I went with my daughter to her appointment today and I was so impressed that I will definitely be coming to this office for myself from now on. Dr Ashley Akindele is amazing. She was very thorough and patient and she took her time to answer all of our questions. Her medical assistant Katherine was incredible as well. In fact, everyone at the office was outstanding. I cant say enough great things about this CHN office. Highly recommended.

We started seeing Dr. Liggett a couple months ago and my kids LOVED her and my husband and I too. She s such a nice pediatrician and we are so blessed that we found her!!! Yaaaayyyy

0/10 This place is horrible. I went in because I have been having problems with my eyes (dry, red, irritated, loosing a lot of eyelashes, discharge) the doctor sat 6 feet away from me and just said its allergies...SHE DIDNTEVEN WANT TO EXAMEN MY EYES! Until I asked her dont you need to check them?? She sighed and walked up to me and just looked and said it was just dry eyes. I dont know if shes always this lazy or just because shes pregnant and mad she has to work through it or what but Im never going back to this place. The only good thing was the receptionist and the PCT that shared more concern and care than the doctor DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY LEVEL OF CARE !

Special shout out to ASHLEY! I started seeing Ashley in April of 2024. She put me on blood pressure medication and I was DEVASTATED. She told me lose weight and I could possibly be off. With her help and words of encouragement I have lost 40 pounds NATURALLY with nothing but blood, sweat and tears. Thank you Ashley for the one on one talk that pushed me to get my health in order!

Pediatrician Dr. Liggett is HEAVEN sent! She is a fabulous pediatrician and would recommend her to anyone, in a heartbeat. She is 100% professional and extremely nice. Sad that my daughters insurance in no longer in network with this practice. Thank you for everything, Dr. Liggett!!!

I recently visited on 6/13/24 and 6/14/24 MyCHN Pasadena and it has become my new go to, I have brought my whole family here, but this time was for me. Everyone from the 2 Hispanic girls that work in the front, to the nurses who take ur vitals and blood and Dr. Quiroz. He takes his time to actually listen to me. I don t feel rushed or like they just prescribe me something to get me out the door. I always assumed I would get better care from a privately owned practice, thank you guys

Started at the Freeport location, love that they have in-house pharmacy. So when I moved to La Porte, I was glad there was a location nearby, the CHN Pasadena absolutely love all the staff and Dr. Quiroz for myself and Dr. Leggit my daughter s provider they always have same day appointments and have even taken me as a walk in . Love that they have a pharmacy as well!!! Working in the medical field myself, I completely understand when there s a delay or something doesn t come along as what others expectations would be yet, CHN has always gone above and beyond . Therefore I choose keep them as my clinic even if medical cost would be waved if I were to use our medical facilities

It is an excellent clinic, they are very friendly, from the receptionist, the doctors assistants and the very friendly doctor, I felt like family. I recommend it 100% and they have a pharmacy in the building that helps a lot

0/10. I would not recommend this office for any new moms . I currently just switched over to a new office. First starting with my lab results I would always have to check them on the portal because I never got a call from the office to go over them with me , The nurse practitioner was okay but could have been better , I didn t meet my delivery doctor until 18 weeks and he was in and out of my face didn t go over any information with me neither did he go over my chart . I also work for amazon and they didn t want to sign my paper work so that I can be accommodated while working so I ve been lifting over 20 lbs boxes while pregnant. I was also told before drug testing me they were suppose to ask me if it was okay but they did not ! The office was a horrible experience only person I ll give a star to is the receptionists Star . Also I was dehydrated and had to go to the emergency room TWICE on my own the nurse practitioner did not send me there not once at all ! I don t feel like I got the correct care , Glad I switched over my new midwife is nice and loving and I felt comfortable and warm the first day I met her.

Yesterday 2/14/2024 in Pasadena was my second time I visited MYCHN at this location. Coming here first for my daughter the day before and everyone was very professional, the Hispanic girls at the front was very informative and let me know of other services available. I was able to get a same day appointment for my son I have brought my son here and the staff was very friendly I didn t feel like just a number or like they didn t care. My son heart rate was elevated they wanted to make sure it was going down before letting us leave. Both times the doctors want to make sure they were comfortable and if they had any questions they were more than willing to help THANK YOU DR. Quiroz, and Ashley I will be returning. I think I found a new doctor.

Claudia Rodriguez the head supervisor of the dental department has the worst customer service. Had a crown done 2 times due how bad and cheaply made by a dental assistant named Mel. Claudia wanted to charge me extra fee to correct the poor quality of the crown that Id had already paid for.
