I went here on 9/20/24 and had my eyebrows waxed, they were not done very good and she seemed to just be rushing through to return back to her nail client. Anyways when I pointed out the differences she didn t see them so I left it alone and figured I could fix them myself once I got home. I now see that she added her own tip to the $10 charge that I signed on, my son was fussing in my arms at the time and I was leaving unhappy with my eyebrows so I was not leaving a tip, I just signed. I m very irritated with this place and definitely will returning to my usual spot Zen down the road! They are amazing for anyone looking for a credible nail salon in the area!

Love this place! Tracy is my go to for my lashes and eyebrows since theyre thin due to alopecia her henna tinting is amazing! The staff is polite accommodating overall 10 out of 10. Requested style: Tinted brows eyelash extensions custom nails very detailed!

I went and got my nails done by Top Nail on a Tuesday and Saturday in the same week I had to get them redone because the polish started to peel so I went on google and found Wisdom Nail and they were very respectful,very professional and very consistent. I walked out of there with a big smile on my face cause they fixed the problem and they give you what you paid for.So I will definitely recommend these guys. They are so amazing

My appointment was at 9:00 no one was at the shop until 9:15. When putting on the tip I had one that was crooked and I m usually pretty passive but this was really crooked. I told her and she told me it wasn t. Then she seen that it was and said she would fix it with the nail powder. It is still crooked. After that my nails were rushed. Needless to say I won t be returning.

Went to get my arcrylic nails removed, lady was rough with the machine she used. It would touch my skin often which hurts and at one point the machine went to the side and hurt my finger. While she took off the most she could with the machine, she kept going and would hurt my real nail up to where my real nails felt hot. I told her to stop and file instead, my real nails felt so thin afterwards, I dont think she understood my english but I did tell her she kept hurting me, she wasnt careful at all. Something so simple went so wrong, one of my worst nail experiences, dont think ide ever go back

Lady was too rough with my feet and legs. Leaned on one of my feet. Poor callus removing technique. Didnt remove dead skin immediately after soaking in water. This is the second time Ive had her and that will be the last. I will continue to come to Wisdom Nails as Ive had pedicures at this location for over a decade. Formerly Tic Tac Nails. Ive never complained before. She was full figured.

Update- 07/09/2020- I make an appointment every 2 weeks & have to wait at least 20-30 minutes. Today I waited an hour. Poor time management. Nails always nice, hence the 3 stars. First time & had a great experience! Kim did my acrylic nails and did an awesome job! Exactly the way I requested. She gave me options & had great recommendations since I am a novice. The entire staff was great. Definitely recommend Kim & this location!

Horrible experience she would not do a simple refill and give me a French manicure with an almond shape. She said my nails were too short. She wanted to add a tip and take everything off. I went there on December 1, 2018 and arrived at 9:06 am. There was 1 worker there working on a couple in the pedicure area and there was a lady sititing waiting for service at one of the manicure tables. I was not greeted. I sat down for approximately 4-6 minutes and then politely left. This is the second time that I have arrived at this place of business and there ia only 1 worker available. I took my business to P&L Nails where I was instantly greeted and taken care of. I will NEVER go back to this nail salon!

If i could give 0 stars i would. Got eyelash extensions before a date and she literally ruined my eye. She got glue in both of them n so much glue was in my right eye that it is now INFECTED. yes people INFECTED. her tools looked dirty so i guess she never washed them and also she left so many gaps between lashes. It was a total nightmare. Going to the optometrist tomorrow. So upsetting. Had to cancel my date.

Awful experience she rushed I was in and out the door within 35 minutes almost every nail is shaped crooked, she flubbed on the glitter without smoothing it I had a fully cracked nail that she just threw more acrylic over I had acrylic all underneath my nail I had to dig out and as you can see all over my fingers (I washed a lot off) I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

I gave this place 2 times at bat and each time was a strike out. Their process for a simple mani-pedi is horrible. I went in for a gel mani regular Pedi. The work was sloppy and not well done at all. I return to have the gel removed, they soaked my nails for minutes than used a scraper type tool to scrap off the gel taking 2 layers of my actual nail with it. I explained to the women she was damaging my nail,No No you will see she said and its taken about 5 months for me to get my nails in a healthy state.

The staff at Tic Tac nails always make sure that you are taken care of as soon as you walk through the door, which eliminates wait time! I have never waited more than 10-15 minutes at this salon and have visited at all hours! My favorite person at this salon is Mindy! She is very good with understanding and relaying exactly what you want done as a customer! Most everyone is very friendly! There is only one person on the staff that seems to be in a bad mood every time I have been, and I personally experienced her mood first hand when I went with my friend for pedicures. She wasnt very friendly, and she was very short with my friend. On a positive note, if you have children, this is the salon for you! The staff ADORES children and understands that Mommies need their pampering too! They will keep your little ones occupied by cooing to them and entertaining them (if they arent too busy of course) I appreciate this more than anything, there have been plenty of salons I have walked into and gotten nasty stares and automatic whispering, but not here! Here you feel like family!
