The lofts at Main Street are absolutely stunning! The property, office, and pool are all gorgeous, and the staff is phenomenal. The amenities are top-notch you couldnt ask for better! We toured both the one- and two-bedroom models and were very impressed with the spacious layouts. Plus, the included appliances, like the washer and dryer, are a great addition. Ive already recommended this place to family and friends!

This is the last place you want to live. The worst living experience I ve ever had. The new management here ruined it. The assistant manager named Zoey needs to be fired immediately. The most disrespectful woman you can come across. I can t believe they hired someone that disrespectful and unprofessional as an assistant manager very unprofessional. I lived there for a year and that gym never got cleaned. You can literally see people s sweat on the machines that never gets cleaned. It s absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. If you needed maintenance work done good luck ever seeing that happen. Don t even bother looking at these apartments the prices are ridiculous for the way you ll be treated.

I am so grateful to God to be part of 715 N Main street, Mansfield, Tx. for over 2 years. It was a home to us until we relocated to another city because of job transfer. Since we have been renting houses/apartments, we have never for once met an apartment or community manager like Nicole and her team. Nicole is so amazing, full of passion for her tenants, very lovely and understanding, God fearing as well. It is a brand new apartment with everything any human being should wished to have in a home- It has great features including washer and dryer available, excellent swimming pool, a very safe community that is children friendly. Close to stores, and name them. Because of Nicole my children and I came out from the community with tears the day we moved out. The community is a peace of mind because of Nicole and the entire team. As tenants you are highly respected and loved by the manager. She shows empathy, smiley face always, very humble and caring. You have a challenge as a tenant with anything they resolve it ASAP. They are very flexible and Nicole please keep doing what you are doing by putting smiles on your tenants faces and making it certain to them that they are in their homes. My family and I really missed this gorgeous community and Nicole in particular. We love you Nicole. God bless you so richly. Christiana

Very nice, upscale apts. The amenities are modern, clean and available for use. I would like to Thank Alaiuh Summers for her time. She showed us the actual unit we requested. Unfortunately there were one or two rules/policy that were a deal breaker, so I passed on the unit. It is definitely a place 8 out 10 ppl would love. Definitely worth a tour.

Had the pleasure of touring Main Street Lofts in Mansfield this past Saturday, coinciding with the pickle parade, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of delightful. We love our apartments! When we moved in they were offering 6 weeks free! That was a big help with expenses. The apartments are very new and so our unit was super clean and move in ready. The property is well kept and has a modern loft vibe. We live on the 3rd floor. Its very quiet. We hardly ever hear our neighbors. We also feel safe. The property is well lit and the gate helps by keeping random traffic from passing in/out. We moved in during the Fall months, so we havent been able to try to pool yet, but it looks so beautiful! I cant wait. I havent had to call maintenance too much, but when I have had to call the response time is usually the next day. The front staff and management is also friendly and helpful too! We are very happy with our new apartment. Our lease is not even up yet and we have already decided we are going to renew another year.

I can t speak to the apartments themselves but the leasing center staff was amazing. We got rained out at the Pickle Parade with our 2 small grandchildren (who of course had to pee) and the staff was so inviting and friendly. They even gave the kids the snacks that were probably for perspective residents! I hate I didn t get their names because I would love for them to get the recognition they deserve. If I m ever looking for an apartment, they would be my first stop. Thank you so much!

Absolutely love living here ! Apartment is super nice I love the gym and all of the amenities and the downtown living withought being in Fort Worth or Dallas the only thing I would say is the weed smell in building 1 which I know that the staff can t control the way people live .. and I do think living in an apartment that is expected. But I would highly recommend living here also love that you need a key to get into the apartment makes me feel so much more safe .

I have lived here for a year now, and I wanted to love it so much let s start with the positives the back has a trail that leads to the park and the apartments are nice But management has ruined it for me I have lived here for one year and there has been a new management every 4months and they get worst as they go. The first management was decent the second the manager was so rude and they would try to over charge you if you didn t pay attention to your account and the third Brother I have had the worst luck when it comes to them I move out February turned in keys etc and I have to call everyday and tell them to fix the payment amount since I will no longer be living there. Do you think they fixed it Ha I wish you have to keep reminding them and it doesn t get done. Not only that I have just got out of the military and the barracks I lived in look almost the same as the dirty hallways stinky elevators, writing on the wall, poop EVERYWHERE you go outside. Elevators break down at least once a month and due to my bad hip is the reason why I thought this place would be perfect, I thought wrong. Let s just say I m glad I am not gonna have to deal with them after next month.

