Ordered the fish pieces. They had raw dough in the breading. Ordered the half pound roast beef sandwich. It was a huge sloppy mess. Liquid cheese and sauce just pouring out of it and onto me. The French fries were old and cold. Awful. Thought, well, Ill just take it home and feed it to the neighborhood possum, Leroy. Saw Leroy on the street. Dead. I think he committed suicide to escape what I was bringing home for him to eat. Oh, well. Sorry, Leroy.

Drove through right after they opened. The guy at the window was super friendly. The food was fresh, hot, and fast. Ive never seen chicken nuggets that big. Nugs were good dipped in their sweet n sour sauce. Half pound beef is always good. Got plenty of Arbys sauce and fresh, crispy curly fries.

After reading great review after great, and seeing the rating I said. Sure. This is the one. Well, Beelzebub had other plans for me... The fries were old and burnt. The turkey bacon ranch Market sand, well... LOOK, not even bacon let alone the bread wasnt the right kind and TOASTED????. FORGOT my bottle water said it was all in the bag. I knew better in my stomach yet it wanted to eat. The roast beef was the only thing right. I gave Arbys 3 tries from the last bad experience. And NOW. your done.....

I dont typically make reviews, this is actually my first one, but I have to say the location in PA has improved. I came last month and thought it was a fluke that service was fast and food was fresh, because the last time I visited (about 5 months ago) I sat in drive thru for 15 minutes, wasting most of my lunch break. Came today expecting to wait 15 min minimum but from order to leaving I was there for less than 5 min. Actually got to eat and take a 15 min nap before going back to work. Whatever has changed keep it up!

The food has always been hot, this second time I think they had a new cashier and well it took her a while to get things done but never the less she tried her best. She was friendly and helpful and after I asked for an item it turned out it was discontinued and she went to the back and was able to get them to make it for me which really made things better. I hope they keep it up because I like there food and seems like they are really trying!

Went by Arbys in Port Arthur Texas. First time. Got a combo meal and a dessert. Its was delicious. Just also want to say the young woman that took my order was very kind and patient and friendly. I had not been to an Arbys in a very long time. Arbys has a new item, a Gyro!! It is definitely their Best item! I went with Lamb, because well, its a Gyro! Taziki sauce, red onions and lettuce, tomato and lots of herbs! Only thing it was missing was feta cheese and kalamata olives. Other than that, they have done a very good job with their gyro!

This is a very poorly run location. I really enjoy Arby s food and variety of menu options however every time I visit this location my order comes out wrong and my fries are cold. I have started checking my bag while I am at the window and yes, just had to give back my curly fries for the crinkle fries I actually ordered . It has become a joke each time we come here.
