A bsolutely the most worst experience Ive ever had. I waited and waited at speaker. The employee screames be right with you.after waiting and waiting I just pulled up to window and when I attempted to order I was told I have to pull around due to I would run up their time. The cook was yelling in the background. I need someone to contact me regarding this situation. I called the business asking their store # and got hung up on. I plan to follow this issue until resolved. (I believe the employee name was Mason). I was rude because I was provoked by this individual.. I will not be back to this restaurant. I have never in my life seen such inept inadequate service.

Just wanted a little snack while running errands, a couple of tacos and fries. The girl asked me to go around and wait for it on the side after I paid. I thought that was strange since there was no one behind me. After waiting 10 minutes, I did get my food and it was evident the wait, it was for the fries, they were very good and very hot, I enjoyed them! But the tacos, were disgusting, they were cold and tasted terrible! Where is the consistent, good fast food, its not here..just soon eat the bag it came in!

JITB is always hit or miss this one leaned more towards miss We waited 22 mins for 2 tacos & a burger via drive thru. After the 2nd person behind got their food, my husband went it and the manager realized the clerk had given our food to someone else. The manager did the right thing to cook us fresh food- but the ticket went undone for 13mins and it wasn t until my husband went in, that our order was even acknowledged.

I could not believe how inefficient this location is. If a single order is taken, no other customer can speak or be spoken to. ONE car is allowed to order, then drive to window, pay, and wait for around 10-15 minutes to be given their order and drive away. Then, and only then can another order be taken. This location reminds me that there ARE people who didnt graduate high school and that they do live among us.

When Yesterday 12/3/2023 I went to pick up an order at 3840 highway 365 in port a ARTHUR TX ..that I placed online, there was not a single employee in the entire restaurant. Everything was on. The headphones were on at the counter DOOR WAS OPEN. I went into the womens bathroom, my son. He went into the mens bathroom. There was no staff in either bathroom. There was no one. No employee, which we could not pick up the order. I waited 10 minutes I said maybe it came out or we waited we yelled no one in the restaurant I couldnt pick up my order and I came without my order.

I have never been to a jack in a box where I had to wait over 20 minutes for 12 tacosand nothing else. I placed my order in the drive thru, and they asked me to pull around front, at that time I should have known there was a problem, 13 minutes later I decided to walk in to check on my order, stood in a line of people also asking about their orders and this took another 5 minutes, finally got my question out and my tacos and only my tacos were ready to be bagged. I had a bad Experience at this location. I ordered online to pick up at drive thru. When I got there my food wasnt ready, but thats not it. They told me to pull over that they were going to bring me my food. A few minutes later they come out asking if Im the Uber person I told them no so they go to the car next to me and they gave them the food. Then the lady comes out again and the same car next to me gives the food back to the lady, she came to me again asking me if i was the uber i told her no that i placed an order online and my name is Francisco. After that another lady came out at me with an attitude telling me do you want your food or no. I told her Im not the Uber person. She yelled at me but thats your food. Just left jack on the box. Sat waiting in the drive thru the girl on night shift outside sitting in the car with her friend. I m in the drive thru for 15 minutes before she answers then she says drive up I can t hear you. We pull up she then walks in from being outside doesn t wash her hands comes to the window and at this time we just go ahead and drive off and go get something to eat at another place. Im sorry but this place desperately needs some type of new management skills or just all new employees altogether. I work for Uber Eats therefore I often come here late at night & early mornings sometimes & about 75% of the time they have everything shutdown due to all kinds of issues (lack of employees, computers down, grill isnt working, or no cashier there)!! Ive literally heard every possible excuse in the book. When they are open they are out of half the menu sometimes. This place needs some help bigtime!!

