I reached out to mr. RK through a facebook group post referral for OCI applications for my entire family. He explained the process to me in detail and he was pretty flexible with his schedule as I have 2 small kids and doing all applications in a single appointment was not possible. We broke it down in multiple sessions. He was very thorough with all the requirements. Made sure we provide all the documentation in a proper manner. He is very organized as going through and arranging documents for multiple applications can be a tedious process. He also gave me a proper breakdown of the cost and his fees which was very helpful. I have used their OCI application service to apply for OCI for my child. The process was crystal clear and smooth without any hiccups. I could definitely imagine that without their process, it would had been a month long process to do it myself and would have ended up missing one thing or other. Good that they take care of all the process in a step by step way. Detailed Review - RK is a great professional and a very experienced guide when it comes services related to passports and visas. Right from when you call him, he will ask the right questions and provide you with guidance for the next steps. My case was a bit peculiar and I needed to get my passport renewed within a specific window of time to attend my graduation in Europe. He made sure to dedicate required time and provide me with enough guidance to get my passport renewed. Since my passport was damaged, it wasnt possible to apply Tatkal via normal way and hence, RK suggested to speak to Indian Consulate and officers and plead my case. Then he guided me with the whole application process and even gave me an anticipated timeline and some extra steps which I might need to take and they happened as he had said. At the end, I was able to get my passport renewed and I would like to thank RK with all the help throughout the process. Would highly recommend his services for anything related to passports and Visas. Thank you RK for the help.

Needed to do an expedited passport application for an upcoming trip and really didn t have time to go different places to get the photo done, a paper check to mail payment, print the application, etc and then make sure it was all done right. Loved being able to get quickly everything done all in one place, pay with a credit card, and leave with a copy of my application. Chose to get both a passport book and a passport card. Would totally come back for any passport or visas needed in future!

The best place to have your passport renewed. RK was extremely helpful , knowledgeable and professional with his service on renewing our passports. Not only he did help in getting the notary done , He was kind enough to help us with our paperwork and was very patient in answering any and all question related to passport renewal. RK is definitely a very patient, experienced and BEST at what he does. we approached V4 to get out notaries and photos done, but RK did give us a whole rundown on what needs to be done to get the passports renewed in a week and followed his advice and got our passports in a week, exactly like he said. RK only charged for the photos and Notary btw, and waived off all of the other fees which seldom happens with any business around here. Highly recommend RK for all your OCI card and Visa needs. He s is a very organized & knowledgeable professional who guides you through every step of the application process comfortably. All you have to do is to contact him, and show up with the required documents (he will email you what to bring). Don t misunderstand by the stern voice you hear over the phone. Right from the time you enter the office and until you leave the customer service is top notch. RK makes sure every document is accurate. Gives attention to details and double triple checks every document. I have had previous experience where the other offices gets all your documents signed and they fill their part as per the convenience. Old review: The man is very unprofessional and rude. Do not take your kids there, he has no patience and ability to take good pictures for them. New review after getting notified of the owner s response: I actually do not need to say any single word here, this man had already shown us what kind of manner he had. He used the insult word delusional to describe customers and made up a story just for his own interest. We arrived at 2:15, the open sign was still there, with no mentioning about appointment needed from this man. Instead he asked what we needed, and then asked us to wait inside after knowing we need to take photos for two kids. We never planned to cut the line and instead we patiently waited for 25 mins until he finished the two customers before us. But the moment when he started taking picture for our kids, he became extremely impatient, and only then brought up the FedEX thing and he was late for delivering packages. I mean why didn t he simply tell us everything the moment we arrived and then we will just left? Why letting us wait for almost half an hour then got the treatment that we never expected to receive from someone whose business is about providing good customer service? We have two small kids and obviously it will be difficult to take photos otherwise why would we come to a professional whom we hoped that with the knowledge and patience good photos can be taken. The 10 photos for two kids that he declared took him less than 5 minutes, not to mention he spent most of the time rudely blaming my husband who was assisting with him all the time. We feel so stressful and overwhelmed during the whole process. None of the photos would pass the quality checks and 9 of them were even worse than the photos that we took with our phone. When I was going to kindly ask if he could use the software to adjust at least one photo for one of my kid, because we had took so much time on waiting. He just simply deleted the photos at the end without our consent. And even now when he saw this review and comment, he did not think there was anything he did wrong. Instead he was defending himself with untruthful facts and insulting words. The whole time he treated us while shooting photos was the worst moment ever that we had experienced in any places. If there is an option for 0 star, that s what he deserved.
