Very nice place. The spaciousness available was extremely accommodating for any type of wedding, large meal or just a huge get together. There was only one problem and that was trying to find the way to get there because everyones GPS throws you off at a dead end of railroad tracks exclamation mark

The Venue 311 staff was always so so helpful! My emails were answered quickly and the staff was so kind. I loved how we were able to access the storage closet for chargers, vases, cake stands, etc. The venue is beautiful on its own and doesn t need much to make it look nice! Venue 311 is such a great place to get married - we enjoyed every bit of it! We loved how it is such a hidden gem, tucked away out in the country. The facilities are great for everyone involved - kitchen and catering room for the caterers, bar area worked well, bride and groom suites were pretty and fun to hang out in. The closet of decorations was so helpful too - so many great options in there! One of our biggest sellers on this venue was that we were able to choose all of our own vendors and really personalize the whole thing to ourselves. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Overall, Venue 311 had everything we need, looked so amazing, and we are so glad that we got married here! Photos look amazing and guests were very impressed!

Had a lovely experience at Venue 311! From email communication to wedding day service, they were so responsive and helpful! The venue itself is so beautiful, my now husband and I knew right away when we toured it that we wanted to get married there, and the price point was spot on! It is so helpful that they let you choose your own vendors and even bring in your own alcohol (as long as you have a qualified licensed bartender) as this saved us so much money. One thing is that they didn t set up the yard games we requested to have out (that are included) but we think that was probably because it had been raining and wasn t the best weather for them anyway, so it s okay. Thank you Venue 311 staff for being amazing!

This venue is an absolute dream! Photographs VERY well! The staff is very accommodating and responsive! They have an indoor and outdoor option which is amazing and you can t go wrong with either option! We probably looked at over 50 venues and venue 311 was one of the prettiest and most elegant! They have tons of decor you can use and a big bridal suit! We had about 14 people in there and we were not crowded at all! We were not disappointed what so ever!

My husband and I got married at Venue 311 on 8/5/23. It was a hot summer day, and we were all able to keep cool indoors in the chapel and reception hall. The lighting and windows in the chapel are unreal and made for some really dreamy photos, and the reception hall was very spacious and perfect for our dinner and reception. We received many compliments from the guests about how beautiful everything was. The accommodations Venue 311 includes without additional costs (tables, decor, signage, seating, wedding party suites, outdoor games, etc.) really makes it stand out. Everything they provided helped bring everything together without having to paying a fortune for it. The staff was very helpful throughout the entire process and was quick to respond to any questions. Overall, it was an amazing day, and I am very happy that we chose Venue 311!

We had my daughters wedding at Venue 311, on July 4th. It was the most beautiful wedding there. The staff is wonderful and so kind also. Im so bad remembering names but (Christina) maybe was helping us the day of and she was so helpful and kind. The Venue has so much to offer and love their set up. We had McKenzie BBQ and their were excellent also. Our DJ - Dixie DJ (Mark) was so perfect and added so much to the wedding with his lights and cold sparks was fantastic. We love the Bridal suit was so big and love the robes that are provided also. Thank you for making this day so special to my daughter Chelsea and Jacob Moore. Beautiful place.

We got married at Venue 311 on 4.15.23. The day couldnt have been more perfect! The staff has been amazing throughout the entire process. My guests were in awe of the facility. My hair and makeup stylists told me that the bridal suite was the most accommodating suite in regards to lighting, space and mirror positioning than any other venue that they have worked in. The room with decor and accessories saved me so much money in decor and helped me fill in gaps on the day of in places that just needed something more. Unfortunately, the weather didnt cooperate on my day and we had to move the outdoor ceremony to the chapel at the last minute. I wish I could have used the outdoor chapel, but the indoor was equally as beautiful.

The venue is beautiful. The great thing was the assistance we received after the wedding. I dont remember her name but she was not one of the family members who owns/runs the venue, she helped with clean up. She was so helpful and friendly. She walked us through each room and found a few things we would have left behind. She volunteered to do a few things that I thought we were required to do. Cant say enough about her.... Very pleased. On the other hand, I had to call the venue for help with security. I received a call back from the message I left and was told I should have gotten the information in the welcome packet. While I understood, I told her that I didnt have the welcome packet. She again reiterated that the information was sent in the welcome packet. She seemed to be a little perturbed and short. I told her I didnt have the welcome packet again. She said that I would have to call the main number, leave a message and wait for a return call. She just didnt seem very helpful. It seems as if she was pawning off my question to the welcome packet and then to someone else. I called the main number, left message and then got a call back the next day. The information I needed was emailed to me fairly quickly but I just didnt see the need for the extra steps. Other than that, a great venue.

