Worst Fuzzys weve been too. It took more than 20 minutes to get our food. The people we were with actually finished eating before we got our food. We complained and the manager said we had alot of online ordersbut didnt even apologize and just made excuses. He said well take care of you next time I told him we wont be back. Then he said hes come talk to us in a minute but never came and just ignored us. Terrible customer service.

I went here today, a bit busy. Workers worked quickly, without making me feel rushed, kitchen, and cashier was very helpful and nice. The portions were good for what you pay, especially in the nachos. I definitely recommend this Fuzzys!

I started coming to Fuzzy s for a quick lunch, but the staff is extremely amazing with their customer service and appreciation. Do not expect to be greeted or approached. Sat in front of the bar for 15 minutes and no one said anything no one had a menu. All you can hear is the bartender just talking in the back. Makes sense as to why you are hiring and looking for staff. Also explains as to why your entire dining area is completely empty.

For the past several years we have been ordering from here off and on because its the closest to us, mainly pickup/to go orders. NOT once have they gotten it correct. I mean, I can understand if the place is slammed and they forgot a taco, but its every plate/combo is way off. So, we started ordering from the Prosper location even though its farther theyve never got a lunch or dinner order wrong. So, we thought wed give this location another chance...I had a bad feeling about it once I left, but we already paid and ordered through the app. I get home and practically EVERY meal was wrong. I knew I should have done a thorough check before I left the restaurant. My wife calls and whoever answered the phone says, yeah, we get a lot of complaints. Every time we call and tell them its one excuse or the other, we have a new cook, we have a new kitchen crew, etc., 1. Combo Plate -- cilantro lime rice was stale, the fried potatoes were soft, beef taco and shredded chicken enchilada was correct, but cold 2. Enchilada Plate -- wrong sauce and got black beans instead of the refried beans 3. Kids Beef and Cheese Quesadilla -- got the cheese part right, but they forgot the beef 4. Bean & Cheese Nachos -- got a big lump of refried beans in the middle, no cheese just some chips and a lump of beans, however I did see some trace evidence of a few pieces of shredded cheese on a few of the chips So if youre continuously getting complaints most people try to address the issues and correct them or do some sort of process improvement, like lets double check the order before we bag it something, anything would be better than what they have in place. Its been almost 5 years, not one order has been successful. Im too upset to drive back and have them correct it. I even joked around with my wife about lets dine in this time so we can at least be there to send the food back or ask them to remake the order. Hopefully when the GM calls or gets back in touch with us well be able to address whats happening. I honestly dont want a gift card or a let me make it up to you and remake your order, I just want my money back. This is absolutely ridiculous, I wish there was an option for zero stars!!

This place has gone down. I always get the chicken fajita salad add bacon no tomato and no onion. Every time the forget to put the tortillas strips EVERY TIME!! I now check the order before leaving because it was to much back and forth. I picked up my salad today and its sooo disappointing payed extra for bacon and theres maybe 3 pieces on it , hardly any lettuce or chicken. This used to be my favorite salad/ lunch place. I do not eat anything but the salads and This is a 14 dollar salad???? Noo way very disappointed and will not waste my money here anymore. The rewards program is good but the food has gone down..

Ordered shredded chicken nachos, first order with jalapeños and second order without pico de galo. This was a to go order. Picked and left, I should have checked my order. The second order had pico. We picked it off. We started eating our nachos and no garlic sauce on either nachos. Fine, whatever, kept eating. Then I got halfway into my shredded nachos and then I came across shredded beef. I dont like it so I couldnt finish my meal. Also they normally put the cheese on the side for to go orders, they did not do that so, our nachos were soggy. Not a bug deal but, it just added to the problem. Update: I reached out to Fuzzys per their request and also via their app. No one has contacted me back.

Fuzzys US380 in Mckinney has two strikes now. Ive just about had it with this restaurant after completely ruining two meals in a row. Once when someone else picked up my call-in order, and the restaurant refused to fix it. Then another order was prepared incorrectly, but I didnt have time to wait for them to make it right, so I literally ate the mistake. This is unacceptable, and I am loathe to risk another encounter. My husband and I dined here tonight and it was such a bad experience that I just had to leave a review. We both had tacos and they were cold plus the meat was not fresh, husband spit his meat out it was so bad. Also, I noticed an order as I entered the restaurant, that of a dirty mop. As I walked toward the back of the place the smell increased to that of a rancid mop. I could not wait to leave there, bad food plus having the feeling that the place was not clean. Good lunch experience, wasnt crowded and fairly quick service. Dont know if it was a covid thing or not, but we were given pagers, then we had to walk back to the pass and collect our food when it was finished. Went to pick up an online order, told the lady at the register my name, she tells me they will bring my order out and place it on the the online order shelf, after waiting an extra 15 minutes inside, my order was placed at the register, and I was never told, until another worker checked on my order, and then told me it has been at the register the whole time. Had lunch with some friends during the week and they were not busy at all. Nice patio area and the food was fast and hot. I always enjoy their breakfast tacos, which were perfect. Also had the chicken quesadilla which was much bigger than I expected. All together, one of the better fuzzy tacos Ive visited and would recommend for someone looking for a quick and tasty lunch.

I used points for my meal Saturday evening. My review on the app was before receiving the food or looking at my points on the app. Highly disappointed!!! It will be a long time before I go back. After receiving food to go, I noticed receipt in bag stating wrong enchiladas. I ask lady who took my order about it and she immediately went back to ask them to prepare correct one. In doing so she found out it was made with a corn tortilla. Which I specifically asked for them to be made with flour tortilla at time of order. Lady taking order remembered me from previous visits and that I was allergic to corn. This lady did an amazing job catching the prep kitchens mistake. She promptly came out to inform me and take the dish back as I was able to eat them. I also asked if the sauce was spicy and was informed No. However the enchiladas were spicy and not a pleasant meal for this specific reason. About an hour after eating my meal I got sick. I went to Fuzzy Tacos app to find a way to write another review which I was unable to locate if there was one. So, instead wrote here on Google Reviews. I mentioned at time of order that the vegetable enchilada was .20 more and I would pay for that difference instead lady said she took care of it and I owed nothing. The lady never asked my permission to use my points for the .20 and instead took points for .70 instead. Very disappointed as I have frequented this location often. It was a Saturday evening and they were extremely busy however that does not excuse the individuals working here for the type of mistakes that took place. Sad I used points and it was not worth it. I will be contacting restaurant manager and corporate regarding these issues I experienced.