My husband and I toured here mid-January. The units were very nice and I really liked the finishes. However, we quickly marked this off of our list. The staff member that toured us did not know anything about the units, property, etc. Most of our questions were met with Im not sure... which was unprofessional. We had also requested to see a specific unit when scheduling our tour, and the girl onsite that day told us they dont do that. We didnt even get to see the floorplan we were interested in. I emailed the community about this and in response, I was sent information / quotes for units and floorplans we told them we were not interested in. On top of that, there was a very strong odor of marijuana in the hallways and elevators. Pretty rough first impression and I would not recommend this community based on what Ive mentioned as well as the location, tiny patios, and lack of security.

I toured these apartments long ago and knew I should move here. I made the move in July of 2023 and truly enjoyed every aspect of living here until Valiant Property management took over this past December. The overall experience has gone down and I am sure myself and surrounding neighbors will not be renewing. We all were accustomed to the luxury experience and the new leasing staff isn t looking to deliver that nor learn. My final straw has been the uncorrected experience of marijuana odor throughout the elevators in building one now. May my lease end be expedited, please! Shoutout Cesar for being a good maintenance guy though!

Update on 8/30/22: Total conflict of interest here. We have members of the leasing team writing reviews on this page as a resident! Update on 11/15/22: Pictures attached below are from the common areas and hallways. Floors, staircases and elevators are not well maintained. Update on 02/18/23: There are always dog feces in the hallways and management won t do a thing about it and it stay there for days. Update on 04/02/23: New management took over as of a couple weeks ago and former leasing agents Olivia and Amber Swafford have left. I am looking forward for some long due improvements to our community in special to the PARKING situation which has proven to be really challenging to find a parking spot for those of us arriving later than 8PM. Update on 12/13/23: GreyStar have announced to no longer manage our community and we will be under Valiant Management. This property have now been under 3 different agencies in just a little over a year. First Pegasus, then GreyStar, now Valiant.

My experience renting and living at Main Street Lofts has been incredible! I had an emergency situation with another complex close by that, when I arrived to move in, had me in a unit that smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was in a non-smoking building. Vahida was quick to answer my questions and make accommodations to get me in as quickly as possible. Since moving in she has been extremely kind and helpful to make sure I have all questions answered and the building itself is quiet, clean and feels incredibly safe. I am thankful I ended up here!

Nothing but problems for the whole 13 months I leased here. Paying near $2000 a month for a 1/1 you would expect something better in terms of customer service or communication. The units themselves were nice and I loved our floorplan and appliances, but the ball was dropped on managements end. Landlord ownership was switched about 4 months into our lease. We experienced the worst with the before team than the new. Still, we had issues with our shower, an unfinished apartment, keys not ready to move in, car towed incorrectly (we were only offered a compensation of 1/4 the tow bill), horrible parking situations that left you often parked outside or on the street, water sprinklers sprayed the outside of our apartment causing mold build up which left some of our apartment demolished for a long period of time and an industrial fan blowing 24/7, and random people having access to the pool. The applaudable staff member here was Lauren. She was helpful through it all. In the end, we lost our $1710 security deposit for unknown reasons. The invoice that was sent and what was communicated to us did not make any sense. There was no itemized bill or receipt explaining why we lost our deposit. We werent even home most of the day, we didnt make any messes, or break anything. I think our lack of return on the security deposit was purely out of spite. In the end, if you want a luxurious apartment, but lack of communication and no peace of mind getting your deposit back, this is the place for you.