Venue 311 was absolutely EVERYTHING we wanted and more for our day. It s beautiful reception hall, breathtaking chapel, and some much more were the reasons we only needed to tour one venue. As soon as we stepped into the little white chapel, we knew that this was the venue for us. Also, the amazing decor closet saved us so much hassle and money; because we all know wedding are expensive! The owners are so easy to work with and were kind when I had many questions. Our wedding was on March 2022, everything ran super smoothly. Early in the morning the venue helped us set up the microphone and outdoor speakers for our ceremony. They provided someone on the day of to help with any questions. The venue is beautiful for outdoor or indoor ceremonies, we did an outdoor ceremony but used the chapel for our family portraits. The venue also has cake tables and decor you can utilize, we ended up using their cake stand and tiered stand for our pan-dulce. We are very happy we went with Venue 311.

Wow. A few years ago I went to Venue 311. Back then I was so impressed that I left a well-deserved glowing review. Not long ago I went back again, and much to my surprise its even BETTER. I was compelled to update my review. On top of the grounds-keeping being immaculate, the venue has updated the approach to the front doors by lining the walkway with lights and landscaping. From the moment that I parked my car, passed through those GORGEOUS front doors, and found my seat in the grand hall, I was transported to another world. I had first seen the chapel constructed, but not finished. When I walked through those wooden double doors, my jaw dropped. It was as if I stepped into a scene from a movie. Its hard to describe, but the impact of entering the chapel MOVED me. It was an experience, to say the least. Obviously, the owners care about their venue and care about your wedding. I hope I get to go back again! If you haven t checked out Venue 311 I absolutely, positively, beyond-a-shadow-of-a-doubt, recommend it. It looks like others do also, because from what I heard their bookings are filling up quick

As a wedding videographer I get to visit hundreds of beautiful venues all across the States. I was super excited to visit this venue when I booked a wedding with a couple here. This venue has a beautiful reception space with white walls. Plenty big enough for a decent sized guest list and the space seems like it could accommodate many layouts. I will say that the wedding I filmed had about 100 guests and it was fairly tight to move around in. The chapel is awesome. Wooden floors can be fairly loud when youre moving around trying to get decent angles. The particular setup at the time did not have very wide side aisles so the space was fairly tight for everyone. Theres also a TON of echo so if you plan on having your officiant up, he sure your DJ knows how to deflect sound so youre not getting toi.much echo. Id definitely look into some discrete sound panels in the back. Venue Owner. Ok now for the meh... The coordinator for this day was very hands on, but not in the best way. It seemed like every 10 or 15 minutes the coordinator was informing the wedding party of something they werent allowed to do. Also if youre looking to do the traditional La Vibora de la Mar during your reception, this venue waited until it was time for that dance to inform the couple that they were not allowed to stand on chairs due to liability (which I understand ) but the couple were upset and someone dropped the ball on making sure that was communicated before the day of the wedding. Normally the coordinator would communicate with the venue managers on stuff like that. I couldnt imagine being told I cant partake in my cultures wedding traditions as Im getting ready to do it. That sucks and is the reason Im giving 4 stars over 5. It was also raining so I never got a real chance to see the venue during golden hour but Im sure its epic.

Venue 311 is a amazingly beautiful venue that you will not regret getting! Starting with the staff, they are always so prompt, on time, answer any little question, and very helpful. The location is a little out of the way, but they make it up in the venue itself. It is absolutely gorgeous and you will want to book a date right away! I didnt intend on booking a venue that you needed to hire other vendors, but Brittney made it so easy. Everyone she recommended was above and beyond, decently priced, and had great reviews. Go with this venue!

Just got married there last Saturday! IT WAS AMAZING. The reception hall is massive! We were able to accomodate 150 guests and still have plenty of room for a big dance floor. Plus, the in-house bar area was perfect for us to set up. The on-site chapel is beautiful and perfect for those looking to have a traditional ceremony. Did I mention they have a large decorations closet? There are very few decorations you have to buy yourself!

This venue fit our needs perfectly (200 people). The staff was amazingly kind and helpful, they answered the abundance of questions we had in full detail. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting an indoor, or outdoor wedding. The patio also went to very good use during the reception and was lit up beautifully. The venue and property are beautiful and very well maintained, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and their pricing is very reasonable especially for how nice the venue is! I looked at a lot of venues and this was by far my favorite and it just so happened to also be the most reasonably priced. They also have a decor closet fully stocked with wedding decor, signs, and so many other things to use for your big day! I thought this was a really cool feature and this is the only venue I ve seen that offered something like that. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I got married at Venue 311 in May 2021 and our experience was wonderful. It is a family run business with very down to earth people who were very responsive every time we emailed. Everything was taken care of when we got there the day of and everyone we interacted with was sweet and professional. Additionally, it was the most affordable venue we looked at, while being just as beautiful! The Venue 311 staff felt like family and were so accommodating even when my fiancé couldn t make it into the country for our originally wedding date and we had to push the date out due to COVID. We had such a wonderful time celebrating on May 31st 2021! So many dreams come true after such a long wait away from family. I have so many incredible things to say about this place so I am going to use bullets. - The family that owns it is SO sweet and so accommodating. They seriously make you feel like family, the hospitality is amazing. - The venue is GORGEOUS. So many good photo spots. It s so clean and elegant. The property is well-manicured. I got a ton of compliments on how gorgeous it was. - It is very fairly priced. - To add onto the value of this place: they have a closet FULL of decor to use that saved me 100s of dollars in decor. -Also, since you don t have to go through them for bar service/alcohol and you get to hire your own licensed bartending service and buy your own alc you save a TON of money. Venues who have their own bar services usually up charge you a bunch for alcohol costs. - They donate a portion of your total payment to nonprofits against human trafficking/abuse. - I texted Emily maybe 20x a week with random questions at all hours of the day and she responded SO fast every single time! - I emailed Brittney with changes to chairs and reception set up like 7 times the week before and she was so sweet and responded quickly every time. - They were so accommodating with the set up of chairs and tables. My mom is going through chemo so we had to give her a bubble of space everywhere she was during the day and they helped me space things out to achieve that. -They had a staff member there during the morning for questions while setting up and at the end of the night to put all borrowed decor back in the closet. In conclusion: they made this such a stress-free process, everything looked absolutely gorgeous, and I just cannot imagine my wedding being as amazing as it was without having it there. I know I mentioned the reasonable price but I would ve paid double for how amazing my experience was!

