I was always unsure about this place, glad I went!! The two tacos I had (El Presidente and Fuego Steak) were really good!! Went right after work, and was pretty quiet, wouldnt hurt to have some music or TV playing when its slow. The two tacos were very delicious, will come back to try the other options. Not expensive either! I recommend this place for a good unique tacos

We ordered the Fuego Steak which is Charbroiled 100% Certified Angus Beef, chipotle cream corn, potatoes, pico de gallo and jack cheese served in a fresh, homemade flour tortilla. The Carne Guisada 100% Certified Angus Beef, simmered in our homemade spicy guisada gravy in a fresh, homemade flour tortilla. Chicken & Waffles hand-breaded fried chicken, waffle, smoked bacon, eggs, maple syrup in a fresh homemade flour tortilla. Chicken Tortilla Soup, made from scratch with fresh vegetables and rotisserie chicken topped with crisp tostada strips, queso fresco, pico de gallo and topped with avocado. Two sodas that were extra large. Banana Pudding, homemade banana pudding topped with graham cracker crumbles, fresh banana slices, Nilla wafers.

Its sad when good food is ruined by bad service. I always give honest reviews so the tacos are good. The problem was that the manager reprimanded the cashier in front of me, which made the cashier provide rude service. The worst part is the manager was wrong all together and after she stood in back staring at me like why the hell are you here. This was over a cup in which was paid for, and the manager tried to say we stole. The whole time, I am still standing there waiting to pay. After paying for $100 worth of tacos and taking 2 bites, I lost my appetite. Thanks for ruining my experience at your restaurant. But I wont be bitter. The two bites were delicious.

We wanted to try this restaurant which opened not far from home. We tried one good golly miss molly which was ok. It would have been better if it had more meat. It had mostly toppings not enough meat. I thought it suited a kid because of the Cheetos and mac and cheese in there and the big amount of shredded cheese. Also had the king which was way better I thought. The meat in the taco had a much more sufficient amount and it tasted real good. You order at the counter and wait at the table with a number card for them to bring you the food. I will return and try more of the other tacos and I want to try one of the bowls.

First, they are open 24/6, so if you just returned on a 36-hour trip from Romania, just dont arrive Mon-6am Tues, and you can grab something great. The breakfast selection is pretty standard, but the lunch/dinner tacos are super creative. I mean brisket, mac&cheese, + cheese, + cheese, + Cheetos? Those may seem pricey at $6+, but they are sized accordingly. I maxed out at one. You can get a side of corn, beans, rice, or mac&cheese if you need just a little more.

Omg. Amazing. I showed the guy a picture of someone else s review, said that s what I wanted and asked what it was and he told me it was a salad! The Mexican Cobb salad or something. I usually don t like salads but this was protein PACKED. I got a corn and flour tortilla on the side for .69 each. They also give an active duty military discount. I think its so sad that Chipolte Mexican Grill has a share price in the hundreds of dollars, while Fuegos stock is only a penny. They have pretty good coffee, particularly later in the day, when McDonalds coffee starts to go bad, and their tacos are fresh & reasonably affordable. I went to the CMG on Bsndera, by Mainland, and the drive-thru window said I had to place the order on-line!!! With that attitude, I changed my mind & went to Fuego. They are very friendly. I gave them 4 stars, because they play the music too loud.

First time dinning here for lunch. I ordered fish and shrimp tacos. they are well seasoned, cooked just right, all ingredients are very fresh. I noticed many orders are breakfast tacos. Apparently egg and taco is their most popular taco ordered all day long. Food came out very fast too. Service is excellent. I told the server staff that I would like to take photo when they have new orders. They came to remind me in a few minutes that they are ready to make new taco orders so I can take photos. How friendly and helpful! Highly recommend shrimp taco and egg and bacon taco!