1) We have a door in building three that is constantly open with a green zip tie to allow anyone to enter the property. With the many mass shootings on the rise, is this a safe situation to place your residents? Staff allowed another resident to enter my garage with his personal access remote (previous tenant). The previous tenant left an item in my garage that was expensive. It stayed there in the garage with the garage open for days prior to my move-in. Upon receiving access to the garage, I learned from the tenant later that he was given authorization by staff to enter the garage and obtain the item; although Id already moved into the garage. He stated that he didnt feel comfortable entering without my knowledge. Staff later contacted me on another occasion and made me aware he was there to obtain his item and requested I allow him to enter. How can this be that your staff allows other tenants or ex-tenants to enter the property of another tenant and requires that tenant to dispose of their time for their errors. When I returned home from work the evening (between 6 p.m.-8 p.m.) of Dec.30 I found my garage open. 2) Valet Living often fails to apprehend trash and when they do they make a mess all over the property. Trash is everywhere-in the buildings, piled up around the receptacles, etc. In addition, I have yet to obtain a trash receptacle for my apartment. On one occasion, I spoke directly with the representative for Valet Living. I asked if he could obtain the boxes from my move-in. Those boxes were left for a long period of time before they were gathered and taken away. They were already broken down. This was their first time taking out our trash, because I have my son to take out the trash. 3) I provided a list of pre-existing items in my walk-through that needed immediate attention. The less strenuous items I ended up repairing myself. All other issues have gone unchecked and unfixed. 4) Staff presents the property as luxurious, a great place to live, and comfortable, but upon moving in you quickly learn you are living in squalor, yet paying luxury costs. In addition, extreme issues with the new property have yet to be fixed by anyone except myself. I fixed my own heating unit and washer/dryer issues that they listed as repaired by them and they took over a week to even come and ask about the items I ultimately fixed myself. In addition, nails and sharp edges are everywhere waiting to injure someone and they did just that upon move-in to my son. He suffered an injury that spilled blood, due to a nail poking out the side of the door. By the way, it is still there. UNSAFE! 5) There are constant issues with accounting getting numbers and paperwork right for this property and thus me having a $465 credit instead of the $525 credit on my account, presently. $175 credit for their screw ups distributed by Ashley A. An additional credit of $350 distributed by Doug. All as a result of staff inaccurately managing the property and accounts. In addition, managing the property and providing accurate paperwork was a huge issue prior to moving in, which I have documented. No one seemed to know how to mathematically calculate. They attempted to overcharge me for the rent, but I quickly reviewed and required accuracy. No one communicated accurately and appropriately, except Olivia, but even she, after a while, would promise to reconvene and make empty commitments and never get back with you. You would have to remind her. Doug, a corporate representative, was the only consistent representative for Main Street Lofts. For example, I specifically asked prior to signing my lease if there were any other specials taking place and I was told no by Amber A., who by the way, left me in her office for a very long time to visit with corporate personnel. I ended up leaving and coming back hours later. Later I learned that there had, in fact, been an additional promotion added-free storage. UNBELIEVABLE! 6) No one answers phones. 7) Forget about corporate. They dont care. Latest update...sink falls in! UPDATE: Under new management.

Let me start by listing the positives, the place is nice, the units are well thought out in my opinion, the pool area is magnificent complete with TVs, grills, fire pits, restrooms. Plenty of parking most of the time, electric chargers on site. The location is amazing! It s also pretty quiet, unless people from all over the city come to the pool since there s zero controlled access to the property, and they stay out there all hours of the night. The maintenance staff is okay, they ll eventually get to you, I think there s only 2 of them, you can t tell because they don t wear uniforms or anything. It pretty much stops there, unless you consider ice cream in the leasing officer a reason to lease. Let s begin with how long I ve lived here, almost a year now. I can say the entire time I ve been here the gates have been broken wide open, the fire alarms go off once every couple months, sometimes very, very late at night or early morning. The pet waste stations aren t taken care of, often overflowing with pet waste bags, the buildings ARE NOT secure, the door locks do not work and most of the doors are open to anyone to walk through, this includes the mailroom. Hallways, elevators and stairwells are all sticky and dirty. Elevator in building 1 has been broke for 2+ months now with no communication as to when it will be addressed, causing you to walk around the block to use the other elevator or take the stairs, not great with groceries or during move in or move out. Again, no communication on this at all. This should have been fixed when the fire department had to rescue a resident and shut the elevator down 6 months ago, I watched all this happen. Door push bars are barely holding on, pathway lighting is broken and kicked over, lights flicker all over the property outside. They ll also be quick to remind you to bring your trash cans inside or not to place garbage bags in the halls, yet they ll leave trash sitting in hallways right by the leasing office for weeks on end. I don t think the staff actually walk the property at all, they d notice so much more and likely address it if they did. I can t imagine being okay with any of the issues myself or other reviews stated if you just simply went out and looked around. This place isn t cheap and there s plenty of better options out there. I remember being so excited to sign my lease and get moved in, now I can t wait to leave. I ll be dragging every single item I own right through the leasing office if that elevator isn t fixed though, I m talking couches, desk, beds, all of it, and I ll be sure to proclaim the reasoning each time I pass through no matter whose in there. Also, don t bother calling the office for literally anything, they won t answer the phone. If they do, someone s upset that they had to speak with you because it s rarely a pleasant person on the other line. Whatever company that managed before the new one came in, did great. This one hates us all