We recently toured Venue 311 to consider for my daughter s wedding. This family run facility is absolutely beautiful! They have space for indoor or outdoor weddings and plenty of room for the indoor reception as well as outdoor space. The family is friendly and helpful. They even have decor for you to use at no additional cost. You get so much more for your wedding and guests here than more expensive venues. This is a beautiful facility with a budget friendly price. The venue is absolutely gorgeous! The chapel is beautiful with a view of the trees out of the windows. The pond and gazebo set the scene so perfectly and make for great pictures. And the reception space--- WOW! You can really make it yours with how you decorate, but it is amazing to begin with! Plus, they have a closet FULL of decorations you can use! We got so many compliments on how beautiful everything was. It is also at a great price point which makes it even better! I had my wedding on New Years day and the venue was outstanding. The staff was helpful throughout the whole process. From touring the venue all the way through the day of the wedding, the staff was kind, informative, helpful, and always available. Their décor closet is filled with various items that will be sure to make your center pieces beautiful. They have a fantastic chapel hall that made for a beautiful ceremony! 10/10 would recommend to anyone. My guests were raving about the beauty of the venue and property! Most of the beauty of my wedding came from leaving much of the reception hall untouched and allowing the structure of the hall to shine on its own. Seriously check this place out.

Truly a magical venue. No detail spared. This gorgeous space is Rustic Chic withall all you need in modern tamenities. The Chapel is as beautiful.as the lush green grass and flowing fountain adcented pond . There ate tons of picture perfect backdrops. The best part is the staff. These are professionals no there business but never fail at making you feel like you are a guest in their home. I recommend this venue to any party planner or bride to be. A beautiful venue. Clean, open spaces, a gorgeous outdoor venue, chapel, and reception hall. The bridal suite had good accommodations, and we had plenty of room for about 120 guests in the dining area. When my wife and I married 7 years ago, I spent hours upon hours trying to find the perfect place for us to exchange our vows. Something a little less traditional, picturesque views with an equally lovely setting for both an indoor as well as an outdoor ceremony, and of course not exorbitantly priced. Unfortunately, Venue 311 did not yet exist as it s everything that I had been looking for at the time: a breathtaking wedding chapel looking out over a beautiful line of large pine trees, a spacious banquet hall with floor to ceiling windows rising up some 30+ feet, and acres of beautiful land to explore or just gaze out over while enjoying the cool evening on the brick paved patio out back. It s easy to see the level of care and attention to detail that went into the design and building of this particular venue, and as an added bonus it s a family run business that relies on a job well done, which means that you can expect the ease of communication to be a selling point as well. If you are looking to get married or renew vows at some point in the near future, I d strongly recommend taking a trip out to Venue 311 and see for yourself!

I booked my wedding here back in August and must I say it was even better than I expected. We decided on having our ceremony in the chapel (they also had an outdoor area we could use if we wanted to) and it was beautiful. Reception was amazing, I love how the venue already has a bar area for the bartenders to set up! And the employees are wonderful! My most favorite thing of all were the beautiful chandeliers hanging everywhere, we got to dim them later on in the night while everyone was dancing. 100% recommend booking your wedding here!

This venue was amazing! The newest addition of the chapel is stunning - amazing acoustics, a beautiful backdrop, and simple yet elegant decor. The reception hall is magnificent and truly provides an atmosphere for the party you ve always dreamed of having to celebrate your new marriage! My wedding turned out EXACTLY how i wanted it! This venue is so modern, beautiful, and they worked with me on every vision I had. The chapel is gorgeous and easily fit all my guests, and the reception area has the potential for so many different table and dance floor arrangements! Plus the bridal suite is so cozy and fun with plenty of mirrors and getting ready space. I can t say enough great things about this venue, the employees were communicative, understanding, but not overbearing. I would recommend to anyone!!!
