I entered the restaurant to order food as usual. But when I walked in, Juan was the cashier and he was nothing short of respectful. My English isnt the best so I was happy to find out that the cashier was bilingual, he was a big help. Im glad to see amazing employees like him working at a place I love to eat at. I would definitely recommend going here, where the employees and service are as good as the food you order.

I came in today not in the best of moods just wanting to pick up my food and go home after a long day of work. I got there and was greeted by easily one of the best cashiers I ve ever had in all my days of dining. Went to BWW for my favorite fired pickles with the family, Brooklyn took care of us. I was shocked as I watched her single-handedly make all of the drinks for the whole restaurant by herself at the bar, simultaneously giving EXCELLENT service and attention to her whole section!!! If Brooklyn is there when you go 10/10 recommend! And of course my pickles were awesome!

I have visited several restaurants of this chain, and this one has been one of the worst. Since I arrived, dirty, poor attention upon arrival. Very bad food in general. Miserably small, dry, cold, flavorless wings. Just like everything else I ordered. Dry French fries. The cheese fingers tasted only of oil. Anyway, I wont visit it again having so many more options. The only redeeming feature was the attention of the waitress.

If you re looking for a place to order food to go, and be out within 30 minutes, this is not the place. Placed and order to go, was told wait time was about 20-25 minutes. So I sat at the bar had a drink, and still waiting for an hour for my food. Once I asked what was going on, one of the ladies said oh I don t even think they ve started on your order yet . So I cancelled my order, and went across to chipotle. this establishment should know how long it should take for an order and if you re really busy, then be upmost honest of the wait time. No need to lie, let the customer decide if they want to wait or leave to another restaurant.

I travel for work, so I eat at BWW all across this country. This is the worst one yet. I saw the lower than normal rating, but I thought, Im only getting wings for take out, they cant mess that up. Welp, I was wrong. An order of 16 wings was almost 45 minutes, and I placed the order online. I arrived there and still had to wait 20 minutes past the time they said the order would be ready. What annoyed me the most was the shoulder shrug the young man gave after telling me it would be another 10 minutes. The nonchalant attitude irked me. Then, after such a long wait for wings, the order was wrong. Given the numerous BWW that I frequent, this one was a complete letdown.

This location needs corporate help, if corporate even sees these reviews. This location is lacking any kind of leadership in management. I watched a young waitress have a mental meltdown in the middle of the restaurant today because she was so stressed out and being overworked due to the restaurant being short staffed. This is not her fault. None of the workers here are at fault, as 99% of them are super nice. Failure in leadership is the cause of the poor service that is provided at this location. Someone needs to come in and fire every leadership position from the general manager to the shift managers and start from scratch. Close the restaurant down for a week and conduct proper training. Then, maybe you can get out an order of 10 boneless wings before an hour past their pickup time.

I spent a lil over 70$ thinking I would eat hella good during 4/20 just to get food poisoning from this place, pissed me tf off after i figured out it was food poisoning. Cuz it ain t click in my head cuz I hardly eat wings so I thought the wings were just naturally crispy and hard to chew. So I ate some of them. I guess the only reason I couldnt put all five stars was that when I arrived at the time the app said my Food would be ready, my food was no where to be found. Im a big fan of B-dubs but lunch today was not one of those days. My server was great, I downloaded the app to get the specious she told me about, and she took great care of me. You evidently have to tell them to spin your wings now instead of just dumping sauce or seasoning on them, unless you just like 2 or three half seasoned wings. I talked with the manager about it, and he did apologize and offer to remake my order, but Ive seen waiting, and since I prefer not to do that. As I was getting ready to leave, the hostess was seating another customer, and I noticed as he did the bench for his booth was broken. I then started looking around and noticed all the torn upholstery and uneven benches. A lot of the seating area was in disrepair explaining some of the kitchen habits. I hope they step it up.

We will never order from this place again. We called three separate times to get someone to help us and we were left on hold twice. The man who answered the last time was kind enough to get our name and number so he could give it to management, because of course they are always busy. Its been almost half an hour since then and Im just done. We ordered through DoorDash but Buffalo Wild Wings only put half of our order in the bag with a receipt saying the whole order was in there. The driver could have checked, obviously, but whoever bagged the order should have known that two orders of wings were missing! We we received also charged full price for wings when its supposed to be BOGO. Currently waiting on someone to actually call me back.

Our waiter was extremely nice told us about the app so we could get a discount checked on us all the time made sure we had everything we needed she provided excellent service I sadly cant remember her name the place is not for children do they have a game machine right next to the kitchen where the waiters come out with trays and yes we had a child with us story short we wont be coming anymore but they werent bad is just not a good setting for us with children.

This particular location was a far cry from the one in Beaumont. There were 3 or 4 cars in the parking lot and not a lot of people inside. The hostess was very polite, and we were seated immediately. Our waitress was another story. Did not introduce herself, just asked what we wanted to drink. (They were out of tea ) We ordered drinks and an appetizer. We got our drinks, and our waitress disappeared in the back. She came out to take our order. We asked about the special that was running (Ordered a burger and get six boneless wings for $1.00) she walked up front to ask, then returned and said she didnt think that was going on. Wife found the special on one of the menus. Once the order was placed, she disappeared in the back again. Didnt see her again until AFTER our food was delivered (which was when the appetizer arrived as well), the food was okay, friends that got the appetizer said it wasnt good . Service was bad. Wont be going back to that location. Parking: It was empty and there were plenty of spots.

It was really good a mistake was made not a bad mistake its just the food didnt get out in time enough and the manager didnt want us to have cold food so she had it remade we received it hot and she covered the cost thank you Buffalo wild wings Kid-friendliness: Even though sports was on TVs every body had respect for one another and for the kids as well know bad words came out of people mouth and people were drinking alcohol beverages and know one got crazy Lol its the truth.
