Horrible customer service, not friendly, and not knowledgeable staff or attorney. You are there waiting forever and they dont even know the correct laws, or how or what can be done on special cases. They only go for the easiest ones. Free money.

I have also spoken with the person who is handling or handling my wifes case and the person never called me back. Ah, but it was agreed that I would settle her before going to the appointment, nor did she arrange the papers for the appointment. And she didnt even attend to me. So how do you want me to pay you? The worst experience with an immigration lawyer. You only see it when you are going to pay him for your case. Then you have to be talking as if it were s collector because they have no information. Bad ethics and does not follow up on your case. And finally it does nothing. He takes the cases and tells you that it is possible and does nothing. The worst lawyer.

Not very well, the young man who treated me in no way professional during the interview spent the whole time playing cards in the computer... he never came back to see me, he just explained without any details... the ladies at the entrance were very nice people...

I would go the extra mile and pay to see the attorney. The free first meeting is with a paralegal, which is only there to fill out the papers based on the lawyer s interpretation. Even after that seek a second or third opinion. They insisted that you couldn t show self-support. That was probably true pre-DACA.

Very bad representation for this firm , they didn t know nothing about my case , Damaris put my dates wrong on the paper work , they denied my residence because of her , and when I had a chance to Appeal Damaris or the attorney never tell me anything , now is too late to appeal my case , the attorney who went with me to the interview , he was dressed with Sandals and shorts , NEVER HIRE THIS FIRM !! Terrible service, zero communication they brought me back and forth, I went to see a good lawyer, I paid everything and they couldnt resolve my procedure, my application was rejected due to a payment problem with a credit card transaction. When I paid cash to the lawyer, I think thats not the case. Its my problem and they dont solve anything for me
