredibly ignorant to be running a business catering to families or simply would rather make a profit. I was the ONLY person to wear a mask at all in the facility, including yourself and your staff. It would have been reasonable for me if you really did make a lapse in judgement on that day, but the fact that you lied about it and continue to lie speaks volumes of your character. I will never be back which is obvious at this point. There are plenty of safe places for my child to go with owners who actually care. These include the Playard in Frisco, which actively requires adults to wear masks, and Cheeky Monkeys in the Colony, who do the same.

We had my sons 4th Birthday party here this weekend and I cannot begin to explain how incredible the experience was. The play area is SO CLEAN, the staff was so kind, helpful, and down to earth they truly felt like a part of the party. All of our family was impressed with how smoothly the party went. Jen took photos while my son opened presents which was just SO sweet and something I will treasure forever. They helped take gifts to the car, distributed pizza and drinks, cut the cake, you name it they were there to help with whatever we needed. We will surely be returning for play time and future birthdays.

We had our toddlers birthday party here - can t say enough positive things. The facility was extremely clean, the play equipment was great for the kids and parents, staff was friendly. The party host, Kendall, was helpful and kind, she kept the pizza/cake/gift time organized. She even made a list of who gave what gifts! Thanks for a fun party - our guests have also shared that it was enjoyable

My son loved this place and had a blast. I loved that it was a clean and safe environment. The short toddler potty in the women s restroom was a pleasant surprise. Such a great thing to have for potty training parents. We will be back!

We were in town visiting for my nieces birthday and had an awesome time here - their structures are very well built and seem very safe and are a ton of fun for kids and those of us who are still little kids at heart :) GREAT birthday or other kids party venue also.
