Everything was bad and over priced . Got the jalapeño margarita and it was 90% cheap sour mix and no spice at all, the pretzel bites were burnt and the bomb Mac was so bad I couldn t eat it. Save your money and go somewhere else. My friends burger was extremely dry. Food also took forever. Really disappointed.

Took 30 minutes to be acknowledged. Another 45 to get food. Food came out wrong from how described on menu (pork tacos should have come on corn tortillas with side, came out on flour and had to show them menu to confirm it included a side). Not a great showing.

I had an amazing experience at the bar, and it was all thanks to Nicole! From the moment I sat down, she made sure I felt welcome and taken care of. Nicole was not only friendly and personable, but she also had excellent knowledge of the drink menu and helped me pick out the perfect cocktail. Her service was quick, attentive, and always with a smile. It s clear she genuinely cares about her customers, making the entire evening enjoyable. If you re looking for top-notch service, Nicole is the one to ask for!

We have been here multiple times since theyve opened. The food has gotten better each time. The service was exceptional. We were outside, a birthday party was going on inside, and thats an easy way to forget the only people on the patio. That never happened! The food was great, our waitress was so attentive and we were well taken care of. She was very curteous and efficient!!

The guy that plays the guitar and sings is white. Im African American. When I walked in, he looked and continued to sing/ play his guitar. However, when 2 white girls came in. He Completely welcomed them. He stated welcome ladies and have a seat. It was rude how he came across to me but welcomed them. Oh wow!

We were next door at Fish City Grill and decided to hop over next door and check this place out. Im so glad we did. Great nachos and truffle fries! Excellent drinks, and every waitress took time out to check on us and give great drink recommendations without being put out. Will definitely come again!

I ordered thru Uber and never got my pizza. Typically, its the Uber forgetting food, and its why I dont use them any longer. This time, I drove up there to pick it up and see if it was the Uber drivers fault, but to my surprise, it was their fault. They made me one since they never made the first one but thats not hows it works when you paid that Uber fee etc.

It was a Tuesday night at a slightly upscale bar. Very empty. Had karaoke but no one would sing. A group of 6 showed up around 8 who decided to have 1 couple that needed to get a room, another guy that must have been great at break dancing in his former life that is now out of shape enough that it hurt my soul to see him try to do the worm as well as spins etc, and the last guy who signed up to sing got the dj to postpone his turn at least 20 min. The dj was actually super cool and could sing which was impressive. On a busy night it could be better- maybe staff paying more attention bc they arent bored and Cooks more on their game to get orders out faster than 45 min....not sure but not good enough for me to go back to fund out. This was our third time in. Service was a bit slow on all occasions. Food is okay but nothing to rave about. However, why is it always so cold? It felt like 60 degrees inside last night and I remember it being uncomfortably cold on the other occasions. Also, music has been too loud previously but last night it was ridiculous. We stopped in around 10 pm for drinks and an appetizer. There was a DJ playing music as if he were in a night club! It was so ridiculously loud and obnoxious we could not talk to each other. I felt like I had to scream my order in our servers ear. She had to repeat herself several times. We might have stayed longer but it was pointless as we could not enjoy a conversation. When we asked for our bill ur server obviously did not hear so we had to wait 5-10 minutes til she looped back around to us and ask her again. It was not very crowded so no reason for the loud noise, and we could see others either not talking or screaming across their table to friends. If youre going to play music this loud, install a dance floor and advertise it as a club!! Brass Tap, The Prosper Wine Club, or The Nook are much better spots for late night drinks/appetizers because you can actually relax! Also, their drinks are less expensive.

Food was gross(like really gross) and the service was even worse. From the minute we walked in the whole atmosphere was off. We went a full 10 mins without someone coming to the table, and then was acting very nonchalant. Brought our nacho appetizer but didnt bring out plates, silverware, or napkins. We ended up asking for them twice. When the food came out, one plate at a time, the server wasnt paying attention and shoved the plate into my lap. I ended up with a full serving of Salsa all over my dress, and the server just walked away. Lucky for us, our drinks came with cocktail napkins underneath, since we still didnt have any for the table!!! For a meal that cost almost $150 for 4 people, i was very disappointed. Especially since we love this plaza and planned to go often for girls night. On a positive note, the lighting and decor was cute.

