It was a fun place to visit. We did karaoke and had a good time. We forgot to bowl since we were having so much fun with the karaoke. The dj kept us laughing, singing, dancing, and just having fun.

One star, because I have to. Was there this past saturday and i had an awful experience. we waited in line for what felt like 30 minutes before we were acknowledged. she barked at us what we wanted and weren t given much time to look at the bar menu, we felt rushed and each ordered something that sounded decent. both drinks tasted awful, like cough medicine and rubbing alcohol. when we asked for new drinks she said that she was the bar manager and we don t remake drinks you ll have to purchase another she was rude and very arrogant about the whole thing and we won t be coming back because of her. they need better bartenders. we didn t tip because she gave us back the incorrect change and was she was a you know what about it.

We love bowling here. Tonight, July 11, our server was Brittany and she was phenomenal!! She was the only server for the entire bowling alley and we never had to ask for a thing. This young lady needs some help serving all the people.

Adaptive Sports for Kids (a non-profit org. for children and adults with special needs) has been holding their bowling season here for several years, and we couldnt love them more!!! They go above and beyond to make sure all of our athletes are taken care of and happy! The lanes are also wheelchair accessible with plenty of room to maneuver, which is very important to us!

I took my Grandkids to bowl on Friday & Skyllar helped me sign into the app for the Summer bowling I bought online. He was very patient and helpful explaining all the specials for the game room too.It is refreshing to see someone putting 100% into their job.Everything was very clean inside. Just visited this spot for the first time. Went for a double date with my wife and a couple friends of ours. The friends invited us so we really didn t know much about the place. We were immediately impressed when we walked in for the first time. It s spacious, glitzy, clean, and inviting. The staff greeted us immediately and was outgoing and welcoming. It took us a minute to get the lay of the land inside, because there s really a lot in there. Full bar and club area with a karaoke stage, a kitchen serving a surprisingly broad menu, an extensive and up-to-date arcade, a laser tag arena (we didn t go in but look forward to checking this out next time) and of course a long column of polished, professional looking bowling lanes with fun, engaging video graphic displays overhead. I didn t count but there must have been at least forty lanes open for play. We chilled for a while and had some drinks, then we ordered some wings and cheese curds and onion rings and all shared a fine meal, then bowled (badly) for an hour. We all need to work on our game, but even though we all sucked we all agreed that we had a lot of fun. The lanes were clean, level, and all in good working order. I didn t see any lanes closed for repair or in questionable condition. They all seemed pretty well maintained. I was impressed. High points: 1) The food. We never would have expected the food served at a bowling alley to be so high quality. Everything was fresh, well prepared, flavorful, and a decent value at the price points. We all thought they really elevated bowling alley food. We were more than satisfied with every component of our food order. 2) The Staff. Everyone we interacted with who worked there was friendly and engaging. We didn t have any problems but if I had I would have felt no hesitation to ask for help from anyone working there. I feel confident they would have been cool about whatever issue I had and would have helped any way they could. I think they just hire cool people. Everyone was easy to talk to and happy to cut up with us and share a joke. We got into fun conversations with Karla the bartender and Shawn the well I m not really sure what his job title is, he was just kind of all over the place. Dude never stopped movin. Anyway, those two members of the Max Bowl team were a lot of fun. Very helpful, cheerful, lighthearted people, those two. 3) Cleanliness. In my experience bowling alleys tend to be pretty grimy places. Even the cleaner ones tend to have a lot of cruddy surfaces, worn equipment, and a generally shabby appearance up close. None of they was true of Max Bowl. You could tell they take cleaning seriously. I actually thought the business was brand new and had just opened the facility. That s how nice it was. But apparently it s been up and running in that location for many years. Impressive. When we left we were already discussing when we might all be free to go again.

