I usually love everything about Jason s Deli!! My normal order is Tomato Soup and grilled cheese sandwich or the bigger roast beef sandwich. Both are perfect. Today I tried the Italian Cruz Po Boy and asked for and paid for 2 extra pickles as it comes with 1. Didn t receive the 3rd pickle!! Not a big deal!! But the Poor Boy had red dead wilted lettuce which is dangerous!! I ll return but have higher standards!!

Food is always great at Jason Deli. I love that they offer a gluten free bread now also. Multiple choices from sandwiches, spuds, soups, and salad bar. I never feel hungry when I leave, but I also feel like I ate the healthiest meal. Jasons Deli does offer a Gluten Friendly Menu.

We love their mufalotta with mixed meats and their broccoli soup is best anywhere. Also had salad bar and was good. The fruit plate was a bit small. And after a fine meal we enjoyed their soft serve ice cream. Highly recommend this place. Was ignored at the register and then told to go to another register. The other register had someone taking a call in order. The she told us to go back to the original register we were at. Someone walked up and started using the register and them walked off without greeting us. Manager gave excuses when I asked if anyone was going to help us or if I needed to go somewhere else. When I dine in the quality and portions size is usually adequate, however taking it to go is a shame. Small portions and bad quality would best describe my food. The key ingredient that make up the food were highly lacking. Truly disappointed, hopefully this will not become normal thing.

Came in at 9:00pm. They don t close until 10! One of our parties meals was a salad bar. They started packing up the salad bar at 9:05. I questioned this and they said they re only cleaning it but that the food was out on tables in the area. So basically you had to walk around a few different tables in the restaurant to make a salad. That makes absolutely no sense! If you knew you were shutting it down earlier notify the customer when they ordered. A whole 55min before closing seems a bit excessive!! And when addressed to a manager he couldn t have cared less!! This new staff running this place is awful! We miss the old Jasons Deli staff!

I ve been eating at Jason s deli for a long time since I was a kid. For the past couple of years I ve noticed the overall quality of the food and service has decreased. It wasn t until recently that I decided that I was no longer giving Jason s Deli my money. Saw two of the Mexican/Guatemalan or whatever they are grabbing one of their female coworkers hair then immediately went back to handling people s food. One of the dudes has a tattoo on his left forearm by his elbow. The other was wearing a gold necklace typical of somebody who doesn t care about working in a restaurant environment. Needless to say I m done with this restaurant and if I could give it less than 1 star I would. Lost my appetite when I saw them grabbing that young ladies hair.

Ordered food and went to the restroom, the door closer tripped an older man as he walked out of the restroom. Once in I was greeted by the smell of hot piss, because this franchise is going green with a waterless urinal. All of that saved water went into the lobster chowder though, do not worry. Glad I can help you save a buck by sniffing piss right before I eat.

My name is Esperanza Villalobos. I am a customer who has eaten their food for many years and found it very delicious. But on October 4th at 4:30 pm. I went to eat and I had a bad experience, I asked for two special managers and. It was not the correct order. When I told the manager, she was rude and snatched my food away. And I asked for a takeout order for a chicken panini and they gave it to me as well. Bad. The store manager complained to me because I grabbed. Some vegetables while I waited for my order and he told me that I had no right to grab anything that I had to pay for. And I paid like 20 dollars for those vegetables I grabbed and on top of that I didnt take my order of the panini that I had ordered to go. It was like 28 dollars I am a stubborn and diabetic person. And I went to the hospital. When I go to eat Im not going to ask for free. Because I have. To pay for my food. But I want you to give me my order the way I ask for it. The greatest of times. They give it to me wrong. The managers who treated me badly. I dont remember what its called. But it was a girl. Tex White and black hair and the other manager an Ispanic. Chubby little boy. I would like to know. Where can I report them directly to the company. Why dont I think the company is losing customers because of these types of store managers!!

The good: free ice cream because everyone deserves dessert , Three types of soft serve ice cream and small sugar cone; absolutely perfect. The great: strawberry shortcake Guessing this might be seasonal but the best strawberry shortcake I ve ever had. I would most definitely go back for that one item. The not bad but not great: The salmon sandwich was not the best, and the Italian sandwich had more ham than any of the Italian meats so we didn t love that as much either. Both were perfectly edible and pricing is reasonable. The worst: The line to order is long, the help(on the day taking orders) was not very helpful or friendly, not great front of house service. Further, you then wait in a different area to receive your food which although those people were nice they were not at all helpful. You wait until you get to the point where you think you might ve missed your order and then you ask for it and then it s probably ready. personally I would not go back except for the strawberry shortcake and the free ice cream :-)

I love coming to this location, Kaley at the drive-through window has taken the time to learn my name, and addresses me at the window. She also knows what I like with my order- so if forget to specify she has it taken care of before I pull up! I have also had great experiences when dinning in. Although I like the food, this location cant seem to prepare a to-go order correctly for anything! Ive tried over and over, and it never fails that something--and usually something major--is missing when I get the food home! Lunch was great. The staff were fantastic- from the order going in to clean up, they were all super nice! I have a gluten allergy (and expressed that when ordering), Plain Jane potato usually comes in a box when theres an allergy (this time it didnt), the staff double checked, acknowledged that it wasnt GF and remade the order to ensure I didnt get sick. The manager on duty thought it was acceptable that I was on hold with an employee who was laughing at this one in my ear as it was worded. To make matters worse he defended the employee stating she dropped the phone and thats what she was laughing about. However the employee still didnt even do anything to help me with my curbside order. I frequently come to this establishment and this is the first time Ive has subpar service. There is no excuse for the manager to be accepting of an employee laughing with a customer on the phone.

I frequent this locarion in Port Arthur about 3 times a month or so. I often have the managers special Ham Muffaletta and fruit. I have noticed that if I visit during the business weekday the sandwich is full of meat and the olive ingredients Often hard to get my mouth around for the first bite. But if I visit on a Saturday it is a different experience. The sandwich is smaller with about half the meat and very little of the olive mixture. It just isnt as good on the weekend. No idea why there would be such a difference. But I definitely feel like I dont get my moneys worth on Saturdays. I may just stop coming on Saturdays to bypass the negative feeling about the experience.

This is a busy popular place to eat. I usually go when the parking lot isnt too full! The food is great! I went to a conference that had boxed lunches catered from them. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty. I love this place. Sometimes things can get a little chaotic at the height of their busy time, but I forgive them because they always deliver my food to my table with a smile! Visit on 8/39/21 Ive ordered the turkey wrap many times, but this day they must have run out of ingredients. It was the flatest turkey wrap, I looked at it with disbelief. It looked nothing like the pic. I had had a bad day and was looking forward to it. Such a disappointment. I love Jasons deli used to be one by our house in Las Vegas when I live there we would eat there all the time my kids are adults now and while I was visiting them in Texas We happened upon one for lunch and my daughter took one bite of the gingerbread muffin and said it had tasted like her childhood. I like that. Great salad bar love the free ice cream, French dip was excellent just overall good place to go.