I was given a short noticed transfer for a role in South Dallas and needed to find a place within a week. After touring several properties and applying for two properties in the Grand Prairie and Arlington area, I was told to check out Mansfield. I stopped at MAIN Street Lofts, met with Vahida on Thursday and explained how urgent the move was as I had to start work on Monday. She was very professional and assured me if I get everything in by the end of that night, shell have an answer for me by EOD on Friday, so I can move in on Saturday. Got everything submitted that night and by late afternoon on Friday she notified me I was approved. She then gave all my information to Lauren to get me ready for move in on Saturday as she was out; Lauren was patient and offered to stay past closing time on Saturday while I drove in from Houston with my belongings. These ladies are amazing and the property is beautiful and they really made this process much smoother than Id imagined it will be. Thanks Vahida and Lauren

I visited this structure a week ago, I was received by Vahida, a very kind and prepared girl who gave me a tour of the structure and made me visit the apartments, after 3 days I was inside my apartment, new, spacious and the soundproofing is excellent, the rooms have very spacious bathrooms, the kitchen is very large and for me, as I love cooking, it is very important . then the common areas are spotless and well cared for. the pool area is fantastic, I havent had a chance to use it yet but next weekend I want to spend some time there. in front of the building there is a wonderful park where you can go for walks in the countryside and relax! what can I say at the moment everything is perfect !! highly recommended

Wish I could give 0 stars! The absolute WORST communication in the world. Constantly calling and being told we will call you back but never ever hear anything back. The move out process was A JOKE. It showed a lack of professionalism. I moved out 2 weeks before my lease was up, gave them all my information, etc. was called on move out date saying that I would be charged if I didn t turn in my keys and move out I DID IT 2 WEEKS AGO?? Then I got my outrageous move out fees. I have never owed money for anything previously in any apartment situation considering I don t leave trash behind, holes in the walls, etc but of course with them they want to charge me $600 in cleaning fees? I lived there for 8 months but paid a full year- there was natural wear and tear but nothing of extensive damage and they want to charge $600? DO NOT LIVE HERE.

There isnt a finer spot to stay than this! The location is amazing with direct access to the walking trails and so many restaurants and shopping stores close by. I am very impressed with the new management from Greystar. The staff works really hard to get things repaired and ensure the community stays looking immaculate. Vahida always has a smile on her face and is very friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend coming in and speaking with her, you wont be disappointed. Main Street Lofts comes highly recommended. You will be happy to call it home.

Extremely unprofessional Managment and employees, I was leasing an apartment from them and it took them almost 2 weeks to process my application and and they never answer the calls or return the voice mails I left them. I had to to everything myself without their help. Their community might look beautiful but their Managment is broken and employees have zero training. I would suggest everyone to look for somewhere else instead of leasing an apartment from them. Note: most of the 5 stars reviews are fake and written by themselves.

!!! These apartments are scammers!!! I will call it how I see it. My fiance applied for an apartment here its been 4 days he has called everyday to find out about his application. When he call they say I will call right back but never call back. then we call and they just say the same thing .This has been everyday since the 4 days we applied yall keep giving us the run around. Nobody has money to be wasting like that its not hard to give someone an answer or their money back. The staff lie. My son was looking for an apt at Mansfield in October 2022 end, and Main Street Lofts was one option. We were living in Missouri. When we talked to Amber at the Main St Loft reception over the phone, she adviced my son to pay $ 60 as application and $ 150 to book a flat. She said that $ 150 would be returned if we cancelled the booking and we must book at once as only the last flat was available. We got a better deal somewhere else and cancelled the booking on the 4th day. But Ms. Amber refused to reimburse our $ 150 saying booking is reimbursed only within 72 hours. So why wasnt this told to us before we gave the money? Why did she say we can cancel anytime? Also there are lots of apartments vacant in Main Street Lofts and there is a boy standing with a board on the road in front of the apartment asking people to lease. We didnt know this as we were in Missouri, and were fooled by Ms. Ambers last flat. I ask is it ethical to lie that we can cancel anytime and withhold information that one can cancel booking only within 72 hours?. When my son talked to her on phone and asked why she did not tell about 72 hour deadline earlier she said that she assumed that we would take the flat !! It is ok to assume on her part and inform wrongly??? I thank God I didnt move into Main Street Lofts. God knows how many lies the management tells the tenants there !!!. I guess the good stars are till one stays and pays, but fangs come out when people leave..

