Awesome dealership, very straightforward and does not need a lot of negotiating. Vanessa really help me out on a brand new car., got me a really good deal. A price that most other dealership will not accept. I really appreciate it. The waiting room is very clean with good beverages. I came in the evening during peak hours, little bit of waiting but left as a very satisfied customer. I hope to be back there for the service department. Looking forward to it.

Vehicle was not detailed as promised only vacuumed. Vehicle had more blemished than told about that couldn t been seen on the photos and video sent to me. I live 3 hours away and they were aware that I was coming, paperwork was not ready when I arrived. You would think that for someone traveling a good distance to purchase a vehicle that these things would be taken into consideration so that the customer could be promptly taken care of rather than it taking 2 hours to complete the sale from start to finish.

The young man seemingly threw water on it and then said, the vacuum was not working ( which is odd for such a large company). A complete rush job. Yesterday Mr. Terrance in finance told me Id have copies of my purchase agreement and all of the signed documents in my email by this morning after he refused to give me paper copies. That didnt happen. I called twice, no answer. I left a voice mail no call back, no action. This is the 2nd vehicle I purchased at this location and now probably the last. I am still waiting for that email. Please send it ASAP, as promised. Update: Apologies are great but changed behavior is better. Send me my documents. I am still waiting to receive my emailed copies. 2nd update: It is now day 6 of me asking Toyota of Irving for copies of my documents and so far they havent sent them. Anyone who is thinking of buying a car here I would advise that you go somewhere else where you are valued as a customer. Anyone else who is also having problems with their poor service and shady practices you can leave a review here, and also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the FTC (Unfair Business Practices: Complaints about deceptive advertising, false claims, and unfair billing practices fall under this category, etc.), and the Attorney General (Consumer Fraud: This includes complaints about scams, deceptive business practices, and false advertising. Contract Disputes: Issues with businesses not honoring warranties, service contracts, or agreements. Unfair Business Practices: If a business engages in unethical or illegal conduct, such as price gouging, misleading advertising, or unfair billing, you can report this etc). I wish they would just send me my copies instead of giving me the run arounds like they have been doing for six days. Instead they are making me waste my time writing this review and filing complaints. If you dont want to go through the hassle that Im going through buy your car somewhere else.

Great car terrible purchasing experience. I was pre-financed and it took five hours to buy a car. They called me later in the week and wanted me to text identification information, that they had already received, through an unsecured format - INFORMATION THEY HAD ALREADY RECEIVED! They were too lazy to walk across to financial and accounting to get the information. They kept hounding me at work because they hadn t done the work on their end for the title. The harassment was ridiculous. Do not recommend - even if you have your own financing and excellent credit.

This was the second time I have used Toyota Collision Center of Irving- the first time I watched my fairly new F-150 take over 100 strikes from tennis ball size hail and it came out of their Collision Center looking like it came out of the factory- this time the damage was not so extensive but still considerable and once again my vehicle looks amazing, is mechanically sound and feels tighter when driving- due to my situation it was more difficult than usual to deal with the claim services handling my account- the Toyota crew handled this extremely well and took a lot of paperwork, phone calls and stress out of my hands- their customer service is excellent all the way up the line from the ladies at the front desk to the manager. They are not the cheapest nor the most expensive but they are very very good.

Had an appointment yesterday that I left work early for, to get 3 tires looked at. I pay for insurance for my tires. Waited 3 hours to finally hear back that I got approval for new tires, but they werent in stock. Had to wait til they come in today. Came back today during my lunch time, to get the new tires installed. I have been here an additional 2 1/2 hours, had to pay for an alignment, and still waiting for vehicle. For starters my appointment was at 9:45am. I was on time and I was there until almost 3pm just to get my front brakes done. That was literally all day! That should not have taken my entire day up. No apologize for how long it took them no discount for my visit, not even one for the future. I was told about Sunbit and had got my pre-approval price to coming in and let them know ahead of time, yet that was a complete joke! Had to pay the full balance out of pocket using part of my rent money. Thank God I had it or they work had kept my car. I called to speak to a manager and she hung up on me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Toyota of Irving and the owners stole from me. They promised me a lifetime warranty on my bodywork, but when I brought my vehicle in for warranty repairs, they found a way to refuse payment and refused to repair my vehicle. Then they told me they only keep documentation for 7 years. How can they promise a lifetime warranty and not provide one? Obviously, they are lying and they don t even keep the paperwork for 7 years. Both the initial employee and the shop manager at the body shop were very disrespectful.

Call them this morning to learn about the extended service plan for my new 2022 highlander. The guy on phone was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I can t believe they had the audacity to talk to customers with that tone of voice. Our conversation lasted about 2min and he was telling me he had other customers to tend to and he hung up on me. They should not be in the service industry.

I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota highlander and the experience was a smooth one. The customer service here is top notch, everyone was amazing and friendly.