My husband and I went here for the Sunday brunch buffet and we quite enjoyed it! Its not the highest quality food youll find, but for $20 its pretty good! The buffet consisted of regular and blueberry pancakes (which were my favorite), melon, strawberries, and blueberries, biscuits and gravy, pizza, sausage and bacon, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with veggies, waffle balls, and breakfast potatoes. All of it was pretty good. The only downside is that coffee is $2 extra, but all in all I would say its a pretty good buffet deal.

My only reservation is that all tables were bar top height, no regular height tables. With back issues, I prefer lower tables. KC, the manager, will LIE TO YOUR FACE and waste your time. Went there a week ago. KC comes up to me personally and says come back every week, we can play any NFL game you like. (It is important to note, I didnt ask KC for this lie. He came to me at the bar, unsolicited and lied to my face). So, I go in today and ask for the Rams v 9ers, last game of the season. KC says he cant because all of the screens are spoken for. That would have been understandable except he was playing the SAME GAME on 90% of the screens. There are 5 screens at the bar alone and 3 of them had the same game on. To make things worse I reminded KC what he told me just last week, he said he remembered. I typically wouldnt even write a review about this, but I went out of my way and wasted my time going to this place based on KCs unsolicited lie. Edit: Brass Tap down the street is a better option if youre looking for a sports bar.

We live right by here and knew it recently opened so we finally tried them out this week and it will be our last For these outrageous prices I rather go across the street to Texas Roadhouse ! $14 for 8 wings that does NOT include a drink or side , so we had to pay an extra $7 for a single side of fries which tasted horrible! We asked to have 2 different wing sauces but all wings looked exactly the same and they were room temperature spent $25 and both of us are still very hungry , versus if we went to chilis or tx roadhouse across the road it d cost $30 & we d be both full and happy.

I went to Shakertins last Sunday to watch football. When I arrived I asked which games were going to be on which TVs so I could sit in the appropriate place to watch my game. It sure would be easier if they put signs under each TV stating which game was going to be on that TV. Well my game started and was not on the TV that they said it was going to be on so I asked if they could switch it. 20 minutes later after two more requests they finally switched it. I wont be going back. They dont seem to understand that the game being switched to the right channel is way more important that me getting my pizza in a timely manner.

My wife and I have been coming here for a while now and it s truly amazing how quick of a turnover rate this place has as far as employees. The only reason we kept coming in was to see our favorite bartender, Joe because he always took really good care of us and was such a good energy but come to find out this passed weekend when we didn t see him working he was let go while on vacation. After asking why, one of the employees had told us and it s just unbelievable. I don t know how you ever expect to run a business this way. You can t even keep employees around and you fire the good ones. Safe to say we will not be coming back.

Where to begin... first time here...as we walked in the front door, the guy changing the TV stations ( smaller guy with hat/cap on) was as rude/short/unhelpful as I could imagine. My wife distracted me before I said something to him directly and reminded me that everyone has bad days, and some people are new. We took a seat at the bar and Joe picked up the fumble and CRUSHED our experience. Literally best bartender Ive met in the last few years. From picky food recommendations to custom making my tequila old fashioned. At the end of the night we felt comfortable asking if the guy with cap was new, or having a bad day... to our surprise... this guy was the AGM. Glad I didnt want to talk to the manager about the situation. Overall 8/10. Definitely disappointed that such a great experience potential was clouded by management dropping the ball on customer service. Hope this helps.

