Hard to move around in store, the personal shoppers were out in numbers, and while I am thankful for the service and have used it. Blocking isles while they park their trollies in the center and shop is making it hard to get around

Ive recently been diagnosed with Asthma & COPD & cannot walk like I use to. I order & get it curb side. They are super quick to fill & deliver to my car. They always ask me for permission to substitute items if needed.

The store was very clean. The displays and availability of all of the school supplies were well put together and well kept up. I am not very fond of their new layout for their checkout system. I know the employees themselves do not have any say in that, so I m not going to lessen my review based off that but Walmart itself made it harder than it already was to get in and out in a to let manner with this new style However, in regards to the store itself, I was very pleased, and this was my first visit at this location.

Worst walmart! They are all ratchet, rude, and they like to pocket peoples money and never send the PAID items to the customer. Or they will send a generic brand/smaller and claim the original item is out, when they are simply keeping the customers money. This has happened to me back to back 5 orders now in 2 weeks. When I called customer service to get my refund back they want to give me the worst time or say that Im not available for a refund. Walmart in the last 2 weeks has illegally stole over $200 and hasnt gave me my money back. They canceled my walmart plus membership and everything for simply wanting MY OWN MONEY BACK reaching out to BBB and news. Im pulling a whistleblower move!

Stephanie and management need to know I was in the store 7-10,,,7-11. 2 days after hurricane Beryl, Was shocked beyond belief. The store was stocked with all basics. Milk ,bread, eggs, . Etc NOT ONE SHELF WAS EMPTY. Great job even short staffed. This management team needs to be recognized for there hard work . Thank you .

The customer service is disappointing at this store. Online ordering and pick up is a joke. They need better management in that department. I never get all of my items and then they expect me to come back to the store and come to customer service to get them. If I could come in the store, I would just shop my own items to make sure I got everything I needed.

Number one why is there food being left out for 5 hours under that nasty heat lamp. Two why the hell are the workers so damn lazy to cook fresh food when the last time they did anything was at 8am this morning. The store is the same to me as remodeling is finished with. Employees are not going to make it a good experience for you to get the help with anything you need to get. I enjoyed this walmart when it first opened, but all good things and places eventually turn and get worse over time. Half the time I shop, i check the website to see if this store has certain products only for the store to not have that product. I can remember when this used to be an up-and-coming Walmart that I was pretty excited about, I thought it had a lot of potential to possibly even rival the HEB in Mont Belvieu. But sadly as my mother and I were doing our shopping about a week ago we both had the realization that this Walmart was just not going to be able to live up to the hype that we once had for it. The parking lot was super trashy the inside of the store was maybe a little bit better but it definitely wasnt one of the better Walmarts which is disappointing because if they did things the right way and took a little pride in certain things theres no reason they shouldnt be a direct competitor with the HEB but sadly they are not and we will be doing our grocery shopping at the HEB from here on out.