I am totally dissatisfied with the fact that (1) our apartment came with a NON-WORKING dishwasher, and (2) that one week after submitting a request for repairs on this dishwasher, I am told it will take another 2 weeks to get GE to look at it. The ladies in the front do not seem to be willing to do anything to help accelerate this process, although it would be SO SIMPLE to swap out dishwashers between our apartment and a vacant one. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. BTW, at least one of the reviews on here is fake. This is one of the front desk employees, and if you click her profile you will see that she provided positive feedback on three rental properties including this one over the past several months - one in Kalamazoo, MI; one in West Chesterfield, VA; and this one in TX - all of which managed by her employer, Pegasus Residential. Reporting to Google as fake.

Keep in mind that a good chunk of 5-star reviews are written by their staff or people they know. Fees on your lease will make it impossible to move out so you ll be stuck and rent is ABSURD considering: Their staff is incredibly rude, they may try to change your move-in date at the last minute, maintenance takes a week to come and they will lock you out of your hvac and water heater closet so there s nothing you can do before maintenance comes, pest control monthly fee but its obvious no pest control is being done, trash monthly fee but half the time doesn t get picked up. No trash cans around outside, you have to throw pet waste away at the big dumpsters which are constantly overflowing with the gates wide open, exterior doors don t lock so anyone could walk in, gates are open half the time, package delivery services have no way to enter to drop off your packages so they get sent back, Stairs and hallways are gross and stink, impossible to contact staff. Resident portal not allowing me to pay and cant contact staff and have been charged late fees. Theres no way this even covers everything. I absolutely hate this place and wish I never would have moved in.

Most of the good reviews are fake and given by the leasing agents... this apartment is a complete mess. Poor structure, false advertisement (no dog park like they mention on the site), poor management. I had someone try to ENTER my apartment and they never responded, even after providing video proof. The exterior doors are supposed to be locked and they are not. Parking is trash and when you try to reserve a covered spot, they wont even answer. Pegasus also doesnt answer so no point in attempting to contact them.

I just went in for a tour and didn t stay. The ladies at the desk were extremely rude. I didn t feel welcomed what so ever. I am extremely disappointed because I was really interested in seeing these apartments but with that vibe and that energy that I just received I will definitely go elsewhere. They made me feel like I wasn t good enough to tour these apartments and I also felt like they didn t want to help me. They were extremely unprofessional.

Don t know if I m going to move in here or not, but after 5 visits today to other places I d be hard pressed to find a nicer leasing agent. If I move in here it ll be at least partly due to Dallas and how helpful she was. Edit on 8-8-22 I was all set to finish my paperwork, get my keys in a day or two and move in, and now there s no way I m moving in this place. I don t know the name of the woman I talked to but I ve never in my entire life had someone talk over me nonstop the way she did. Unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Check out my reviews on here, I don t leave a lot of negative reviews, I m not one of those people, but the woman I spoke to today definitely earned this apartment complex this updated 1 star review.

Firstly I ll say when I walked into the door I wasn t greeted or anything, then when I got up to the reception desk the lady said yeah what do y all want . Told her we were there to do a walk-in tour and see the apartment. She then lets off a huge sigh and said fine follow me . Walks a few steps and says that s the pool , didn t let us walk out to it but just looking through a window. Then brought us the apartment and said this is it and was silent the entire time not telling us anything I get that people have bad days and personal life going on but if you re treating future clients like that then you re not going to make any future contracts. Just a horrible experience and wouldn t recommend getting a tour there. The whole tour lasted maybe 5 minutes.

We moved in to Main Street Lofts about six weeks ago. Staff are attentive and the complex is beautiful. I absolutely love the mid century modern/minimalist decor in the leasing office. The leasing staff have been amazing at receiving mail and packages for me almost daily. (unfortunately Amazon has still not figured out that Main Street Lofts is a separate complex from the neighboring Bexley complex). The manager responds to my emails typically within an hour, and has always interacted with me and my family in a warm, friendly manner. She also promptly assisted me with renting several storage rooms, thank you Dallas!! My three bedroom unit is just over 1400 ft.², with amenities like Wifi thermostat and washer/dryer. The kitchen has a cute little backsplash herringbone tile, and the white, marble-ish countertops look great. The master suite is decent sized, with a nice sized walk-in closet. Price is super affordable for a 3 bed unit :)

For apartments these are very nice, the rent is reasonable, though it is on the higher end to keep the facility looking nice. The staff is very respectful and helpful, always helping with mail mixups and anything else. There is an indoor mail room with package lockers and a really great indoor gym. I have had an amazing experience here so far:)
