Waitress made sure to make sure my allergies were addressed. Dietary restrictions: My sister and I have different food allergies, and we were able to eat safely. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a slight lip to get over as you enter the restaurant, followed by some clever maneuvering to get through the next door. But overall, it was relatively easy to enter and get to the tables.

We really like Joes Pizza and pasta. The service is great and the food is really really good. We love all the staff and Andy is so helpful and friendly he always greets us. Food was alright, service was alright. The highlight of the meal was the Italian sausage appetizer. Its such a shame that they give you such great Italian sausage and when you order a pizza they give you tiny pale grey pebbles that look like they came from a frozen bag. Frankies has much better quality from my experience and the prices are about the same in some cases even cheaper. Nothing terrible about this place everything was just OK.

First-time customer. Ordered delivery, food got here quickly (yay!) and the food was delicious. The pizza, spaghetti sauce, and marinara dipping sauce for the cheese sticks all taste like they were made from scratch, yall. If they arent, excellent job of making it taste handmade. This is my favorite restaurant, I love Italian food, and without a doubt, this place is one of the best! Its atmosphere is peaceful; I usually like to go early on weekdays since Ive noticed it gets crowded on weekends and in the evenings. I think its not just me who loves their cuisine.

Im more familiar with the Joes in sulphur. My recent dinning experience here was incredible too. Five stars for food and service. These waiters worked HARD during their full house. Unfortunately this location does not serve alcoholic beverages, including wine. Thats the only reason I gave four stars on atmosphere. When going to an Italian restaurant, wine is usually on the mind. Other than that keep up the great work!

Owner is shady and tips himself more than you write down. Save your receipts. Will never go back. 7/27/23 - order 2 salads for pick up. My wife picks them up and writes $2 for a tip. He (Mr. Salihu) puts in $8. Only reason I know is because my credit card alerted me of a 31% tip. It s only $6, but stealing is stealing. Reading previous google reviews and this has happened multiple times. Called and asked for the manager, get put on hold and eventually they hang up.

An unauthorized tip was added to my to-go order. I called the manager the next day, and he sounded guilty. His response was ill look for the receipt and call you later. I never recieved a call. Joe s is my go to for catering for work events as well as on busy nights when I am just too tired to start cooking late. They always have my order ready quicker than I could get pizza delivered and for less than it would cost me for fast food pizza for 4, I get a huge pan of pasta, a huge salad, and rolls. For my family that s dinner plus a couple of lunches. Thank y all for having my back MANY times at the last minute for work events and helping relax and get home sooner after long days. It looks like a cute environment at first glance, but the booth table wobbled and one side of the seating was too far away from the table for me or my daughter to reach the food without leaning. Thankfully my husband is tall and took that side for himself. The stone style lower wall was disconnected from the upper wall with the windows. The portions were generous and the food was good. It was tough to enjoy with the service though. When I asked about our appetizer (garlic cheese toast) she walked away while telling us its not ready yet. Id expected the generic wait-staff response, Ill check on it or something similar, and the terse brush-off felt uncomfortable. She did refill my and my husbands drinks once, but we couldnt catch her attention again once our entrees were served. We sat trying to flag her down for over 25 minutes after wed finished eating to ask for dessert. We watched her seat, serve, provide to-go boxes, and bring the check to a family a couple of tables away and STILL we couldnt flag her down. (I guess I could have called out for her but I felt like that would have been rude to the other diners.) When she finally came back, she just set the check down and started to walk away without even looking at us. I admit Id had enough and did snap excuse me, ordered our desserts to go, and had her bring the updated check. I can say the cannoli we brought home was delicious. Definitely glad we got it to-go though, I was over the whole experience.

I called in an 18in supreme pizza for pickup. I arrived at Joes, the staff was super attentive, I was able to get my pizza and drive away. I shared it with my Dad, he and I both enjoyed the pizza. The food and atmosphere was great. I had the chicken and shrimp Diablo, and it was very refreshing with just the right amount of spice. We wanted a change from the normal food in this area, and this was exactly what we needed. My wife had the tour of Italy and loved it all. The kids had pizza, and it was surprisingly good. I would say this is the best Italian food around. I dont know why it took us so long to try it. We will definitely be back.

My mom and I, after visiting that other Italian Restaurant, visited Joes Italian Restaurant in Nall in Port Neches. Using our criteria of 5 stars, atmosphere, cleanliness, service, food, and price, we walked inside to a place we immediately began to think was a great find. The atmosphere was good and there seemed to be many repeat customers. (Gain - Atmosphere). The place seemed clean enough (other than some condensation in the salt shakers) (Gain - 1/2 ). Everyone knows that since Covid, cleanliness is a must with zero tolerance, and this place was kept clean. The waitresses were fantastic and helpful, and what I noticed, was the Owner, Joe, seemed to be everywhere, on the phone, in the kitchen, greeting customers, a tireless and accomodating host. (Gain - Service. When the food arrived, it was hot (Another one of my big things) and it was also downright tasty. Unlike that other restaurant, Joes Italian Restaurant had red pepper and parmesan cheese on the tables. My spaghetti was delightful and the marinara tasted a little sweet, to remove the acidity, and it was really delicious. (Gain - Food). At long last, we ate til our bellies were full, and when the check arrived, saw that instead of spending $40 to $60 for Italian food at other restaurants, here at Joes Italian Restaurant, we could eat even more delicious food, at around $27. Gain - Price). Wow! This Joes Italian Restaurant ( Salt Shakers) is graded 4 1/2 1/2 Stars, out of 5 Stars. Congratulations to the Owner and staff for such a wonderful job, and we will be back to this little gem, and I am sure that next time, this place, nearly perfect, will become perfect with 5 Stars. The food is always tasty and plentiful. At other Italian restaurants I have to beg for additional sauce. At Joes if I asked for more sauce my pasta would float. The owner or manager is always pleasant and never in a hurry for us to leave.