Went with a girlfriend on a Friday night and it was so cute inside. Unfortunately, Cucumber Bliss was mainly ice!!! Took 3 sips and that was it. There must have been about 4oz of liquid. We got martinis instead second round, and it came in short. Food my girlfriend had a wrap and she said it was good. My pull pork taco was sweet. Wish the salsa/pico balanced it out a little bit more, so I had to take out the pull pork and eat with fries. Otherwise it was too sweet. held a private party for an 18 year at the patio! They listened to our needs and made seating arrangements to accommodate all age groups, toddlers, teens and adults. None of those groups were neglected. The food was delicious but what stood out is their attention to detail. They had people scouting for ways to please, drinks to refill ensuring they everyone was catered to. It was so awkward and for this being our first time to a Shakertins, we have no desire to return for a second try. I gave it another shot because I liked it the first time, even though the last 2 times after that, they failed me, and another time when I ordered 2 wraps at the same time both were wrong. I asked for light sauce or sauce on the side. The guy told me it would only have buffalo sauce, and it would be light, but it was dripping with buffalo and ranch. I even told the guy over the phone that I was on my lunch break, and I wanted to save half for dinner after work, and that was why I didnt want all the dressing making it soggy later. Its like any modification I ask for they go the total opposite, and Im on my lunch break, so its not like I have time to drive back over to have them remake it.

Honestly we dont come here for the food, but we were short on time and its never crowded. 7pm on a Saturday and there were plenty of tables to choose from. I think all the food is frozen and then heated. Nachos are terrible, queso cheese poured onto stale chips. Skip them, onion rings have too much batter and are overcooked, black and blue burger was missing the blue. Service though is spot on. Drinks are expensive.

Im a regular there and really welcoming plus the good vibes from everyone who works there really enjoy the time I always go there. Definitely recommend this place have a great open patio and inside some couches so comfy.

This was the best experience Ive had at a restaurant in a while! Someone hit my car and left, so when I got to the restaurant, my spirits were down. I can not remember his name, but I sat at the bar, and the bartender was phenomenal! The drink he made was delicious, and the black and Bleu burger was so juicy and delicious! I would say the service made the place. It is a great bar food place. Everyone very friendly. Not sure if it was owners or managers, but the two of them came out as we were leaving thanking us for coming. That was icing on the cake. Could use more lower tables for the 70+ and under 10 crowd. I went in with a friend early on a Friday evening & it was fabulous! Sat ourselves, it was clean and the lighting and atmosphere were so fun! The service was very attentive, quick and friendly. The food was so good! It was happy hour, so we ordered a bunch of their bar bites to share. Everything was really good! The drinks were good, too. I don t remember the names but I had the smoked orange tequila drink and then a peach jalapeño drink. Both were fab. Will definitely go again!

visited Shakertins in Prosper and had an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with excitement and excellent service by the one and only Rick. He truly went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable and memorable. The drinks were crafted perfectly and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was great, and the entire team was fantastic. What really stood out, however, was Ricks exceptional customer service. He was so attentive and made me feel like a VIP throughout my entire visit. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Shakertins in Prosper! I will definitely be returning for future visits and am thrilled to have found my new neighborhood go to bar. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a fun and welcoming environment with amazing drinks, food, and service. None of the food I ordered was good. Too pricey for the quality. Fries were too dry, burger was tasteless, the bun was leathery. Chipotle pizza was below average. Paid for salsa and chips which you get essentially free samplers in Mexican restaurants however it s fair I guess. Usually I avoid giving bad reviews. But if not a single food item was up-to the mark I am not coming back here. Service was good though.

Not sure when this location was opened but it seemed to be the first day. The experience I had was so bad it felt like a feverish server nightmare where literally nothing makes sense. Walked in and was told to sit anywhere but then waited around 20 minutes to be greeted at the table I chose and didn t even get drinks for another 10 minutes after that. Was not packed or busy whatsoever. I can t say anything about service because I have no idea who our server was or if they even have servers. One lady would come who I thought was the host then another guy who was supposedly first day training took the order, I have never been more confused. Lastly the shakertini consisted of solely simple syrup, no alcohol needed I guess? The food resembled that of chilis or maybe Applebees, not sure if they went and picked up food from one of those restaurants seeing as it took so long it s definitely a possibility.