Decided to take my out of town family here Saturday which included multiple kids ages 4 to 11. We had the best time bowling and food was amazing. Kids played in the arcade, as expected they were wild and loud but Jaylyn was patient and allowed each kid ample time on what to purchase with their points. He also assisted us with multiple things throughout the night to ensure we all had a good time. Thank you JAYLYN for working extra hard to ensure we had a good experience, will definitely recommend to others and we ll be back.

Great venue, the lanes are always properly maintained, the staff is friendly, and the food is some of the best bowling alley food you can get. The arcade has a wide variety of games, everything is clean and sanitized. Laser tag is a great way to spend time, and you can always go to the bar if you get tired of the kids.

Never again. Spent $150 plus dollars for the worst experience ever. We wasted 30 minutes of our time switching lanes, trying to get to one that works and they would only give us 10 minutes of our time back. Then, our pizza was raw and our nachos were cold. Half of the games in the arcade dont work and theres no signs letting you know. I mentioned it would be helpful if they had signs up and the girl just giggled and said yes, that would be nice... no one cared about our issues nor was anyone going out of their way to help us. Ill never come back. Theyre are too many places just as close with better facilities. Dont waste your money.

Where do I start? The lanes are PHENOMENAL. The food is some of the best I have ever had, not even kidding. The drillers do a great job and get you fixed up how you need it to fit your hand. This bowling center has been given cosmetic updates over the years but the main equipment needed for bowling - the pinsetters - are long overdue for replacement. Open and league bowling are a challenge when bowling lasts longer than would be expected because of equipment breakdowns. Hopefully they ll replace the 60+ year old junk pinsetters with modern string machines. The USBC has certified them for league play so there s no excuse now since the center obviously doesn t care about keeping the old machines in shape by hiring a mechanic.

My family and I help to celebrate my nephews 16th birthday. It was 20 of us 13 children and 7 adults. The service was great the food was and the kids had a blast!

Kilians customer service at the bowling alley was nothing short of impressive. He demonstrated an excellent understanding of the game, offering helpful tips and instructions that enhanced our bowling experience. His approach was friendly and patient, which made us feel comfortable and welcome. Moreover, he was quick to respond to requests, whether it was fixing a stuck pin, delivering food and drinks, or simply providing great energy, the efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care exhibited by Kilian made our time at the bowling alley a truly enjoyable experience.

Staff was great but almost everything was broken. Our bowling wouldnt start and I lost about 5 minutes on a 30 minute lane- wasnt restarted or refunded. The arcade was a mess with more than 3/4 of the machines out of order and the ones that were needed to be refunded for also not working. My kid had a good time but it was pretty frustrating as a parent.

We had a lot of mechanical issues with our lanes and score keeping was malfunctioning a little bit, the food was just ok & bar service pretty slow... However, we had fun, there was a large selection on bowling balls, the prices were very fair! It was Ladies Night, so the ladies bowled free, and for an unlimited time. We only paid for shoe rental $4.00 + tax...$15 per person additionally. [So, we had 2 lanes for a bout 4 hours, 3 adults, 4 kids, played 3 games of 10 frames totalling appx. $100 to bowl.] You can also register your kids on the website for the summer and they can bowl free a couple games a week...see Kids Bowl Free website for details. The bowling alley is clean and properly staffed to quickly respond to SERVICE requests. The music is upbeat and fun. There were plenty of lanes to accommodate the amount of visitors. There is also arcade that we may come back and enjoy next time!

If you wanna get your bowling game on, this is the place. They got lanes for days, enough shoes for half of setx and a ball for anyones finger size, strength or style. Then if you get tired of smokin pins, they have a small arcade. Thats right you can also drink beer which is a plus. Unless your with a rowdy group of people then it can get pretty hairy pretty fast. Either way not a bad establishment would recommend it for everyone at least once.

The bowling was fun but the lady waiting on us up front was extremely rude. Marcy had a terrible attitude and did not tell us we were purchasing an hour instead of a game. She pretty much yelled and told me that she literally said an hour. She could have handled it in a different manner. We ended up paying for another 30min but they couldn t recover our game, so we just told her to forget it. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but she ruined our experience.
