I just left the Walmart approximately 2 minutes ago Im actually sitting in the parking lot. I went to Walmart to use the money center and there are two cashiers there so theres no place to say where the line starts so Im waiting for the next cashier to be available and neither one of the cashiers bothered to tell me that the line started in the opposite place. So Im sitting here waiting because there was no one else there and then two white gentlemen come up and they stand on opposite side so Im asking like you know where is the line at because Im standing here and I dont want to keep standing here and people keep going ahead of me. Neither one of the cashiers say anything they just look up and continue to do what they were doing and so when I got to the cashier after the other two gentlemen went ahead of me after I was already waiting there for 5 minutes. The cashier dont greet me dont do anything and I tell them you need to have a sign to say where the line starts to have some type of order because its not fair for me to have to stand and wait for other people to be helped before me and I was there first the cashier doesnt say anything she doesnt even look at me she just tells me to put my card in the reader and asked me for my money, I told them I WILL NOT return back to this Walmart on top of that they are very unprofessional and they need some order. Customer service is a garbage. And may I remind you it was in the money center. I do not recommend anyone that I know or who comes across this review to visit this Walmart again until they improve their customer service and communication. With their I dont care attitude.

Just had my vehicle stolen out of the parking lot in broad daylight at 2pm on 9/11/24. Store manager didnt care nor did the Montgomery County Sheriffs dept They made me feel as if I had intentionally set the whole situation up to have my only vehicle stolen when Im a disabled veteran who struggles as it is so why on earth would I want my only means of transportation taken away with a very slim chance of ever getting it back.

So I ventured out to the Porter Walmart because it said they had this one decorative piece I ve been looking for forever! After speaking with 2 different people on the floor looking at me like I was crazy asking for help. I finally ran into Trey and the very nice lady from bakery that went into the stock room and found exactly what I was needing. Thanks to the both of them! When I went to return a Swiss army knife, the lady (Debbie) that I returned it to was somewhat rude and for some reason couldnt understand that the knife had been inside the box, after a bit of deliberation she said,your not understanding what Im saying but whatever. In the end it was a successful return but I was very confused by the lack of ability to recognize that a Swiss army knife had been in the box it came with

I have placed 2 grocery delivery orders this week because I am sick and didnt want to spread my germs. The first one they delivered it to the wrong house and forged a signature. The second one, they said it wasnt able to be delivered before they even got to my house. I will say the Walmart customer service number has been great at helping me with these issues but the stores delivery drivers just wont do their jobs.

This Walmart location is horrible. Workers have attitudes and are lazy. I waited for someone to help me for a good three minutes and when they came to help they got upset and pushed over a spray bottle out of anger and said some stuff under there breath. Just this week I went and I was looking at the Halloween decor they were putting out and one of the worker seemed to be upset because I was looking while she was at the end cap putting out decor. When I went to check out at the self checkout my light start blinking for someone to help because the scale was messed up. I look and the worker that s supposed to help isnt even paying attention. I look over again now he is over at the front door with all the other employees around 7 of them trying to figure out what s going on with a tv at the front. A couple more minutes pass by and this time I see him just looking around not even helping just chilling while I m waiting. I also had a problem using wic here. For now on I m going to avoid coming here.

This isnt one of my favorite places to shop. The contrast between this store and the one down the road in New Caney is like night and day. In the Porter walmart most associates look mad or down trodden. In New Caney I see mostly smiles. And helpful folks. I recommend New Caney store.

I chose the option to return my purchase at curbside. I checked in and waited for 45 min. No one ever came to my vehicle. I flagged down one of the employees who told me he couldnt help me since it was his first day but would let someone know. I waited another 10 minutes before another employee came to my vehicle. He attempted to complete the return but stated that the system was not accepting returns. He let me know that I would need to go into the store to complete the return. I wasted an hour for a process that was supposed to be easy and convenient

Never buy a car battery from Walmart they sold my mom a bad battery yesterday, when her mechanic went to put the battery in, he tested the volts and out of 12 volts only 5 volts worked, we took the battery up to Walmart just to be told that she couldnt give my mom a refund because it was a used battery and she could only exchange it. When the lady went to go check the battery herself she knew that it was a faulty battery. She had the audacity to say that she will give a refund this one time but the next time it will be an exchange. Why in the world are they even selling faulty batteries and claiming it to be new?!!!

I asked everyone I saw to find someone to help me load 4 bags of sand and 4 bags of river pebbles. I recently had back surgery and they couldnt find anyone in the whole store. When i walked to automotive area i saw the store manager ROSIE knock down ALL the windshield wipers she then proceeded to tell her associates patrica to pick them all up when she clearly had a line of customers. This is abuse of power, i hope they fire rosie and promote patrica. What she did was soo ugly and rude, thats not how you treat ur associates. Walmart do better!!

Let me start out by informing any disabled lady that may need to use the bathroom in the front by the registers, the toilet paper dispenser, is all banged up, the store is aware of this, as they have put clear packing tape on it!!!! I almost cut my hand trying to retrieve toilet paper out of it! The shelves are barely stocked, it s almost reminiscent of a ghost town in there, the dust/sand/dirt that is all stirred up inside of the entire store, gives it a hazy appearance! That would be due to all of the info structure going up on a daily basis! Do better Walmart!

Be careful when you shop at this Walmart. Double and triple check your prices. The clearance items are not on clearance. I came across a Shimano reel that was secured in a clearance isle, was marked clearance. Unfortunately it wasnt on clearance. My opinion its deceiving shoppers.

Bad customer service is bearly was going to be 11 and u hear the manager upset shut down the registers now I had a hurt leg so couldn t walk that fast but the line people saw me walking was polite enough to let me do my transaction well then door people not checking no one else s receipts but there we go got upset bc I did receipt on phone I said my vehicle parked right here I said I can go get it or husband can n I wait here no he gets upset telling me I need to know how to show him my receipt on phone which I m trying to tell him I know is just I left phone charging I totally forgot I had left it if not would of just printed it was not a good trip at all I never stop here usually I go to Cleveland which is closer to me haven t been to this one like in 3 years now so I was so disappointed I don t know if it was bc they was in rush to get out or what but at the other had the people on floor was nice so I just think is just some people but they made my trip there horrible not going there anymore . Will stick to Cleveland location I just think they should appreciate customers more since that s how the company keeps growing
