I do not recommend this office. Very bad service. They made me lose two years what another lawyer and I did in two months. They told me that my Dad needed a new application and they stole my money and did nothing. Bad service, they never answer, you have to dial one for updates. Please dont go with her. Hired her april 2021 for divorce paid her. In December had court, may 2022 was called into office to sign my divorce just to catch her putting her friends name (an real estate agent) on my divorce stating she would sell my home which i did not approve, got that removed and on may 10,2022 signed my documents and still sept no final divorce yet. I called, emailed left messages with the receptionist and no response until I threatened id report with the texas state bar. Still no final on my divorce and today of course finally Galan calls just to question why i reported her rubbing in my face how she didn t charge me for this and that which nothing was owed and stated my file would be closed so i find another attorney. Since day 1 she lied about fees. She lied on timeframe saying by December id be divorced (2021) tried to earn money on the sell of my house (cause if you see her info , she too is a real estate attorney) and cause she couldn t get more out of me she put my file asside. If from the beginning she would ve stated her fees would be more id gladly would ve paid i just wanted my divorce done. Ive been separated almost 5 yrs. I have a minor at home and not even gave me hopes on keeping my home if any she would try and get me 60% but it would cost of course. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER SERVICE. I really suggest read your paperwork closely and have everything written. So now shes acting like a victim. Now you called me right? I sent all my proof of all text messages between her office assistant and proof of emails and proofs of signatures and dates. And you still ask why didn t i just close my file instead of reporting CAUSE I HIRED YOU TO DIVORCE ME. I PAID YOU! I put my trust in you and u tried to be sneaky so enjoy the consequences. And next time answer your customers calls and questions or TEXAS STATE BAR will call you again

Claudia Galan was my lawyer so I could have access to my daughter, she made the whole case worse, she did things that I did not ask for. In the end I speak for myself in court and I do not work or fight for my rights. I lost my daughter thanks to this lawyer. She followed everything the other lawyer said, and her only response was... ohh we cant do anything. I had to hire another lawyer who fought for me and because of this lawyer I have less time to see my daughter. I charge a lot of money without doing anything. They also do not answer calls and zero professionalism. Claudia Galan really didnt fight my case and I had terrible results. Its been more than 1 year and the consequences are thanks to their terrible work.