Well the only thing I did not like is the utensils, I ordered menudo which was very good... The Charro beans are really good--- not the very best, but very, very close, to me. Second best Ive ever had. The veggie taco & shrimp taco with cabbage are pretty good. My husband likes the Dr. Pepper Cowboy. The other 100 times Ive had coffee there, it was At Least as good as Dutch Brothers, better than Starbucks, & only about half the price. Tonight it was a little old, or strong, but this was the first time ever. The best part is that a lot of the women are super nice, & friendly. The 2nd best is the view looking west, in the parking lot, toward Dutch Brothers. The worst part is the music, although I probably would have loved it at 20. It is Way Too Loud. I honestly think it keeps some people away, who would use the drive-thru. Ive not stopped, on a hot day, but if your windows are rolled up, & your air conditioning works, its only a pain when they bring out your food. Check for silverware (thats pretty much everywhere, in San Antonio). Vegetarian options: Veggie Monster Taco, Charro beans, guacamole, creamed corn. I dont think Ive tried their salad. Parking: Nice view on the west side.

5 stars based on taste, quality and originality. The quality was similar to chipotle but more juicy and flavorful. If this place sold alcohol, had TV s and ambiance the cost would just go up. First I would like to say the food is absolutely amazing I recommend everything on the menu my complaint today was the lady in the drive through and how rude she was. This is not the first time either. She rudely told me how I need to pull up and when I was trying to say something back she just walked off. When she brought the food out she didn t even read back my order like other employees do, so when I asked where my drink was she had to look at my receipt that she already had crumbled up she stated that I was not charged and I told her that the guy who took my order convinced me to get one so I said yes, well apparently he didn t hear me. These tacos are legit, I was very surprised at the size. Lots of great stuff inside too, cool menu with lots of options. The fries were underwhelming, I should have guessed; also had to go back for ketchup on a to-go order. I did get lots of napkins which I greatly appreciate, especially with tacos. The price was surprisingly cheap too, I only paid $16 for two tacos and fries. The dining room wasnt really busy, the drive through was. I would suggest coming inside because they make these fresh and it takes a little bit. I saw the drive through back up quite a bit. Its a clean restaurant but the seating doesnt make you want to pull up a chair and stay a while. They do have corn tortillas but you have to ask.

Menu items/prices/exterior does not reflect vibe of restaurant/interior as it seems upscale and pricy but inside its more of a fast food feeling, totally opposite of any other restaurant similar to Fuego we ve visited in the US. A few small tables were dirty so we had to sit at a large table, this should not happen when the price of 1 taco is $5.00 or more, it should be very nice inside. Man, this place is great for your taco fix. Im glad a friend recommended it to me. Tacos were yummy and big. I got two, and I feel stuffed (El Guapo and Fuego Deluxe). Small establishment with a small menu. But all items are large portioned and very fresh. In our visit at around midnight, we were the only ones in the restaurant when we walked in. By the time we left, the place was pretty much full. Recommend the bowls.

Really good tacos. I also appreciate the service. Quite helpful. Tacos may take a couple of mins to come to you, as they are fresh made. Staff very helpful. Fresh and tasty fixins bar. THANKS AGAIN!

Visited at around 4 in the morning and ordered a Good Golly Miss Holly and a Magic Mushroom and they were pretty good. Personally would probably not order the GGMH again as Im very picky about the wood used to smoke brisket but it was a neat experience with all the different cheeses. Magic Mushroom was delicious and might be something I make another late night run for. Happy to find something other than fast food burger places open even if this is quite a bit more expensive.

I must admit, I just dont get the hype surrounding this place. Ive given their breakfast tacos a fair chance on multiple occasions, but they consistently fall short. Perhaps my taste buds are different, or maybe Im missing something that others seem to appreciate, but I cant help but feel underwhelmed every time I try their tacos. Lets talk about the chorizo and egg breakfast taco. First off, the portion size is undeniably generous. These tacos are huge, and for that, they deserve some credit. However, the problem lies in the disproportionate ratio of ingredients. I found myself struggling to taste the chorizo. It seemed like a mere afterthought, with the dominant flavor being overwhelmingly egg. If I wanted a plain egg taco, I would have ordered one. The lack of chorizo presence was a major letdown. If youre expecting a truly outstanding breakfast taco experience, I would suggest exploring other options (if you re looking for a good chain, try Taco Palenque across the highway). While Fuego may have its fans, it simply didnt deliver for me. Happy taco hunting!
