Beautiful after a rain. Quiet, sunny property. Affordable and good management. Centrally located. Easy to get to restaurants and shops in Port Arthur. 30 min from Beaumont. Best part is all utilities are in one fee. I paid more than the CAM fee for just myself for utilities in the past. You don t need to give connection fees for anything. TURNKEY

This place is AMAZING! Built in bookshelves, built in vanity area separate from the bathroom, closets with built in shelves. Getting a brand new pool soon! Picnic areas with bar-b-q pits and pic nic tables, planned and organized community events. The apartments are BIG and include 1, 2, 3 AND 4 bedrooms! They accept housing AND if thats not enough, when you pay your rent on time, youre entered into a drawing that could win you a FREE TV or even FREE RENT! I told you this place is amazing! When you come and rent your new home here, please remember to tell them that Victoria sent you!

Do NOT live here. Very bad roach problem that management refused to do anything ab the entire year we lived here. If you dont put all your groceries in the fridge, roaches will get inside of it. Also extremely unprofessional, very loud (people playing loud music, lots of arguing and fighting, kids vandalizing vehicles), over all please save your time and money and dont end up stuck in this place for a year like we did

The apartment that I lived in was so severely infested, they never came and sprayed, the upstairs unit had a leak it took them days to come and fix it. Management was horrible! Hopefully everything has changed!

The apartments are nice and clean. The only drawback is the parking lot. There are some big potholes that will mess you up, especially if you ride a motorcycle like i do. Anyway the people are nice and the most ruckus Ive experienced was some kids being a little too excited. Seems like a decent place to lay your head.

All bills paid is a plus, but if you are a hard working and quiet person who likes to keep to yourself then this place is not for you. They also cut off water without telling you. They don t spray the apartment every month like other apartment complexes. The only thing I did like was the all bills paid. Other then that this was the worst experience of my life living in the Paradise Apartments. They need to change the name nothing Paradise about it.