The fact that this store specifically has 3 stars is beyond me. Maybe the service is exceptional during daytime, but at night it s a completely different story. I work in food myself and this is the worst store I ve been to my entire life. This location was absolutely horrible, we visited Thursday night September 7th at approximately 11:30 pm we sat at the speaker/menu for atleast 10 minutes giving them the benefit of the doubt that they maybe were really busy or didnt notice us, we finally pulled to the window only to see an employee standing near the drive thru window talking on her cell phone she then looked at us and motioned in a cut throat demonstration and mouthed no no so of course we left and went to McDonalds only to drive back by and see another libe of cars going through the same thing as us. I Would go zero stars if that were a thing. I was in there all but 6 or 7 seconds. I walked in... greeted the woman standing at the counter...she looked at me...rolled her eyes and turned away -- as I got closer to the counter, she, with classic entitled, lazy ineptitude asked: Can I help you? You wouldve had to have been there to see it. She said with such nastiness and complete absence of professionalism or etiquette -- she asked it as if she was going to do me a favor to take my money and give me some old, heated up food! Every single time I decide to give this place another chance I almost immediately regret it. The wait is long, the workers are rude and the food is wrong every single time. On 3rd shift there are more workers in the parking lot taking a 420 break than there is inside working. No matter what you order you have to pull around and wait, and when finally you get your food you had better check because guaranteed it will be messed up or short. When you try to get your order fixed there is always nasty attitude. Too bad, I like Jack in the Box food but I completely give up on this store. Adding this EDIT @ owner of Jack in the Box. I ordered a hamburger with no tomatoes in the drive thru and had to argue with the people working when they were insisting i accept the cheeseburger they made. I was told that i had to accept the cheeseburger because they had already made it and i could just take the cheese off. I refused to do so and finally they agreed to make a hamburger but honestly, i was afraid someone had spit on it or something. I tried telling them that i wasnt being difficult but they were very rude so i ended up throwing it in the trash. I spent $11.81, was treated rudely, and didnt eat for fear of retaliation.

I started writing this review 15 minutes after order 2 breakfast jacks. They told me to pull around so I m waiting in the parking lot writing this and have had so much time that I decided to write this review. I was in the line for at least 10 minutes before even being spoken to over the intercom. By the time someone did speak to me I already had downloaded the entire app and placed my whole order(my phone service is very slow FYI) for me to write a bad review about food I paid >$5 for is quite the occasion, normally I don t care. But this is absurd. Okay she waking out with the food now , bad decision to come here on my part

The sales person only accepted cash and had to demand a receipt. Was asked to move to the front of the store so he could keep timing acceptable but took longer than normal to get my order when I was the only customer.

I loved the food! My first time trying and by far is the best fast food Ive ever had! My order took too long to be ready, but its understandable when only 3 people are working. The atmosphere was disgusting! Bathroom very nasty, seems like it havent been washed or cleaned for weeks. The tables and the floors were very dirty.

On a Friday night at 8pm we went to the one on 32nd & Twin City and no one would take our order through drive-thru, went to window and did not see anyone but 2 vehicles parked outside. We left and went straight to the one on Hwy365 and lady told us that they were not taking any orders. Left there and went to this jack in the box and we finally had a nice guy take our order....thank goodness! He made a perfect oreo shake and got our order taken care of correctly.

Visited the drive thru the lady that work the window shorted me on my change saying the manager left her with no change. After that she kept wiping her nose with her arm. Then she stepped to the side and done it again with her hand. I asked the lady for a refund she said she couldn t do it because she didn t know how and to come back in the morning. I said well you need to call someone she said she couldn t. Then she went washed her had and did not dry them and had water everywhere!!! She proceed to give me a receipt and tell me to come back in the morning or I can sit here all night. I asked her to have someone else deal with my a guy came from the back and handled my food, in a rush I didn t check it, get home you can tell the burgers had been sitting there all day the wrappers were literally covered in grease!!!

I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes. There were a couple of cars in front of and behind me. When it was my turn, I waited at the speaker. No one greeted me. I later decided to drive to the window. Someone comes to window and tells me to come back in 30 minutes because they re doing shift change. You re open 24 hours. At least have the courtesy to not have customers waste time in the drive thru line because you don t want to work. I rarely ever visit a Jack in the box when it s late because the service at night is usually always nonexistent or their system is down.

It closes whenever they want . Showed up at 10:45 two people standing outside smoking. Pull up to window at drive thru and was told they were closed for shift swap. This isnt the first time I have been feed bs here . Twice this week they closed for some reason or another. Every time its were short handed. Nobody cares about the paying customer any more.
